The level of service here is a standout and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I also prefer ordering through the app which makes everything even easier and saves a lot of time during peak hours. Food: The Chicken Deluxe Sandwich is my go to item and it never disappoints. The waffle fries are consistently on point with the perfect balance of crisp and softness. Their breakfast burritos and iced coffee are also great. Standard Chickfila with clear signage to drive thru. I imagine it gets really busy here on weeknights after sports practice. But at 7am on a Saturday, it was quiet. Came here to compliment the friendly and pleasant staff. The young man at the drive thru asked clarifying questions and was a friendly face so early in the morning. Disgusted and extremely disappointed. I bought a salad from Chick-fil-A, ate about half of it, and then discovered an insect in my food. By that point, I had already eaten a significant portion of the meal without knowing. Getting a refund is the bare minimum. The real issue is the lack of proper food inspection and quality control. This is a serious hygiene and food safety failure. No customer should have to worry about finding bugs in their meal after they've already eaten it. read more

HOLY CRAP, this is absolutely godly. (yes, this is me right after church.) every time I go to this restaurant, it makes my day because of two words: Chick-fil-A sauce. I want to shake the hand of the person that invented this masterpiece. The service is also top tier, as I have never been there without them sincerely saying "my pleasure." And finally, The decorations are top spot. I love how there are flowers at every table, and that they don't break your eardrums with sounds as in other fast food restaurants. This is still my fave Chick fil a location. The little play area has been my go-to during the summer break. Love the little play area. It's the perfect t way for kids to be entertained while the food is being prepared or while adults are chilling! Ordering is super easy on the app. You get so many rewards when you become silver status. The spicy chicken sandwich is delicious. The kids love the nuggets, ice cream and pink lemonade. They ask you for a name when you dine in just to butcher it, give me a number.... I watch 15 cars go through the drive through before they serve me a sandwich 15 minutes later with cold fries. The ketchup is served in a wasteful impossible to open container. The sauce is horrible, and I immediately felt sick after eating half my meal before I tossed it, I never waste food. Went into this location, expecting to get a replacement for my meal because of the fruit flies and I was told that they were going to write my name down and and I could come back within 30 days and get my replacement because I was in a time crunch for work. Lo and behold I come in and spoke to Raquel Pho a human resource assistant manager, and she was not even empathetic of the fact that I have to pay for it again she directed me to customer service and to do everything with them. It just leaves a really bad taste in my mouth when I was told that I was to follow a process and then come into the restaurant and explained another thing. For some reason, I felt like she had a high of "not helping" people so I just think everybody should know the management style in this location. So I get my remake of the order again and it's wrong again and I go back and I explained to her I don't have the items that I asked for and she gives me some snooty comment saying I confirmed with you instead of saying oh I'm sorry about that or no worries. Let me remake that for you or something Customer Service but clearly she has, a bad day or something and I felt it ever since I came in. I don't know if she thought I was bullshitting about getting a $18 remake but honestly, you should not be in management Raquel and I will notify corporate about this. Instead of de-escalating situations you escalated even more oh and I forgot to mention I confronted her and asked her if everything was OK.
