I love Chik Fil A but the service at this one was terrible. I have always been very self-conscious of my size and today made me feel absolutely awful. I asked for an extra sauce on top of the two each I had gotten of chik fil a and honey mustard. When I asked the the server was obviously annoyed and reluctantly reached down to grab one and as she handed it to me she said, "Too much sauce. Not healthy." I had never been more uncomfortable in a food establishment. I was totally embarrassed and sad. I don't blame the whole restaurant but the actions of this specific server made me feel ashamed of myself. I would recommend better sensitivity training. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A. The Food is awesome. They have so many different drinks on tap (Sweet Tea and Lemonade). The staff is always friendly (they always say, "My Pleasure" instead of "You're Welcome"). They have a lot of giveaways and promotions. Plus, there are dressed up cows and they always give balloons to the kids. It's almost like going to Disneyland. The only thing that sucks is that they're fried (best) items are cooked in peanut oil, which my fiancee is alergic too. read more

I love this location. Partly because it is just across the street from my home, but mostly because they service and staff are so friendly. I must say, I do love their food. I usually order the chicken strips or spicy chicken burger. My husband ordered the chicken nuggets (popcorn chicken?) once and I didn't feel like it was worth it. The nuggets were so small that I was honestly shocked when i saw it. You're better off ordering the strips. I love the variety of sauces that they have. At this location, they delivered our food to our table, came around asking if we needed a soda refill and cleared our table when we were done. I came here when it first opened (RIP Krispy Kreme), and was like ugh I don't know what the ef all the fuss is about this place - IT BLOWS. The chicken was greasy, the bun was wet, fries were soggy, and the WORST sin of all... the DIET COKE WAS FLAT. I swore off the Chick Fil A even after co workers in Irvine kept raving about it for 3 years! Ok so one day @ work, we decide to hit the Jalapenos in Irvine off of Irvine Blvd and Sand Canyon. AHA ! My coworkers tricked me and kidnapped me to the Chick Fil A. Upset, (no one messes w/the lunch bunch) I was surprised by Lilia greeting me with a Welcome ! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo w/DIET COKE. It was super fast service, and OH EM GEE sooooooo great !! The spicy chicken was crispy but not greasy, the fries were piping hot w/just the right amount of saltiness, YUMMY! Now, I go to the IRVINE location ONLY bc I have returned to the Bristol location thinking it was a fluke the first time I went but no, its happened 2x. read more

Nice folks that work there. Never had a problem with the staff. My only problem - and its quite a big one - they always forget my side when I order a meal. I feel it defeats the purpose - i order a meal to get my fries (potato cross hatching goodness) and I almost never get them. Other than that - I love the sauces. read more

Sure the staff are great and all. But it was around closing time, i went in and wanted fries. Ive been to this chick fil a many times so i know what fresh fries tastes like. So when i got them i asked them to give me a fresh batch. They just dumped the old ones in oil and cooked it again. Wow. On top of that I got my order but it was a different order so i went to talk to him and he starts arguing with me instead of asking me if he can change my order. Breakfast burrito is not as good as it once was. The chicken in it did not taste as good.

Like others, I usually only gave great things to say about chick fila, but this location is horrible. Be prepared to wait, as no matter how many people are in line, they only have one or two registers going. If your order is incorrect, be prepared to wait again-and don't expect an appology. Once you do receive your food, it is as if it was actually ready when you walked in the door 30 minutes earlier. Cold, and soggy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you are really craving chick fila, find a different location! read more

I am not a frequent visitor of fast food joints. I've driven by many a Chick-fil-As, including this one, for years without ever wanting to try it. It took a coupon I received in the mail for a free breakfast item (no purchase required) that pushed me to try it on a particularly lazy Saturday morning. I picked up my food at the Drive-thru, got the breakfast burrito and despite my hesitation about coffee at a Chick-fil-A, ordered a small coffee. Total came to $1 and few cents for the coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee and thought the breakfast burrito was quite good. The only thing I didn't like about the breakfast was the salsa that you can get with the burrito...tasted very...blah. read more

Late lunch here yesterday and I was dissappointed. Had their club sandwich. Eh, there are better out there. Bland chicken on bland bun with bacon I could not taste. The tomato was the most flavorful part of the sandwich and I don't like tomatos. The waffle fries were hot but limp and under-cooked. Tossed em. Next time I need a fast $9 lunch I'll go elsewhere. Best chickfila I have been too! The customer service is hands down the best. I ordered an 8 count, it was mistaken as number 8. They fixed it even though I was fine with the order since I wasn't clear. They still insisted and brought over the 8 count nuggets. And brought over a free sample of frozen lemonade to all who wanted it in the lobby. Kindest people best attitudes and good food ! read more

Nicest Chick-fil-A location in OC I've been to. Unlike some other branches they put all the condiments outside so you can pick whatever sauce you like instead of having to ask for it. Spicy broiled chicken sandwich is a mystery choice here ! Although it's on their secret menu , depending on who works that day, they might make or not make it for you ! Any other locations no problem ! Also this location has one of the slowest drive thru . It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of the day I go , even when they are no other cars... 50% of the times I was told to park on the side for 2 orders ! Really ? The service here is incredible! I often come to this location for breakfast and I'm always greeted with a smile and a cheerful personality. On one of my first visits, the drive-thru attendant gave me a free coffee "just because". About a month ago, I received a free breakfast with no other explanation than it was "on them". Today, the car in front of me took a little longer than expected. I could see the drive-thru attendant having a serious conversation with the driver, but all the while, the attendant kept a concerned demeanor and didn't rush the driver at all. Once I got to the window, the attendant said, "Oh no payment today. Your breakfast is on us!" This time I asked, "May I ask why?" And he said, "Well, I feel like you waited long enough!" Don't get me wrong, free stuff is awesome - but it's the level of "above and beyond" that this location gives that just makes all the difference.
