First time trying this place, I'm not really the tender person because I'm afraid it will be too dry and flavorless. But, I gave it a try today since my friend wanted to. I was surprised by the tenderness of the tenders, they were stringy but not too dry. However, I ordered the Nashville spicy but it was not spicy at all, like I don't taste the kick nor tang. The breading was very crunchy, not too thick, but did lack flavor. The sauce came with the tenders is very similar to Raising Cane's signature sauce. I had to dip every bite of my chicken for extra flavoring. The Mac fries are gooey and yum, fries themselves are coated with seasonings well, and the Mac and cheese was not overly milky. Service was amazing, when the server came to check on us I said "I could do spicier on tenders" she brought me some extra spicy sauce because she wants me to have the best first experience. Also it was my friend's birthday, she gave her a small cup of strawberry milkshake and made her the perfect beginning of her special day. After confirming with the evening manager that the order would be remade, I dropped in to pick it up and received the usual lackluster familiar cold food (dining in) and the argumentative staff even though it was written in the book to replace. I suppose as a joke they decide to prank me. An order of fries that had 11 fries. After numerous tries over 2 years since opening, I do not recommend the food service or ambience for Nashville hot. All I can say is this hit the spot and it was seasoned to perfection. I got the Nashville hot and they sprinkled a little bit on the fries and it added an extra touch to that, made it real good and spicy. My newest pictures are the urban fries in Nashville, hot, everything on it and then I also got a kids meal with the one tender, fries and drink . The total came out to $24 something dollars and well worth it. They also have a rewards program now so I was able to sign up for that and I'm almost at 50 points so I can get five dollars off of my next meal. I did take off one star because I did have to check my bag before I left and they forgot to put the ranch in there that I paid $.59 for so I took that off because of that detail. Also they forgot to give me my drink as I was walking out from the counter. That's another thing I had to remind him, but overall the food was ready within a good amount of time. I also want to point out that I'm a patient person, but the cashier was ringing me up and in the middle of ringing me up nature called and he had to run out to the restroom and I thought that was kinda odd. The waffles were soft and mushy. They actually needed to be crispier. Nobody enjoys an under toasted waffle from the iron. Finally tried this spot after passing by it for months and unfortunately the food was subpar. Ordered online and when I came inside to pick it up I was not greeted and cashier just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Lots of seating inside and lots of parking for the restaurant. We ordered a half order of the urban fries w/ Nashville hot tender which was just okay and also ordered a kids meal with Nashville hot tender with Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese that came with the kids meal was so bland and the tender did not taste like usual Nashville hot chicken, it was very powdery. The one thing that I did love was their lemonade and the other flavors next to it, I mixed the lemonade with the blueberry I think and it was so delicious. Those two items were not worth $18. There are no signs on where to put food trays so they were left on tables. Restroom entrance was also very slippery due to it being next to the kitchen doors.
