Worst chickfilA EVER! I'm used to the traffic constantly flowing since they are known for having their process down. We stopped by to get breakfast and were disappointed to hear that they don't serve breakfast. WHAT??!! Since when? Anyway, we didn't want lunch, but we couldn't just leave. I haven't had this in a few months due to my nutrition plan but LAWWWWWWD this is amazing! I tried it for the first time when I came to Houston a few months ago and I fell in love. The spicy chicken sandwich had me hooked. As in I wanted it anytime I was supposed to eat lol. This location is great. Clean and tidy. The service is excellent. The staff walk around and make sure you are good on refills and sauces napkins etc. How many other fast food joints can you say really do that? I always have dined in but from what I can see around dinner time just driving by, they def get busy at the drive through. Lunch time is pretty decent though, you can be in and out pretty quick! I left this place very disappointed, I did my order through curbside pick up & i checked my food before leaving and i was missing a couple of items. A nice lady brings my food out after calling them and letting them know i was missing items. She hands me what she thinks is missing and i tell her i'm still missing items and she goes back to get what i'm missing. This other lady comes with an attitude and tells me that everything is now in my bag and i tell her i'm missing a mac and cheese she clearly did t care so i just left and i wasn't going to argue over a mac and cheese. They have a great attention to detail! I've been coming here since I was a teenager, the' end never failed to impress me. The staff is always courteous. (I come here waaaay to often, they know me by name!) The place is always clean. The food is delicious, always hot and fresh. You can always tell by the fries. They are ALWAYS busy, but the management seems to have it under control. I have started to use the app to pick up my order, and they always have it ready. The app is a must! They go out of their way to meet my needs (always Brew fresh coffee for me) They've messed up on my order before, but they've quickly tried to resolve my problem with no issue. I've frequented this location for years now - 90% via drive-thru, never for breakfast. Service, food, and otherwise have always been right & good. Everyone's friendly - even when I had a free sandwich voucher (and ordered nothing else) & even when I'm at the window 2 minutes before closing. Though the drive-thru can get ridiculously long, they generally move at a good pace...Except for when you get that 1 indecisive d%ck that holds up the line. I say: thank goodness for dual lanes! Inside's clean w/ the condiment bar normally stocked. The AC is on cold-blast but it does feel oh-so-good during the Texas heat. Can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich, strips, and that milk shake w/ whip cream & a cherry on top. Yum! I'm going to start off by saying that I love chick-fil-A, but the experience I got here was one of the worst I've ever had in any of the chick-fil-A's I've encountered. First off I was in line this morning and I'm guessing the leader, (he was wearing a gray shirt) gave me a very warm welcoming, i was a little shook because if you're the team leader I would of expected a smile and a nice welcoming. Second thing, he sneezed, I said god bless you but never said thank you. Its okay.. whatever.. he might of not herd me.. not a big deal. I asked her if I could please get extra honey and she responded me with a "what?" I then repeated what I had said and she turned around and didn't say nothing back. Finally she gave me my food and when I looked in the bag there was only 2 packets of honey, after I had to tell her twice if i May have extra honey and the disrespect I got. "I placed a mobile order this morning (10/19/2020) during breakfast hours 10-15 mins before breakfast ended at 10:30am. Upon arrival to pick up my order curbside I was noticed that the order had disappeared from the app. It was 10:28 when I arrived to pick up my order. I requested  to speak to the manager on duty after being alerted by staff that there was nothing that could be done in regards to lost breakfast o rder that I had been already charged for. Chick fil a is my heart and soul but this location was the slowest drive through I've ever seen. They have got to figure something out. I had no idea- you always see long Chick fil a lines but they move right along and you're out within 5-10 minutes. I sat in line for an hour and I'm not kidding. Chickfila has the most pleasant fast food staff anywhere! Tasty choices always include chicken sandwich, nuggets, chicken minis, chicken salad sandwich... along with freshly squeezed lemonade. I've been known to buy a gallon each of the iced tea and lemonade for some Arnold Palmer action at home (add some vodka for a real party!). I eat here whenever my wife leaves me on my own. There's an ongoing battle between the Original Chicken Sandwich and the Deluxe (w/ cheese, lettuce, & tomato). I mean, the Original can handle any combination of sauces while the Deluxe is really a sandwich that screams for Ranch and only Ranch. Put the BBQ sauce away, weirdo. Chick-Fil-A is my favorite fast food chain and this location has never disappointed. I also appreciate the dual lane drive-thru which adds an element of excitement. I enjoy racing people to the speaker and giving them dirty looks when they order ahead of me. The only downside is that I always want Chick-Fil-A on Sunday but the chicken makers are off at church while I am blaspheming into an off duty drive-thru speaker. read more

