i'm not sure why this chick fil a has bad reviews. i like how it's located on westheimer road, very easy to get to. got my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with chicken noodle soup and my order literally was ready to go when i pulled up on the other side. that was probably the quickest food service I've ever had. everything accurate, food tastes good, and i'm full now. the staffs were friendly and nice. sprite doesn't taste bland or watery. this was around 5pm and while there were some line, it eventually went by fast, so i am satisfied! read more

It saddens me to say this, but you CAN have a bad experience at a Chick fil A. I have checked into this Chick fil A time and time again, as it is the closest one to my place. Everytime, I've walked out of the place with experiences ranging from meh to bad. Never good ever. Service is also typically very slow here, which confuses me considering the number of staff they have running around the kitchen area. I've also experienced several new hires working the front register, which kind of makes me suspect that this place has a ridiculously high turnover rate. As for food, we have gotten wrong orders, while just slightly wrong (Asking for no pickles, order shows no pickles on the wrapper, boom magical pickles), can be a mild annoyance to the normally over entitled expectations that I get from a typical Chick fil A. Also on a side note, I wonder if Chick fil A's get their chicken from the same vendors. Cos I swear that the fillets they use on my spicy chicken sandwich always looks smaller than the other places I've dined at. All of the employees are very kind and full of energy. I love the entire menu . They are fast with giving you excellent customer service and when you need anything they are there to help. I love the diversity at this location . They are genuinely happy to be at work and they are ready to serve. Their breakfast chicken biscuit is way better than McDonald's sausage biscuit. Customer service- non existent. Every time I come here, they always forget something. I just had to sit in the drive-thru just to get my hash browns, for the only meal on my ticket.
