When I'm out running errands and want a quick bite, I stop by Culver's and grab a burger. Culver's is my favorite fast food. Yesterday, I wanted something small, so I ordered the Kid's meal, which is a great deal and there is no age restriction. I normally get the cod sandwich, but today I needed a burger. The staff is super friendly and the food comes out quickly. The dining room is spotless and decorated for Christmas. My burger is good, bun soft and the fries are nice and hot. I love their unsweetened ice tea (and they give me a lemon). I saved my custard coupon that comes with the kid's meal for another day. The parking is limited for dining in. Most spaces are reserved for pick up. I did grab the last spot. I guess most people grab and go, but I don't like to eat in my car. read more

For the longest time that Culver's has been in Whitestown we just haven't made it in. And over time we noticed big drive-thru lines every Sunday night. So, we decided to go in and get take-out. The place was pretty full of customers and there was a TV with a football game on. Finally placed our order, a Culver's deluxe burger with 2 meat patties, a 4 piece chicken tenders (both we ordered with fries and sodas) and since Culver's is famous for ice cream, we got 2 scoops of vanilla with strawberries on top. We got our food and had a date night in bed. The burger was really good. So good the cats were begging for burger bites. The tenders were very meaty and we dipped them in ranch. But as I had presumed the ice cream was the star. I gave 4 stars because the total for all I got was over $31 and the fries were kinda generic tasting. However, we'll definitely return for ice cream!!! read more

I Ordered a small Oreo concrete mixer they gave me a medium and it was half melted already and I was not given a straw not happy about this

I decided to give this Culver's another chance because I wanted a scoop of ice cream while I was out. All I ordered was a scoop of ice cream and a Diet Coke. The guy who was working the drive thru told me to pull to the drive thru parking spots. The lady who ordered behind me had gotten food and a drink and ice cream and her food came out before me and the 2 other people in the drive thru who were behind me had gotten their food already. So then I waited another 10 minutes (it had already been about 15 minutes of me waiting for a SCOOP OF ICE CREAM) so then I reversed and went right next to the drive thru window since there was literally no one in line and the guy working the drive thru looked to be on his phone for a few good minutes before he got off of it and saw me waiting and went and looked at the order number on my car after 20 minutes of me waiting. When I finally got my ice cream all he said was here's your ice cream and then left without being polite and apologizing got the wait. This Culver's is genuinely the worst fast food place I have ever been to, the management and associates are so rude! read more

Went through the drive-through today to get a kids meal. This is a great option for lunch. Their chicken tenders are twice the size of anyone else's and lightly battered which I prefer. You also get a small fry and a drink. Their root beer is fabulous.! The service was quick and the gentleman who brought out my food was very friendly. This Culver's location has only been open for a month or so, hopefully the bugs will get worked out. I stopped for lunch, and immediately saw signs posted that said they were accepting cash only. Some potential customers walked up to the door, saw the sign, turned around and left. There seemed to be plenty of employees behind the counter, but no one was calling out a greeting welcoming customers who entered, or thanking customers who were leaving, which I have found to be pretty much standard at other Culver's locations. None of the employees standing behind the counter acknowledged me or made eye contact. When I placed my order I asked if they were taking gift cards, as I had one I wanted to use. The employee told me she didn't know. So I just dug in my bag and found enough cash to pay for my lunch. Although it was lunchtime there were few customers inside the restaurant, and no one at the drive thru. Probably the "cash only" issue could be the reason. The restaurant interior is nice, as is the patio. The only employee who was friendly and helpful was the one who was cleaning the tables. He mentioned that it was his first day. This is a convenient location, and I hope the customer service will be brought up to the level for which Culver's is known. read more

The custard here is fantastic! The four of us rolled up on a Thursday evening and the service at the drive thru was friendly, patient, and quick. Everything we ordered was accurate even though a couple orders were detailed. Mine was just two scoops of vanilla custard. So simple but decadent. We love this place! read more

I usually get a burger from Culver's (obviously) but was feeling in the mood for chicken. The sandwich is as fried fresh, hot and juicy and came with pickle, lettuce and tomato. I added mayo, which I would recommend. It was a good chicken sandwich. Not the best I've ever had, but it was tender and juicy. Highly recommend ordering the pretzels and cheese from here. They are INCREDIBLE and you will crave them. Trust me! read more

A great burger and great service! Culver's is my favorite fast food burger and I was wanting to try the curd burger, which from my understanding, is a seasonal menu item. The young man who took our order in the drive-thru was super pleasant and patient. I had the curd burger with a side of onion rings. They have a few new sauces and I highly recommend ordering the Boom Boom sauce to dip your onion rings in. It has a nice kick! Our food was hot and good, per usual. read more

