Order was never put in and found out once we got to the window after waiting in line for 10 minutes and was asked to pull up in the parking lot. Then waited another 15 minutes to get our food. Called to find out what was going on with our order after 14 minutes and manager said I'm sorry about that and hung up on me. read more

Chick-Fil-A used to be somewhere you could go and count on everything being right and fast but this location has gone down hill. As a customer and a door dash driver all I see is a bunch of teenagers playing around taking forever to get food orders prepared and making mistakes on orders simply because they are too preoccupied with joking around with each other. read more

I really hate that it has come to this. We have been loyal fans and patrons of Chick-fil-A for countless years. Even when we moved to this new town we were pleased with the Chick-fil-A quality and service that we were receiving. But recently, they made changes to the facility that also seemed to come with changes to the level of quality and service. The last several times we've gotten their food, the orders have been messed up, the quality of the food has been below expectations. It just seems that something has changed. At first I thought it was just related to the chaos of the renovation. I told my wife we would do it a few more times and they would get back to normal. It just hasn't happened. Tonight's meal was the final straw. The order was a jumbled mess. The piece of chicken on my wife's sandwich was just a thin greasy chunk of fried batter. The customizations were wrong. Maybe our expectations have been too high. We came from a town where the Chick-fil-A was outstanding every time. Maybe they're simply not all the same. But I know one thing, we will likely stop ordering food from this particular Chick-fil-A. read more

I Love this Chick-fil-A I go there almost daily the people are kind and helpful! The lines can get long at peak times,but they do everything they can to keep it moving! The food is always better than other Chick-fil-A's for instance I get a Cobb salad all the time it looks good and has lots of chicken and the right amount of ingredients,but sometimes I'm not always by this Chick-fil-A and I can order the same salad and it has very little chicken and doesn't look appealing at all and I'm hungry afterwards I do get other food from breakfast to lunch items and they never disappoint! I made a late night nugget run after working a double and was not helped at the menu until I said something through the speaker. I specifically asked for two large drinks at the end of my order, when I drove up to the window the young man did not give me two large drinks. He tried to give me a medium and a large, the size difference wasn't the issue his attitude was. When I told him I actually order two large drinks he told me, "Well you paid for a medium so there is nothing I can do for you." I was once a server so I understand food handlers guidelines, and at that point I had not touched the cups. I asked him again for the large drink I ordered and he just repeated himself. After driving away bc he refused to help me, I checked my bags and he did not give me a receipt either, super disappointed and very annoyed with the service. read more

Typically I LOVE Chick-fil-A HOWEVER here lately they have been giving me the WORST French fries. They are over cooked and inedible the last 4 times I've been there. Very displeased with this and am probably going to boycott for awhile due to this. Please fix your French fry problem! Food is great. I just don't understand why the drive through is so much slower than the weatherford location. Common sense for fast food says if someone has to wait several minutes to get a special item, move them somewhere else so you don't slow down the entire line. I've come several times when they weren't even too busy and spent 10-15 minutes in the drive through. Very disappointing. read more

If I could give this Chick Fila a zero I would. I only go to this one because my kids like it after school on Mondays. My order is almost ALWAYS wrong and the service is extremely slow. Most Chick Filas that I have been to have a great system for the drive through to make it faster.... not this one- and it is set up to easily have the workers in the drive through taking orders TERRIBLE management!!! Amazing Chick-fil-A location! All of the employees show exceptional service (Andy is so generous and walks around offering to get refills, extra napkins, etc). Even during a busy lunch rush, they were able to get our food out very very quickly! Very clean and modern building! read more

Curb side pickup has slower service than the drive through. Had to wait nearly twenty minutes today. however, food is great.

Food was great but the employees were very chatty with each other which caused a long wait on April 28 2018. Went the day before and had much better service, I guess you just have to get the right employees to pay attention to you. read more
