I did not like that they did not have pickled onions because I really love putting these in my bowls. I wasn't sure if they just did not have them out and did not want to put them out due to it being busy. The worker did not explain she just said we don't have any but I could see the spot where they would be at if they had them. I have this new love for pickled onions which is why I really wanted them ughhh. Once I got done before I paid for my order I made sure they scanned my reward app so that I can collect points. So I had to go back to the store and wait again until they were able to finally make the proper order. I did get a half hearted apology too. I've been to at least a dozen Cava locations in my travels. And I was overjoyed when this one opened so close to my home. But it pales in comparison. This was by far the worst experience. Never again for this Cava. Never again.