My friends & I stopped at this location on our way to Evansville a few weeks back. Our food was very good, made to order and received quickly. However, the highlight of this visit was meeting Mr. Percy. I believe that was his name, he was an older African American man that greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and personable. He made our day because we were just at a nearby gas station and weren't received very well. He had no idea that his charming mannerism was exactly what was needed at that time. "NO, YOU PUT THE CHEESE CURDS IN THE WRONG ORDER! THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS ONE NOT THAT ONE!" That is what I heard while I was choosing what to order. I went to the Culvers in Whitestown with my sister and her friends one day after dance class. As you can guess, the yelling was one of the few things that made my review for this restaurant lower. The hours are 10 am-10 pm so we were there right at the end of the day. The pricing is more expensive but the salads and the ice cream are worth their price. It is not a a fancy dining experience so don't go here if you are looking for that. But if you are on the road you can undoubtedly go here and your stomach will be satisfied. I have been to this restaurant before but this was probably the worst service yet. I was waiting to order my food, and yes, the employee was yelling at his co-worker right in front of me, my sister, her friends, and other people ordering. It immediately created a negative atmosphere in the restaurant. When I stepped up to order I could tell that the person that was taking our order was trying to do everything right because he didn't want to be yelled at either. When I ordered at the counter I got the flavor of the day, which was chocolate volcano in a waffle cone. When my sisters got hers the lady giving us the food said, "Did she have an order too?" and then pointed to me. My sister told her how I got an order. The lady thought I didn't and they forgot to make my ice cream. I was fine with it and so she made one and apologized for the inconvenience. When I got the ice cream it overall was good. You could tell that it was put together fast and was rushed when it was made. It was partly lopsided and almost fell off. It tasted good too but, wow, it was A LOT of chocolate. I am not the biggest fan of overly chocolate ice cream but this time it was good. I didn't enjoy it as much as other flavors that I have had in the past but it was very enjoyable and the mixed-in Oreos and M&Ms gave it a great crunch. It was worth the 5 dollars and it was a good thing to get after a tiring, long day. Then, my sister's friends got their order, and they got it on one of the trays. When Culvers gives you a tray there is usually 1 piece of paper as a little advertisement on the tray. But this time was different. We got not two, not three, but SEVENTEEN pieces of paper. This was so funny we were all dying laughing. It was a negative but it was one of the best negative things there and it did make it very memorable. When the employees started to flash the lights at 10, we didn't know if they were just turning off the lights for the signs or signaling for us to leave, so we just left. Walking out I was reflecting and thought maybe them putting 17 pieces of paper on the tray did make the experience a little better because it made us laugh so much. Overall I would give it an 8/10, so maybe it was a higher-rated experience because it's just a bunch of high schoolers who wanted to go home late at night. If you just want some good frozen custard as a sweet treat, this is the restaurant for you. read more

Culver's has incredible burgers and sandwiches. I've loved their food for a long time! This location however has missed at least 1 item over each of the past handful of visits. I find myself having to park after a drive-thru order just to make sure that they included everything. Having to drive back from home to get what I paid for is a pain. I live near this Restaurant and have been eating here for quite some time. Similar to the Chick-fil-A next door, it is run by primarily teenagers and college kids. The food itself is not bad it is Culver's, however, they forgot almost half of my order. It was an order for 2 people. I had to walk back into the restaurant to get my Oreo concrete mixer and I was also charged for sauces I did not receive. It's a decent restaurant and the food is good but not when I don't receive the food I paid for. The girl working the drive-through took forever to get my order so I wasn't surprised when the food wasn't there. Worst Culver's in the nation. We went tonight and ordered 6 mini mixers and 1 small. We paid with a gift card and they over charged us for 4 medium mixers 1 small and 1 mini. The manager said he couldn't refund it or give us a new gift card so he gave us 2 food vouchers... really? We pulled forward and sat for 20 min and we had to go in to get our own ice cream. And to top off our experience, there were no mix-ins in our ice cream. We will never go back again. Brownsburg is way better. read more

I've been here for over 20 minutes waiting on a custard. Several other people were served while I've been sitting in my vehicle waiting. I didn't order any hot food. The flavor of the day is typically premixed. I just ordered a custard. Service is horrible. The person who was supposed to give me my custard, then came out to the vehicle and asked me why I was still here. Then the manager comes out and doesn't know why I'm still here, she said she was told that I had already received my order. I still won't come back to this location. Terrible service.
