First off, I rarely do chicken sandwiches. Dunno why...just not my thing. BUT for some darn reason, I love the chicken sandwiches at Chick-Fil-A! Not only is it moist and juicy, but it is full of wonderful flavor! It's so damn good I even leave the cheese off! The waffle fries are also a wonderful side to the sandwich as well. Secondly, the restaurant here in Howell is so efficiently run. It is always clean and organized and the staff is very friendly from the person who takes your order to the person walking around cleaning tables. And finally to top it off...they carry individual "texas Pete" hot sauce! nuff said! read more

Chick filet is hands down the best fast food ever! I absolutely hate fast food and I love chick filet. This location specifically has some of the nicest employees, they are so friendly and they never mess up your order. They seem genuinely happy to be at work, I hope they get paid well because they deserve it. The food is always hot and fresh and it is always very busy at lunchtime but that drive thru runs really quickly. I love the original chicken sandwich and I loooovvvveee the waffle fries! read more

Well drove here special for my daughter (5 miles) on Saturday and when we got home her wrap was missing never will I go back; this is the second time this has happened; obviously you blame the first on human error; but really guys! I kind of hate myself for loving Chick-Fil-A's food, due to their activism against gay marriage, and yet, whenever I am near one, I have to go. Every location has friendly service and reliably high-quality food, so it almost seems silly to compare them to one another. But if it's possible, the service here is even friendlier than usual. They usually have some staff member roaming the dining room, keeping the place spruced up, offering to bring you drink refills and even taking your trash away for you. All locations have fresh brewed iced tea, both sweet and unsweetened, but the flavor on the tea seems a little low here - when I get lemonade added, all I can taste is the lemonade, not the tea. Chick-Fil-A (at least this location) also recently started offering 3 new salads,and the one I tried (chicken cobb) was really nice, with fresh, crunchy veggies. Another new offering is the cheese dipping sauce for fries, but it's not so great IMHO. It just tastes like American cheese, which is a little bland for fry-dipping. Seeing the breakfast menu board makes me salivate - thank goodness I don't live closer or I would regularly be getting not-super-healthy fried chicken biscuits in the AM. read more

The crispy chicken deluxe and grilled chicken sandwiches are always good using good quality chicken. The waffle fries are nicely cooked. A runner up is the chicken salad sandwich, though the bread is made to look and feel toasted, not sure if it is, but the salad itself is pretty tasty. The vanilla shakes are wonderful and I'm grateful they have diet lemonade. The staff is always very friendly; if you're eating in, they'll carry your tray to your table for you. Very kid friendly; it has an indoor playground and they host a lot of kids-friendly events. read more

I used to go here all the time with my kids as they are pretty close to the Kumon Math & Reading center in Howell, NJ (which is actually the worst place on earth that you can send your kids to be tutored at). Chick-fil-A was a great place to cheer-up my kids after they had a bad day at the Kumon center. They finally quit Kumon Math & Reading in Howell, NJ and we no longer drive there. What can I say? Every time I've ordered one of their burgers, no matter which one, it is oh so deliciously full of flavor. The prices aren't bad either. You're paying for your food . They are very nice and pretty fast. read more
