My wife and I were one of the first 100 customers. We were #23 and #24 and got free Chick-Fil-A for a year! Great chicken, great lemonade, and the best fries in town! This review is directed toward Chik-Fil-A corporate! We had a relatively good experience dining in at a local Chik-Fil-A and we were urged by the gal taking our order to be sure to complete the online survey to earn a free sandwich. So, I followed the instructions on the receipt to complete the survey and answered all the questions required. The restaurant received high marks with the exception of having not-so-great waffle fries that were mostly broken pieces and crumbs. After entering personal information with email address into the last page, the system gave an error saying that the email was invalid! I double-checked the address to make sure there were not any typographical errors and tried again. Still the system would not accept the email address, so I telephone Chik-Fil-A customer service. The first details the telephone agent wanted was name and email address! After receiving that information she gave a very anemic response saying that the information would be forwarded on. That's when I asked if they could send me the email for the free sandwich. She said that she couldn't with some excuse about there being a 'different team' that handles the survey. I pointed out that customer service should be able to handle an issue like this, but apparently she wasn't motivated enough to try to. Her response was very much unlike a response I had received from Chik-Fil-A a long time ago when I called about a very unpleasant restaurant experience. That customer service agent was kind and helpful. Based on the response of the customer service agent who was supposed to be helping today but didn't, I'll be thinking twice as to whether we want to bother with any Chik-Fil-A surveys again. read more

Expect to wait at least 20 minutes then you won't be disappointed. Even if you use the app your going to have to wait. Their food is still good but I don't get the wait. Multiple experiences of long waits. Including today. I ordered on the app hit the button when I arrived and waited. Finally a worker asked after 15 minutes inside "are you waiting for something?" Yes I am Tim I ordered on the App around 30 minutes ago. "We didn't get your order are you sure it went through." I showed her my phone few minutes later after checking "oh it was waiting in the drive through." Ok but I clearly put on the app to pick up inside. So...everyone knows about Chick-Fil-A and what they have to offer. However, I had the great opportunity to try their BRAND NEW SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH today!!! It is awesome! The chicken sandwich is made the same as the original also with the option of lettuce and tomato. They are also offering pepper jack cheese with the sandwich. I opted for the plain sandwich with pickles. The chicken was tender (as usual), and the spiciness was perfect. It was not too spicy where you had to reach for water, but not a little bit where you are wondering if you ordered the wrong sandwich. The spicy part of the sandwich is actually in their chicken breading instead of a sauce on the bun. I tasted hints of Tabasco and different kinds of spices. It was really good, and I can't wait for it to hit the regular menu next week (June 7th)! read more

Service is good. This location is in a very congested area with a Walmart across the street and many other businesses around. It's all day because they do serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The employees are friendly and the food is good. I've only ever eaten take-out and have yet to try breakfast. The parking lot is always full. There isn't very much room because the drive thru line usually goes around the entire restaurant. The side road also is pothole central. read more

Chick Fil A has always been amazing. I went yesterday so that I could get a classic, the chicken nuggets. CFA probably has the best chicken nuggets ever. They are a perfect mix of crunchy and juicy and they taste amazing. They also have an assortment of sauces to dip your nuggets in. My favorite is the buffalo sauce and the chick fil a sauce. Definitely a must go if you're a nugget fan. read more

It's Chick-Fil-A, everyone knows what it is. The food was as good as expected, the service was as good as expected, and this location just underwent a renovation, so everything was very clean and new. I did want to review this location in particular for two somewhat disappointing features that don't seem to appear at other Chick-Fil-A locations. (1) This is the only Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to that does not offer a military discount. (2) When they did the renovations, they removed the play area for children. Because of these 2 factors, if I'm choosing which Chick-Fil-A to go to, I would choose a different one. That said, the location is convenient for me and everything else is top notch. read more

Today was my LAST DAY eating here or ordering food from here. I live 15 minutes away, but I'm driving to the Carmel location if I want to enjoy the delicacies of CFA. Vegetarian here...but I get the shakes & buy the chicken & fries for the family. They love it. And they make the BEST shakes in town...especially their summer peach shake which I've actually mentioned in one of novels. The customer service is on point. Everyone greets you with a smile, makes small talk with you, asks questions...great interaction EVERY TIME! My only complaint has nothing to do w/ the employees or the business...but with the entitled people who think they can merge into the line....nope. Sorry. When you try to merge in, you not only are cutting me, but the 10 other cars behind me who have been patiently waiting & using the line as its intended. Chik-fil-a is a chain that provides very yummy chicken sandwiches. Everytime I have gone here the service has been extremely fast. Get the original sandwich and you won't regret it. It's a whole (not processed) chicken boob perfectly cooked with a few pickles on a bun. My wife prefers the "deluxe" version with lettuce and tomato. If you have a choice between this place and Chipolte next door, go here. read more

I've been frequenting this location since it opened and usually have good food and service. However, I suppose with new hires or just a bad crew I came home with half a box of soggy fries and a sandwich that needed a visit in my air fryer. My suggestion don't leaven the new hires unsupervised until they are fully trained. read more