I love this location! The staff is always super friendly and provide great customer service. Chick Fil A is my guilty pleasure... The chicken sandwiches are to die for...the soft buns, juicy chicken, and the pickles. I swear I could eat a million of these if I could. And don't get me started on those waffle fries! I ordered a number one meal and asked if I could substitute the drink with a coffee. The cashier was really nice and didn't flinch or anything regarding our weird request. When the order was ready, they even brought it out to our table, which was new! This location is fairly large, lots of tables, and even a play area for the kiddos. Man, I love Chick-Fil-A. I mean, I love it so much I told my husband he should buy a Chick-Fil-A, because we'd save a ton of money if he could just bring me home CFA every day. I know that a lot of their responses are "scripted" ('my pleasure' to anyone's 'thank you', for example) but still, the staff go above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP every time I'm here - which is several times a week :-) You might be thinking "gee, Melinda R., why only 4 stars if you love the place so much?" Well, my fellow Yelper, that's because I have, on occasion, had pretty bad service here. I'm not sure if it was because of one manager, or they were short-staffed, but about once every quarter I'll have a less-than-perfect experience. The credit card machines will stop working, the food will take over 10 minutes to come out, the food will be cold or wrong when I get it... CFA is usually very quick to correct any issues, but it's still a bit of a pain when you had to wait 10 minutes for your fast food and then it's wrong. To their credit, I haven't run into this issue in about 4 months, so perhaps they corrected whatever was causing the hic-cups. Be warned - this place gets slammed during lunch time. And there are children running around EVERYWHERE. If barefoot kids bother you, take your food to go, or sit on the other side of the restaurant, far from the kiddie play area. Maggie is rude and disrespectful, I have never been to a chick fila that has rude employees, dry food, always forgetting items even if I use the app and specifically pick which condiments I want. They still forget a straw, a spoon, a sauce something. What was I suppose to eat my parfait with my hands? Another experience is when I went to get chicken nuggets and I called to tell them that I wasn't satisfied because they were dry like they had been cooked previously and sitting she places me on hold for a very long time and came back to say I was satisfied before I drove off! What I hadn't even took a bite until I got home and who are you to sit and argue with me back and forth when all you had to do is replace my meal . The place was closing soon so I had to rush and come get it at that moment or I was basically not getting a replacement because she stated she would not be there in the morning. When most restaurants just take your name and you come when it's convenient to get your replacement. Then she tells me SHE ISN'T REPLACING THE WHOLE MEAL! I didn't ask you to first off but don't tell me what you not gonna do that's typically a part of replacing the "meal" the entire thing since it was wrong the first time. Maggie tried to keep saying you confirmed it was ok before you pulled off ! No I said it will do and I was still not satisfied by looking at it then when I actually ate it it wasn't . I came to this location for breakfast and the man who delivered my food to my table had a massive active cold sore on his lip! I asked to speak to a manager and told her what I had just witnessed. Her response was, "there's nothing wrong with him." I said he should not be anywhere around food as cold sores are extremely contagious. They literally made us return a drink that was already in my car instead of just taking the $22. This might be the best Chick-Fil-A you'll ever eat at.. I remember when the only Chick-Fli-A for miles in Houston was at Memorial City Mall back in the 80's, when "FameCity" was right next door.. Now that Chick-Fil-A is fairly prevalant around Houston and the surronding burbs you're not going to find a cleaner better run Chick-Fil-A in the city.. I recommend the classic sandwich and the southwest salad.. I've even used this location to cater in lunch for my office and delivery was fast and easy..
