They make the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld look positively "sweet," and they are all SO incompetent about their work, they never know the correct prices for anything, what is for sale much less what is on special, they can't speak English almost at all sometimes. They don't understand much of anything you say, either. It's extremely frustrating. Early this morning I got there before they changed shifts, and after asking me six times to repeat "Sausage Croissant Combo with a Small Coffee" -- SIX! -- and each time I was getting a little bit louder, so he could hear (maybe he's deaf,right, IDK?) ,and the asshole tells me to go somewhere else, because he won't sell anything "because I'm yelling at him!" I swear I wanted to strangle him at that point, but on the upside, I have had sinus congestion with hay fever for three days now -- completely congested -- and he pissed me off SO badly my sinuses cleared up immediately -- must have been the adrenaline hitting my bloodstream. Don't go here and reward this bad behavior and non-existent management!

This loaded burger was so delicious, maybe because I was hungry or haven't had beef for a long while. Service was pretty good with minimal glitches, considering the busy lunchtime. There were more employees than customers inside of the restaurant. Employees seemed to know most of customers walked in. This was my second time eating there. My previous visit was when they first opened. So, I don't expect them to know me. The interior is uniformly orange like every other Whataburger restaurant. You know, I like orange. I paid special attention to the cleanliness. They're much better than most fast-food restaurants in this area. Kudos to the management.

I called the store expecting at least some concern or an attempt to fix the issue. Instead, I got a very dismissive response and was told to go through Uber Eats for a refund. No apology, no acknowledgment of the allergy risk, no effort to make it right. Uber Eats gave me a partial refund, which didn't even cover the sandwich. Mistakes happen--but how you handle them matters. In this case, the lack of care and accountability was disappointing. I won't be ordering from this location again, and I'd strongly caution anyone with food allergies to double-check their order.

I came here enough to know how the staff operates. Morning breakfast hours is best before 8 am. Weekdays after 3 is better than lunchtime rush. I get headaches coming in weekends. Restaurant is fairly cleaner than Wendy's and Jack in the Box across the freeway. That's a good news for Memorial Hermann Medical Center employees and Houston Baptist University students. But you need to watch out for transients begging in the parking lot after dark. Otherwise, it's a good place to bring your kid to be a kid.

They are made fresh to order and it was actually my favorite thing from our experience there. Donuts - The batter used made the donuts not quite as light as Krispie Kreme and had a bit more of a bounce/chew to it. The donuts are definitely better when slightly warmed up for a few seconds. Their glaze is where I think the donuts fell short for me though. It had a nice crispy texture but there is a slight added fragrance to it that I found distracting. I can't quite put my finger on what that fragrance is, you can't necessarily taste it but you can definitely smell it. The other non-glazed donuts like maple didn't have the fragrance but the maple flavor was a bit too mild. Jelly and cream ones were OK, were very filled. Kolache - Got the plain sausage one and it was nothing special. The sausage tasted like a breakfast sausage you'd get from a complementary breakfast at a hotel and then wrapped in bread. Would not get again. Americano - Pretty good, went well with the sweets. Overall not bad but I feel like we've had better donuts elsewhere. The fragrance in the glaze was off putting though and that made me quite disappointed.
