I usually always goto this specific Chick Fil-A because its near my job i either stop in the mornings or afternoons for lunch but today I received my hash browns a little over cooked and i had to toss them in the trash luckily i used my Rewards App and did not use my funds but what if i did i would of been highly upset over all i enjoy going to this specific location they have great customer service and quality of food Also, i tried the Chicken Hash brown Burrito and it was AWESOME SAUCE so it made up for the hasbrown in the end. read more

I thought service was supposed to be fast at chick fil a. I went around 3pm and there were 2 cars in front of me, not only were they slow with my service but they forgot my sauces. Let me start by saying I am a HUGE fan of CFA!!! Closed on Sunday for a very good reason! They are always quality! Food is fresh and served well with a smile! Employees are always stellar! Love the customer service with a good attitude! The new BBQ Bacon sandwich is YUM!!! Loved the first one so much I came back for another one! They know the busy hours and staff accordingly! Never had to wait too long like other places that have two cars in line but take forever that I will not name but that I choose to bypass and drive father to get to a CFA!!! Clean is always here! On October 10, Monday 7:15AM, my daughter and I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. Every sandwich we received was wrong and when my daughter bit into hers, the raw egg squirted out because it had been under cooked. She gagged threw the sandwich back in the bag which had the receipt in there and threw it away! At the end of our work day, I called the manager to explain what had happened and he said there was nothing he could do for me without a receipt. He would not reimburse me or give us the correct and properly cooked sandwiches we had paid for originally. He was rude and unprofessional. This is the worse experience we have ever had with any fast food and restaurant service. Stay away from this location!!! I'm OBSESSED with chick-fil-a ,and this horrific experience has never happened to me at a chick-fil-a this establishment is known for great customer service . I felt like I was at McDonald's ! I waited at least 20 min in a line for breakfast , and I understand it being busy but the line wasn't moving ! Once I made it to the front I figured exactly why the line wasn't moving . The staff around 10am was too busy laughing and playing around rather than working . Ignore the negative reviews. The staff at this restaurant are awesome. Very hardworking young kids. 100% satisfied customer. I am not sure what the operator is doing at this location, but I bet they don't follow corporate guidelines. I have given this place a few tries and it's the same results. The food taste like it was fried in old smoky grease, which leaves a horrible aftertaste. I got my oldest the four count Mimi and he said the same thing. This is the first Chick-fil-a that I have EVER been to that has messed up my order. I came here today for breakfast through the drive thru and they forgot to give me the hash browns for one of my meals. I ordered the oatmeal and they didn't give me the toppings that the oatmeal comes with just the plain oatmeal. I asked for a cookie crumbs yogurt and they gave me a granola. This location always seems busy, however they can't handle the high traffic. Even at their busiest times their fries are not fresh and taste full of grease and old. Don't waste your time talking to management as they could careless if you come back or not. For me I will be driving past this location from now on. After a certain time, it appears that this location becomes a hangout spot for teenagers and you have to deal with their loud talking and overhear profanity. Also, there is no automatic door installed and management said that there are no plans to install an automatic door. It would be extremely helpful to wheelchair users. I came to this location at about 6:15 (not long after they opened) on a weekday morning, so there was no one in line (I went inside). The cleanliness of the restaurant was top-notch, I was greeted with smiling faces, all the staff were very friendly, and my order was ready before I even had a chance to walk over and get my napkins and condiments (fast and hot). Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I went in at 9:50pm to make my order. Nick the cash register was either new/training or just was unsure. I handed him a $20 and he entered in $5. When he did this, the drawer closed and he couldn't open it. He forgot that I gave him a $20 and asked for help. Another employee came over and tried to help but the there was no key. After another employee came, they took out the calculator to figure out what my change would be. I tell them politely, you know what don't worry about it. And walk out. I walk to min car and I'm 100% sure I gave him a $20. Instead of going back in, I called the number to the location. Carlos, the manager on duty was the rudest employee and actually made fun of my name when I gave him my contact information. He told me he would count the register and asked me to hold. As I'm on the phone with him I am looking directly into the store. No one took out a drawer or did anything. He returns and says "Nick gave you the right about and until you give me your real name you can wait outside until Miss Jacqueline arrives in the morning". I tried to explain myself and he hung up the phone. All the while I am seeing the employees inside laughing and giggling. Worse experience every at a fast food restaurant. Meal was great as always! I got the cool wrap with the avocado like ranch. I was satisfied with the meal. But the cashier didn't know how to do the math when I handed her my change. I gave her $20.40 for my 8.65 meal, and she handed me back the cents (only taking the $20). She also gave me a very snobby look when I handed her the cents. First, I have to say that I'm a huge fan of chick fil a & have enjoyed eating there many many times over the years so I was super excited when they built one very close to my home. The last two times I've ordered the chicken nuggets in the drive thru, when I got home and tried to eat them they were dried & fried way too much. After the second order of over fried nuggets that I couldn't/didn't eat, I decided to go in to the restaurant and talk to the manager. I asked for the manager at the counter & a short Hispanic lady turned around & said she was a manager. Feeling for sure that she would do something to compensate me for the inedible meals I'd had, instead, she said that some people order extra crispy nuggets & I might just have gotten those by mistake and she apologized & had a crew member take my order which I paid for & left. Her way of handling what my issue had been with that location was very unprofessional & certainly NOT what I expected from Chick fil A's high standard and customer care. I go early bc my toddler and I need to get out when it's cold. The playground is always being sanitized extremely well when we arrive. The food is fresh, the staff is awesome, and the owners are kind and engaged in the community. You can either sit home or run a company on site.