This location can get pretty busy but it's well worth it if you can get there when it isn't so crowded. As with many other CFA locations, the chicken is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. There menu is largely based on what McDonalds calls "Sothern Style Chicken Sandwiches", except way better. I like the spicy sandwich. It is much hotter then most fast food places. There waffle fries are the best fast food fries by far. They also give you Ketchup packets that let you dip your fries vs just squirt, through the drive through. Something is wrong with the food mostly after breakfast at this location, and after today, I will not go back thanks to Catering Manager, Marcella, and Operator, Lew. Quick background: I was introduced to Chik-Fil-A Summer 2015 after hearing my coworkers rave about it. I told them I would give it a try and have been hooked since. I even downloaded the app to my phone. The first, and only location I went to was in Chicago on State and Lake. Chik-Fil-A became my weekly Friday treat (fat, I know ). At the time, I didn't eat bread, so chicken fingers was my choice. Sometime later I was talked into trying the chicken sandwich and became obsessed! I moved and found this location. My first breakfast chicken biscuit was from here and again, I became hooked and only went there for the breakfast biscuit. One day I went for lunch and it was ok, but when I went for dinner it was gross. Because I order via app, I was able to provide feedback on the order and was contacted by the manager(not Lew) and offered a replacement. The replacement was good so I figured it was that particular order. I then tried it again but the food left a bad taste(literally) in my mouth, so I decided to stick to breakfast only. Then today happened. I take a road trips and have a regular routine of ordering 2 chicken biscuit sandwiches, 2 honeys and a strawberry and grape jelly. I usually eat one almost immediately then the other a hour and a half later with no problems, until today. I ate the first sandwich which was delish as I expected, but the second wasn't edible. I took a bite and it felt like I bit into rubber. As I chewed, I realized the food was not breaking apart so I spit(I'm a lady, but there was no swallowing this) it in the bag. I took another bite and had the same rubbery feel, and spit it out as well. I was going to leave it be and figured it was a bad experience but then decided to call in hopes of replacing it. I called and spoke with Marcella who asked for my receipt info. I provided it and asked if I could come tomorrow to replace it. In an accusatory tone, she told me it's been 2 hours and "food goes bad after 30 minutes" I replied what?! Guessing she heard my shock, she then told me food doesn't taste the same after 30 minutes. I told her it wasn't 2 hours and I always eat a biscuit later and it's edible but this wasn't. I asked if I could get a replacement tomorrow. Marcella again tells me food doesn't taste the same after 30 minutes and asked what time would I be there tomorrow; I tell her around 7:30 I also told her I can bring the sandwich to show what it looks like; she tells me it's not going to look the same by then. I told her I just wanted to show that I didn't eat it but whatever. More words said and so I then asked if I could just get a refund. She told me they don't give refunds and she could write my name in a book and get a replacement; I told her no thanks and asked for corporate phone number. She provided the number and again asked if I wanted to put my name in the book; I told her not at this time. I called corporate and spoke with Sam and explained what happened. About 20 minutes later I spoke with Lew who told me I waited 2 hours and food goes bad. He didn't even let me speak so I laughed a bit after realizing where Marcella got her tone from and decided not to waste my time with him. Lew verified my address and told me he would put a check in the mail today for my refund. I thanked him. II would have accepted a replacement but after knowing Lew was the operator of this location, and knowing he sets the tone I simply decided to never go back to that location. It's not like I'm missing out on good food anyway. Even before today happened, this Chik-Fil-A's food doesn't taste like other locations. read more

Was here on a Friday during the lunch rush. They were fast in getting our orders taken and given to us. My meal was perfect, although skipping breakfast may have attributed to this,lol. I don't frequent fast food places. I'll occasionally hit a drive-thru if I see something new or interesting that I'd like to try and this time fits that mold. I've always been ok with Chik-Fil-A. They always have the most polite service and good, neat food. All of that still stands with this location. But what brought me here was the rumor that I heard about some yummy deliciousness that is their frosted lemonade. Their lemonade on its own is a thing of sweettart beauty. We've stopped by for only their lemonade on occasion. But now they have the nerve to mix it with creamy, vanilla ice cream... Really? Really. It wasn't just a rumor. It's magical, y'all. It was gone before I could even take a picture. So thank you, members of the Chik-Fil-A thinktank who came up with that thing of beauty. Excellent service, they get orders right every time and everyone is super kind and friendly. I've never had a complaint about the food, service, or cleanliness of the store. No issues there! My issue relates to the parking situation. An Indianapolis police officer was parked there today to stand and direct traffic in the parking lot! The issue was that the drive thru was wrapped around the whole building twice (it's technically only one lane) and anyone trying to park or leave the lot can't get out. And this is a daily problem especially around lunchtime. I would come here more often but I can't stand the parking situation. It's so much faster if you just go inside and order (there's enough tables and the wait isn't long) but the hold up will be finding a spot and getting out of it because the wrapped around drive thru customers will be stopped behind your car. Had to park at the Chipotle today and walk over because there was never a spot open. Wish they could open another location with a bigger lot. read more

Can NOT say enough good things about this place, well at least the 86th St location across from Walmart. I don't think I even need to write about their food. It speaks for itself, it tastes fresh every time, I've never gotten the "death cup" of fried when u pull away, reach in excitedly and get that been-sittin-under-the-heat-lamp-for-a-week taste. And their nuggets? Not an artificial or unsatisfactory bite in them, sooo juicy ...but it's the playscape and service that sells me every time. Timing is not my forte, so I usually find myself cursing my luck at somehow ALWAYS seeming to get there during the lunch rush. There's usually a struggle to park and a line around the corner when you walk in...but it's no sweat! I've been intimidated by that lunch cue every time yet I've NEVER waited more than 5 mins to get to the front, unbelievable speed. The staff is friendly, the restaurant AND bathrooms are clean! (Which is a big deal when your two year old is back and forth in socks bc of the playscape, and has to be changed in the bathroom)....they even send someone to refill your drinks for you after the rush dies down! It does get pretty busy though especially in the Drive-Thru but overall it's a great place to get a relatively quick meal for decent price.
