I ordered 12pc nugget and a received this. Some explaining is needed to fix this.

Wrong order again. I tried but this is uncalled for. I go here 4 times a week. Waiting for a call or text to resolve this issue.

I went through the drive through and I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with a large strawberry shake and this is what I received... plus the customers are allowed to walk up to the window and cut in front of everyone and place an order?!? Really?!? This is beyond unacceptable! When are you going to open up like everyone else?

This location has gone down the drain. Every time we come here our order is wrong. I spent 40 minutes waiting at curbside and then they walk out here with a completely wrong order. French fries were so burnt and hard to eat, they were like cardboard and tasted like it too. Management needs to change. The quality here has really gone bad

I spend money here like 2/3 times a week and the food just keeps getting worse. Especially at this location. If it's not my lemonade not tasting right then it's my nuggets being too salty and soggy. I don't know what's going on but they wouldn't even give me my money back but offered to remake and I wasn't about to wait for another food that may not satisfy me so I left very upset and most likely won't return to this location

Loved the food. I was starving after school so this came in clutch

Saaad day at Chick-fil-A. First off, most of everyone knows how they run and how very busy they get. So much so, that now they have employees designated at the drive-thrus. So my experience started like a normal wait time at chick-fil-A. I unfortunately got on the slowest lane. I get it, people are people and take their time. However, I also noticed that the employee was not going up to each car but was waiting for the cars to come to her. Okaaaay, not a big deal but kind of was when I noticed her co-worker (who I assume is a lead because of the grey collar shirt he had one) was urgently going after each car not letting the line get too long or have consumers in despair. Then, I noticed she also had absolutely no smile, warm welcoming or the hospitality that Chick-fil-A (and EVERYONE) knows them for! Like girl, I feel you. I'm tired too but you got to fake it 'till you make it-especially if you the one taking orders! Save that lame energy for when you're restocking, not dealing with customers. BUT! I will not say she is a lost cause because she looked out for me by giving me savings on my meal order since I ordered a water vs a fountain drink. I truly appreciate you for that girl. Now, the reason I am going off on this rant really is because I ordered nuggets and I got NO SAUCE. I literally drove away, parked at my destination and ate some fries just to notice that there was no sauce to dip them into. AND I GOT NUGGETS?! How do you put 3 sauces on my receipt but not in my bag?! Oh, I was livid (and hangry). I have never gone back to a restaurant after they've messed up my order but I had to this time. I showed up, receipt in hand (just in case) and I was going in fully prepared to give them my two cents and all that came out my mouth was "Can I have some Chick-fil-A sauce?" That was lame I thought, since I was soo prepared to let out my fury but upon reaching these innocent employees who had done nothing wrong, I retracted. But then as I turned my back to walk away I hear them laughing at me!! So now here we are, writing this yelp review because, who else will hear this dumb story out? Thanks for coming to my TEDx Talks. P.S I still love ya Chick-fil-A and I'll definitely be back but this location could really use some extra customer service training. ‍

This time I called in an order for tallarines saltados and two whole chickens for my family. They told me it would be ready in an hour, which was fine. When I arrived to pick it up, the owner handed me the food and casually said he replaced my tallarines with lomo saltado -- without asking me first. He said it was "a better choice" and that they were out of tallarines. I told him clearly that I did not want lomo saltado, but he kept insisting, so I just took it to avoid arguing. When we got home, the real problem started -- both chickens were undercooked, tough, and hard to chew. It was so bad that I told my kids and family not to eat any of it, and I ended up throwing everything in the trash. I paid good money for this meal, and we didn't get to eat at all. Changing an order without consent and serving raw chicken is not acceptable. I won't be coming back.

