Not a good experience and I enjoy the chain. It was slow, only one person sitting down eating and what looked like a full staff of employees. All the tables were dirty, 2 trash cans overflowing, they were out of ice, they forgot to give me my sides, I had to remind them after they just charged me for it. I REFUSE to return to this chipotle this manager was very disrespectful. It was a woman with glasses who did not want to even let me speak. I had to remind her several times of the issue because she CONSTANTLY talked over me. If she was having a bad day she should NOT bring that to the store. Last time coming here. I ordered online for pickup and got there to a huge line full of other people waiting for their online orders. I asked for my order and it hasn't been even started on despite it saying ready in app. I asked again a couple minutes later and they had my order ready but didn't let me know making me wait for even longer. Full wait time for just one bowl was around 30 min. I DIDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER. I PAID FOR GUAC AND HAD ALOT INCLUDED and got someone's else order, food was dry and so bad. This isn't even the first time this had happened at this location, every single pick up order of mine was like this. This place is disgusting! It has taken me months on top of months to give this chain another chance, and when I finally decide to step foot into another Chipotle (after their contamination crisis) and I get nastiness. First off, it was 8pm and a few workers were dragging themselves around and gave the worst customer service. My husband and I were in line when a worker came from the back to place beef of the grill. As he placed his last piece on the grill, he sneezed...and there was no coverup of any kind...not even an attempt. He sneezed over the meat!!!!! I was in awe!! No one on the staff made a flinch. I was on my way out of the door at this point, but as I watched the snot ridden beef lay on the grill, I noticed a layer of black, tar-like crust covering the entire grill! Friday evening dinner pickup consisted of waiting in a line that stretched all the way to the backdoor and about a 15-minute wait to order. Still, it was worth the wait. The service was on-point and our order was made well. They ran out of the grilled veggies so, after we paid, they had some fresh veggies come out which they packed in some foil and gave us to take with us. Beware that there is a Chick-fil-a next door so the whole area can get pretty busy during busier dining hours. Not only can getting into and out of the area be more challenging but so can parking. A minor issue but worth noting in case you don't like dealing with such a rush. read more

There was a bit of a line but they were able to get through it quickly to take my order. The second time I ate, I decided to utilize their app in order to just pick it up. I decided to return to try the Chorizo (pork & chicken sausage) Burrito Bowl, so got here on a Saturday at 2 pm. My goodness. The line was long! I waited for 30 minutes to be helped. I think this place might be getting short staffed. Idk. The bowl was ok. The chorizo is not distributed evenly so there was not that much flavor. There are chunks that should probably be cut more. I would rate it a 3/5. Don't know if I'll return at this time to the long wait time, and Chipotle starting to lose its touch. Since my Freebirds Fiasco near Tomball, I have been feigning a superb burrito. Although me and my holiday weight gain have been battling for a couple of weeks, Chipotle was the best option at this particular time of day to partake of and satisfy my burrito binge. Shopping center is usually full any time of the day, but there seems to be adequate parking--even if it's kind of weird. Lots of different angles and turns to create mini parking lots for each suite in the shopping center suites near the feeder. Anywho, this Chipotle location is as nice as any other. Tables and ordering area are clean. Staff was friendly and fast with taking orders. Basically, if you've been to one Chipotle and you liked it, you won't be disappointed by this one. Burrito is massive! It could be easily split into two to be shared or to be greedily devoured by 1 (I'm the latter)! On this occasion, I opted for the chicken. Almost purchased the carnitas (pork), but when I asked the worker about it, she couldn't give me an answer right away. Plus it looked a little dry. Ingredients were fresh and favorable--just as I remembered from previous visits of yesteryear. If I wanted to be a stickler, I would say the burrito could have been wrapped better on one end, but really? Honestly? It's not like a casserole that you're storing in the oven. Besides, I would like to see anyone off the street try to wrap a burrito the size of your bicep! Had to buy the chips to complete the experience. They have a hint of lime that goes great with salsa, so splurge for that extra item. One thing that is new that maybe just at this location is the alcohol. I know beer has been served at Chipotle for years, but now they serve margaritas! Maybe I'll try one on my next visit. Despite the taste of the food and overall cleanliness of the store, there were a few areas that stuck out to me: 1) beverage area needed to be attended to--customers had made a mess filling up their cups and getting straws. 2) the tables intended for groups, which are situated near the front corner of the store, makes the place feel congested, In fact, it's difficult to get around the corner and go to the bathroom because of how close the tables are to each other. 3) Once you walk the green mile to the bathroom, lo and behold, there isn't a hook to hang your purse. Sure, you could place you bag on top of the bowl cover, but ummm. . .no. Negative for me--especially when I just bought a new purse. Since it's also not advisable to sit on the toilet seat at a public location, holding my purse while I peed was a bit of a challenge--one that I would not advise after doing squats and bicep curls at the gym! At least the restroom is clean, and possesses exceptional washing and drying components, but no hook in the bathroom? Makes me wonder who designed this bathroom? I know this maybe on a tangent, but I know this detail is extremely important to the ladies, so if you come with a friend, let them hold your purse! There's only one bathroom, no stalls, so only one of you could go at a time anyway. Overall, quality and quantity of the food for the price is worth the visit. If you've never been, you have the option of having a taco or bowl instead of the burrito. They also have kids meals too for $3:75-4:50 range. read more

It was my first time trying out their new brown rice option and I like it a lot. I am not going to go into the whole Freebird vs. Mission vs. Chipotle burritos war, however I will say this: Chipotle honestly has the better steak IMO.
