Hate to give poor reviews, but this location kind of sucks. The food is fine, no issues there, but here are the problems.. 1) ordering sucks. Either you have a person standing with a tablet to take orders, or a till only. This is super confusing, not sure where I'm supposed to stand with a kicking and screaming toddler 2) get to counter, and there's no kids menu. Let me repeat, NO KIDS Menu, in a kids restaurant!!! I'm just magically supposed to know what meals are available for kids. The counter girl had to repeat the options multiple times before we could decide. Why not have a menu??? 3) the children's play area is not suitable for toddlers. My 2.5 year old physically couldn't climb up the stairs case to the slide because she was too small and her legs did reach. 4) parking. Basically there is none. This Chickfila was good, like all of them. I had a delicious salad and the service was polite and professional. The only issue I noticed with this location is that the line to order was undefined, which led to confusion on which customers had been waiting in line the longest. I would like to start off by saying, if I could give 0 stars, then I would. The only thing not frowned upon from today's experience was the attentive customer service from only two of the employees. Specifically, Taylor, and Stephanie. I went through the drive through to get some food for myself and my family, and Taylor was the one who took my order. We double checked the order before paying and nothing was rung up incorrectly. By the time we get home, mistakenly not checking to see if all the food was there before pulling away from the restaurant. We were missing a whole kids meal drink included, all three of the fries we ordered were unsalted, soggy, and cold. And not to mention our 30 count was still undercooked, We had none of our condiments, straws, or napkins. So my sister and I drive back up there to get the food we were missing, Stephanie is the only person who took the issue seriously enough. And considering I was a previous shift lead at this specific location I'm fully aware of how they are supposed to treat guests especially when they are upset or there was an issue with their order. There were three shift leads all working front of house, and two directors working as well. Which I know all acknowledged me because I made eye contact with all five of them at some point, but I got nothing but side eyes and glares. I do have to say, I am disappointed considering I am now a guest at this location. But after getting my re-compensated food, I go to open it, and all of the sauces were inside of my fries, along with the straws. Instead of the correct way, which is either in a separate bag, or In the bottom of your bag so it's not all in your food. Don't waste your time waiting in line to only get half of your order, and crappy service from management when you go back to fix something they messed up. I'd recommend the humble location because you'll actually get fresh food and you won't drive away without all of your food and condiments. Had issues with the girl in the drive thru when placing my order and upon paying at the window continued to have issues with the same girl, Pulled over across the street and called the main line, and got ahold of James the manager on duty, I expressed my concerns with his employee and we ended up having an amazing conversation, Our convo ended up well over 15 mins, and in the end I was extremely pleased in the fact he was willing to listen and take notes on some (former restaurant managment) tips I gave him. Thanks Again James, I went to your store again last week,(almost one month post) and gave you guys another try and customer service was a A+!! It never fails that this CFA is always busy, which is good for business, but the layout of this location is bad. Since the drive-thru wraps around the restaurant, and is located near the entrance to the shopping plaza, parking sucks because it's one-way only parking which is the same direction on a two-way packed drive-thru, so it's difficult for cars trying to get out or parking, it's a mess! And if you're coming on the West Lake Houston entrance, there's no other close parking, which at times makes me pass up on this fast food joint. Even with this place being super busy, I don't have issues with their service since they're usually on point, and if they do make a mistake, they own up to it. read more

I've come to this chick fil a countless times since they have opened. And I have never had a worse experience than I did today. First thing I noticed was a table full of workers right when you walk in the door all talking and eating. Then when we walked up to the register to order the cashier wasn't friendly, and when my fiance wanted to order a 4 CT of nuggets she got all judgemental toned saying it was a kids meal. So he then regrettably changed his order. Once we had ordered and sat down I noticed trash covered tables. We finally found a place to sit when they brought us our food we were missing my chicken strips. My fiance went back to the counter to let them know they were missing and then waited 10 more minutes for the rest of the original order. After eating and he went to get his chicken sandwich it was wrong as well. Finally when we were done we went to throw our trash away and the trashcan was literally overflowing and there was another table of workers sitting and talking in a new spot. Emalynn was my server and she went above and beyond during my visit. I traveled a great distance for business purpose and I stopped by at this Chick Fil A for lunch. It was a hot day and I wanted to just sit somewhere quiet where I can read. I brought a book bag with me and I had my hands full since I was holding two large drinks. She helped me open the doors so I wouldn't drop anything. She did something small but to me it meant a lot since I was tired and was getting ready to drive the long road home. I greatly recommend this Chick-Fil-A. Oh before I forget, she reminded me of Cow Appreciation Day -- gotta love those events. You get free foods too! First time ever eating at one of these. I was incredibly surprised! I really liked the food and the service was second to none! It reminded me of McDonalds when I was younger. I had it for lunch and then could not stand it and went back for dinner! I NEVER eat at fast food joints! They are BAD for you... However, I was wanting to explore and thought I'd give it a try. I have been avoiding it due to their religious / political issues and will certainly limit my future visits, though I cannot say anything but good stuff about their store and service. About two weeks ago I went to this establishment drive-through waited in line for 20 minutes waited close to an hour to get my food never received my food everybody behind me was leaving and getting their orders I was still waiting I finally flag somebody down and ask where is my order? Another 15 minutes later a leader comes out that looks like he's about 15 years old to tell me that they're out of what I ordered. I was Beyond upset that I had to wait almost an hour and a half to be told they don't have my order. I then Said you're coming to me not even with a drink in your hand not even with some fries a voucher anything nothing to tell me you don't have my order after I waited all this time. I went to Chick-fil-A the other day and the young Hispanic girl with braids (at the time) took my order. She didn't charge me for the 3 #1s instead for something else. Before you pay they usually repeat your order back to you. But not this time, it was rushed. And I didn't think after eating there for 6 years with no issues that someone would purposely do this to me. After all I don't know if it's poor training, she's not capable of working in food service or a fast-paced place. I understand there were long lines but there's always a quick turnaround and I always got what I ordered until now. Chick-fil-A corners the market on great customer service. For some reason this young lady has done this to us several times. I can't imagine how many others. I have dismissed it for a few times but this is too much already. I don't know her name, I've never seen her before but if you are in need of Chick-fil-A meal make sure you go to someone else and double check your order before paying. My family loves Chick-fil-A and it's a shame we'll have to drive a little further down to get our meal correctly.