They've built a loyal and local following by making comfort food the centerpiece of their many talents (#2). When the food is as tasty as the customer service is friendly, it's hard not to love all they to offer. The shop is so small that seating is non-existent, (#3) thus it's strictly a takeout and delivery establishment. Their display case of hot foods changes throughout the day, depending on availability. Anything after the late afternoon is a huge gamble, so when in doubt, call ahead of time to confirm whether an item is available. I love to pop in just to get a good visual of my choices -- and I've always managed to walk out with something delicious. Of all the items I've tried, there have been standouts across the board. The oxtail, stewed chicken with gravy, smothered rib tips, meat loaf, and their über famous honey glazed wings and meatballs are fabulous. Their sides of dressing, sweet candied yams, mac and cheese, and fried green tomatoes make for a perfectly complete meal. Even the cornbread is outstanding, which is really saying something. I'd be remiss not to mention their incredibly underrated desserts. The peach cobbler is fire, pound cake and banana pudding are excellent, and their triple layered German-chocolate cake floored me. It was decadent, a tinge savory, and extremely addicting. The fact they offer catering for every item mentioned above means my future potlucks are going to be next level. When they're ready to open another location in a different part of town, I can only hope it'll be closer to me. Otherwise, it's off to West Oaks when I'm craving a food-coma-worthy treat. ____________ (#1) Except Monday. They're closed. To be honest the service is slow and at times they're rude and don't wanna do their job. One of the only positive things I can say is that even though the service is slow, the food comes out hot & fresh. I would hope so since they're not busy. My to go orders are usually the 3 piece campus with either mash potatoes, red beans and rice, collard greens & dirty rice. Or I'll get their 3 piece catfish. Sometimes I'll get the dessert (peach cobbler & sweet potato pie). While the chicken comes out hot & fresh. There is zero seasoning on the chicken itself. Not even a pinch of salt. They rely on the batter for flavor. Don't get me wrong the batter is salty & delicious for my palate but the chicken is so bland. Collard greens are uninspiring & boring but edible. Mash potatoes taste just fine but their gravy adds a layer of flavor. Red beans and rice once again, flavorless & they always give you one measly piece of sausage. Their dirty rice is a little dry but not bad. Now for the catfish I actually enjoy it. The batter is the same as their chicken & the fish itself is moist and juicy. The desserts feel like it's store bought and not made in house but it's bearable. Overall, this location ain't it. It's located next to a gas station & the area itself isn't safe. The inside of the restaurant isn't clean either. Lazy & rude employees don't make it any better. If you want some good Frenchy's go to the one on 3rd ward. I would frequently go there but that's no where close to my house so I have to settle for this location. I hope they make improvements before they shut down.

My family and I walked in and immediately I was curious why on a Saturday afternoon the restaurant was not busy. Although the food was delicious, what was lacking was the service and communication. We arrived at the restaurant, and they had two other tables that were enjoying their lunch. We were their third occupied table. We looked over the menu and ordered with a young gentleman server. After we ordered, I noticed another customer came and sat right behind our table and they ordered as well. I'm unsure whether the restaurant prioritizes online and takeout orders, but throughout our visit, the kitchen continuously brought food to the pickup window while servers packaged to-go orders. What made the experience even more frustrating was that a table seated behind us received their food before we did, even though they had arrived after us. When the food was delivered to the table behind us, one of the staff members appeared surprised and gave me a look that seemed to acknowledge we had been waiting longer. By this point, we had already been waiting 35 minutes for our meal. Later, the staff brought out bowls and spoons, so I asked our server how much longer the wait would be until our food will be serve. She responded, "About 10 minutes," but did not provide any explanation for the delay. After I asked about our order, I noticed the staff member relayed my question to another employee. This left me even more confused, especially since it seemed they were already aware that we had arrived before the table that had been served. In my opinion, the servers need to be trained better and communicate with their customers. Making fun of customers behind the host/cashier stand because I asked a simple question is not ok.

The beef is so well-seasoned, so juicy, rich and has a great charbroiled / charcoal aroma to it. I think the exact same for the ground chicken, but less fatty, still very juicy and lighter flavor profile. The shrimp were simple, mild in seasoning, but so succulent, fresh and cooked just right. They didn't taste like frozen, bagged shrimp that was cooked, but fresh and slightly sweet with some char. The dill rice is full of lima beans, buttery / oily to the right amount and just the perfect level of earthiness. Great, fully cooked tomatoes that pop in your mouth. I had a bit of a sore throat today, but the food here was a wonderful way to pleasure the pallet. Most Persian restaurants in Houston have 0 charbroil or charcoal taste, bad meat full of fillers and minimal seasoning in their meat, but just 3-4 do it right. This place absolutely nails it for kabobs and can easily compete with California in the Orange County area where top notch Persian restaurants are common. The bread the veggies that came out were very good. The appetizer sampler we got the eggplant dish, hummus, and yogurt and shallot. The hummus was not our favorite as our other go to Persian places seem to have a smoother texture but the eggplant was good. The yogurt was pretty tangy with light shallot flavor that wasn't super detectable but it was still nice. The koobideh was juicy and the rice and tahdig that came with it was super yummy. I don't love the seasoning for the chicken koobideh but that's just a preference thing nothing was wrong or unpleasant about it. The lamb koobideh was on point. The meat that my SO had was very good as well. Beef was tender. The chicken was tender. The only thing I was confused about was that my SO was supposed to also have tahdig on his rice but didn't receive it, he just got normal rice. My SO didn't tell me until the very end of the meal though so we didn't say anything to them but it was strange to forget that part of the meal. We didn't knock them for that because my SO didn't bring it to their attention and I'm sure they would have fixed it if we told them. Service was very friendly. They kept checking on us and were very polite. The outside of the restaurant is unassuming in a strip mall but the inside is pretty. There are some other Persian places that we prefer but the tahdig and the service and the juiciness of the meat were great here. The hummus was not our favorite though which to us is a big component that we like to eat. 4/5.
