Pristine large location. Plenty of parking too. Welcoming service. Great value food if you use their app. 10 pm dining room closes.

I ordered the Double Baconator and a soda. The burger was hot with melted cheese, however the burger tasted a bit too salty, other than that, it was your typical Wendy's burger. I needed the soda to wash down the salty taste.

Burger, hot and juicy doesn't disappoint

All food was hot. Staff was friendly and fast. I do recommend for a fast food. They're 100%.

Spicy Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich ($7.59). Good, but I didn't care for the ranch sauce. 9/16/2023

A lot of fast food restaurants have jumped on the spicy chicken sandwich train. Wendy's is no exception. The Spicy Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich ($7.59) was good. I didn't care for the ranch sauce and I wish it was spicier. What surprised me most was the regular chicken nuggets! They were so good! The meat was juicy and the outside was crispy! There is some kind of seasoning in the crispy batter that makes it taste so good. The spicy nuggets were a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if it was due to being not as fresh as the original flavor nuggets, or it's just not something to write home about. Either way, I'd come back to Wendy's for their original chicken nuggets - I think it tastes better than other fast food places :).

Wowww I loved the Bacon burger fries also were goood The satff were friendly. I'll be back for sure I am sorry I was super hungry that I compeletly forgot to take a picture before lol

A dead fly in my burrito

We usually refrain from eating "fast food" but when we do eat it we choose Wendy's because they seem to have better quality food than the other major chains. I also appreciate their support of social causes that are important to me. So today I ordered a chicken burrito but I couldn't finish it so I decided to open it up and just pick out the lettuce. Well when I did this is what I found inside... A fly! Im so disgusted I want to vomit. Thank God I didn't finish it. Who knows how many people's food this landed on before it died in mine. Wendy's please do better!

A receipt that I ordered double baconator, yet I ended up with a hamburger. No more drive thru with this place

Very clean inside and friendly staff. Food has good value deals and tastes better than a lot of other fast food spots near.

I'm from Sacramento so the Irvine spectrum center is comparable to the fountains at Roseville or the Palladio in Folsom in the sac area. We ordered popcorn chicken, french fries and drinks (mainly for the kids) and to get a snack since we were hungry. Inside has a few tables, which there were one or two other customers inside dining. Inside the space was pretty messy. It looks like the workers did not have time to clean since there were crumbs and bits of trash. I'm glad we didn't dine in. For the food, since it's made to order, we waited just over 15 minutes for the fried foods. It came out piping hot, which we didn't really get to enjoy since by then, our table at din Tai Fung was ready. So we brought it with us. The chicken was really good. It was seasoned well and they even gave us a seasoning packet to add more flavor to the popcorn chicken. I'll go back if I'm in this area and want boba and popcorn chicken.

The oyster mushrooms were also surprisingly good -- crispy, light, and addictive. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the outdoor seating made it a nice casual place to hang out. I ordered a 3-Item Plate, and it honestly looked smaller than what a 1-Item Plate used to be. The portion sizes across the board were extremely disappointing. The Orange Chicken was mushy and soft instead of crispy and fresh. The Beef & Broccoli contained only three small pieces of beef with mostly broccoli. I also paid the additional $1.95 upgrade for the Cantonese BBQ Brisket, and the portion was so small it was hard to believe. To make matters worse, the brisket was dry and lacked flavor. Even the rice portion was noticeably smaller than what Panda Express used to serve. I understand that food costs have increased and prices have gone up, but charging more while serving a fraction of the food customers used to receive is not acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling ripped off. There are plenty of restaurants offering better quality food, larger portions, and enough leftovers for a second meal. If Panda Express continues reducing portions while raising prices, they're going to lose loyal customers like me. Very disappointing experience.

One of the best breads I've ever had, and one of the best foods in general... I keep planning my next visit, even just to get cornbread. Staff is so friendly and helpful. This is a fast casual place: you order at the counter and sit with a number; they'll bring you your food. During your visit, they take a walk around (inside and outside), and ask if you need anything. (Keep in mind, waiting to order might be 10-15 mins, even if the line only goes to the door.) I would suggest that if they run out of an item that they cover it or some sort on the giant black menu that they have on the wall. This way, customers have time to change their order instead of at the cashier, thus holding up the line. (I went like 5-6pm on a Saturday and they ran out of Etouffée. I felt bad taking up a hot moment to come up with a second choice.) Their food is incredible - just spectacular. You really can't go wrong with whatever you order. I plan on going back (to get more cornbread!!) and try more items on the menu. I will note (and maybe this is because I haven't eaten collard greens so I'm not sure what it should taste like) that the collard greens started of perfect but then the last 1/3, it was progressively more bitter. Otherwise, mouthwatering food.

We opted for the Tri-tip salad (no blue cheese) with dressings on the side, a cup of gumbo, smothered pork chops with mac & cheese and red beans & rice. It was quite the meal. We ordered up front and were given a number which we brought to our table. They have condiments on a little side table near the back door to the patio. Our food came out in a steady pace. The gumbo was a delightful size for one person but we shared it. It is not spicy but a little Louisiana hot sauce made it sing. The salad came out with blue cheese, which again, I did not want. My husband brought it back to them and they brought out one without the blue cheese. The smothered pork chops were delicious. The mac & cheese was on point. My husband seemed to enjoy the red beans and rice. I'm not one for beans so I did not pass judgement. We both went to town on the entrees and really enjoyed it. The gumbo was a bit watery but okay. The okra did not thicken it up too much which was surprising. The food is delicious. My husband is from New Orleans so he approved. It's nice to have another place in OC for Cajun/Creole Southern food.
