During my busy morning, I flew by Chick-fil-A on the way to work. I was pretty flustered due to being late so I ordered a sandwich (#1) at 10am which is a breakfast sandwich. I totally forgot! I asked for the lunch sandwich and briefly explained my confusion and apologized. Easy breezy chicken. Looking for a burger? Not here. The chicken nuggets are my fave and the kids 6 piece is a perfect adult size! This location can look super busy at lunch but the are super efficient even when they line literally wraps around the building. Only think stopping from a 5 star is that they have forgotten things like straws or dipping sauce when you ask for them when ordering. read more

Going to CFA is like going home. No matter the city the service is consistent and the food is delicious! I went to this location for lunch. I'm traveling and found out that I left my wallet in my hotel room. As I frantically sift through my purse the cashier remains patient and kind. Such a great feeling! Love this place!! A piece of rubber between two pieces of cardboard with a pickle and I'm supposed to be impressed? It's fast food like any other; there's no basis for the odd following the restaurant used to have before its media trouble and is now struggling to regain/maintain. The waffle fries could have come from a bag at Kroger-they are nothing special. I love that their excuse for being closed on Sundays is to give their employees a day of rest. What are the odds they are giving those kids 40 hours a week? Doubt anyone is working seven days a week. Here's a thought: differentiate yourself from the pack with good food. read more

The level of customer service here is unmatched! I had a flat tire in their parking lot and Seth went out of his way to help me get it patched up. He even ran across the street to Walmart to get some sealant for the tire. I've never experienced customer service like that. Even the managers were supportive of him helping me out. I love this particular Chik Fil A location. I have been to a few others and this one is just awesome. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The staff come around and offer you refills on your drinks, they keep the place spotless and they have kids night every Monday. My family and I go often. read more

I have always admired how they were so busy but always managed to get my order accurate! However, tonight I went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window, the.girl repeated the right order to me. But, after I got back to my motel where I am staying to be close to the hospital for my sister's surgery tomorrow, I had a box of nuggets instead of my chicken sandwich. I tried to call for over an hour and a half and I got nothing but a busy signal. I can't even speak to them to voice my complaint. The service was fairly quick however I have been in longer lines and still they managed to get my order accurate. I have never been to this location before today. However, I was not happy with the service I received. The cashier that served us was okay. However, when she left to get my daughter's order, another cashier (Shannon) came over and started digging under the counter for something. Then out of nowhere, we saw receipts flying towards us. Shannon did not look up to see where she was throwing them and neither did she care where they landed. My daughter and I stood looking at each other shocked and surprised as to what had just happened. I told the cashier who was serving us what happened, but she just picked up the receipts and handed them to us. I didn't take them and then explained to her that Shannon threw the receipts at us. Although she did not see what happened, she defended Shannon and created excuses for her anyway. She then decided to apologize on Shannon's behalf. I explained that she didn't need to because it wasn't her fault. Meanwhile, Shannon's walking around with a big smile on her face, like she just doesn't give a damn. The cashier serving us must have been so distracted because she gave us both the patron's copy and our copy of the receipt before she realized that one of the copies was hers. read more

This location is a mixed bag... Saturday's are the worse day to go. Idk what it is but the past 3 times I went on a Saturday my order has been wrong and yesterday for the first time probably in Chic Fil A history, a young woman was rude to me. Normally, the food is good and hot. Conditions: only if the owner is present. Yesterday 11/6/14, I ordered the normal chicken burrito and large fruit cup. Received room temp to cold burrito and small fruit cup. They weren't even busy. By the time I checked the order I was too far away to go back. Not going back for breakfast anytime soon. This is our go-to place for lunch. We eat there at least once a week. It doesn't taste like fast food and there are several choices of healthy meals. Ok, for what it is, it's pretty good. I have been to a few different locations a handful of times, and always get the chicken sandwich. Usually, I get the waffle fries. Today's fries were undercooked, and I'm guessing that was because they were REALLY busy. It was just after 1:00pm, and you'd think they were giving it away for free! Long line at the registers, which moved pretty quickly since school's out and it's all hands on deck for the lunch shift. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and they had two employees outside with tablets taking orders to expedite the process and get customers on their way faster. The service that I received was very good. Employees are friendly and someone checked on us twice at our table to see if we needed any sauce or refills. I don't want to make it a habit, but I'd definitely return to this Chick-Fil-A location just because of their great service. I can only guess that they're paying an above average wage as it was very pricey for a fast food lunch for two. Two #1 chicken sandwich combos (sandwich, fries, medium drink) was almost $15.00!!! read more

On November 26, 2014 I decided to get some food before I cooked Thankgiving Dinner. I went through the drive-thru & ordered my food. I had a: Kid's Meal, Side Salad & 8 piece grilled chicken. Well, I transfered my salad to a bigger bowl at my home. As I sat down to eat I noticed that there was something on the side of the salad. It was a mini-secada bug. I hollered! I called the resturant & talked with the manager. I then took the fruit cup & put the bug in it & took it to the Chick-fil-a. She then saw pics of it. She told me she would give me a replacement meal & the rest of my money back. I got back home & had a chance to get home & think about it. I then called back & told the manager that technically I wasn't compensated because she replaced with my own money. She then said that they only replace & don't give out any coupons. I told her that other resturants give you the money back & coupons. I had a bug in my food lady! I told her that I would call corporate she asked me if I wanted her to give me the number. Wow!
