I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chick Fila. This is why it is heartbreaking to give this location 3 star but that is what it has earned. Tonight is a prime example. After waiting more than 10 minutes for me to get my dinner I asked at the counter and the manager looks me in the eye and told me they were holding on chicken and it took that long to cook. As a former Chick Fila employee and kitchen manager I knew he was lying and when I called him out he offered me half an apology. I go and sit down and I start to eat my meal and it is cold and made wrong (butter was on the bun and I ordered a plain - no butter no pickles sandwich). Breakfast and lunch at this location is amazing but after multiple bad experiences for dinner I can not give more than a 2 star rating. read more

Have been coming to this chick- fil- a since it opened. Everyone is always polite and greets you when you walk in the door. I was here last night and ate inside with a group of friends. My son loves coming here because of the play place. It was nice because it wasn't over run with kids and he was actually able to play. Before I left I went through the drive through and ordered. I noticed at the window that i was missing a drink and they didn't ring me up for it. She apologized and just gave me a free drink. They are usually happy to solve any problems you have and most always take credit for their mistakes and try to make them right, whether they are wrong or not. I love this location. I have been given free meals twice when I forgot my wallet like an idiot. I've had all mistakes corrected with the utmost courtesy. This Chick-Fil-A is not the norm! Do not go here. We have been twice. Once in the afternoon and we went once in the evening. Both times were after the normal rush and both times the service was AWFUL!! Upper management needs to pay them a surprise visit. The problem is not just with the employees but also with the supervisor. The supervisor called one of the employees to the end of the counter to reprimand her in front of all the customers and her fellow employees to tell her to stop giving discounts to her friends which she denied doing. That was ridiculous that he would do that in front of everyone. For our last visit, we were in the drive-thru and saw other customers going in to get food and coming back out before we had even moved so we decided to go in. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes for 2 CFA sandwiches and 3 fries. We were the only people waiting for food inside! That's not the CFA norm. When we walked back out to our car, the car that had been behind us in the drive-thru line had not even gotten to place there order yet! They had only moved about 4 car lengths in 15 minutes! Something has to be done about this location. We have been to Chick-Fil-A's all over the country and my husband and I both worked at Dwarf Houses in Atlanta and this level of service would never be tolerated!! read more

I hate to give Chick-fil-a a bad review since I tend to enjoy CFA and their service. My experience yesterday from this location was far from the usual. I placed an order from the mobile app to pick up through the drive-thru, expecting to get my order quickly. However, this was not the case. The line didn't move for a solid 10 minutes, for no apparent reason. They were hardly busy. It was the slowest service I ever received at a CFA. Also, I noticed the staff was less friendly than usual. I'm not sure if this is typical for this location but I was very disappointed. My advice to you would be to select a different location or go inside to place your order. read more

We dined here about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The quality of the food was fresh and fantastic but the inside of the restaurant was a total mess. Every table we looked at was dirty and there was lot's of food on the floor, even greasy handprints on the wall. I grabbed a handful of napkins to clean a place for us to sit down. About halfway through our meal two employees were making half an attempt to clean up the dining area however their loud conversations between each other was inappropriate, especially when you are right next to customers. I would eat here again but opt for the drive through. read more

NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT GO IN THE MORNING!!! However fast they may be during the lunch rush, they are as slow as molasses in the morning. Went in with no one in front of me! As the wait was going to make me late for work, I asked for my money back (with no fuss...but I also wasn't asked what was wrong). As I'm walking out the door, I can see they got my order ready. Does the manager bring it to me and apologize? No...someone tells her the order was refunded and she immediately starts throwing the items back! That's some great customer service! read more

I received my fries and they were colder than the iced coffee I ordered Also, the chicken nuggets looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The staff is friendly and very nice. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered at any Chick-fil-A. The workers weren't smiling and the service was completely terrible. The cashier at the time, Alexa, asked for a name, but my name was not called when our food was ready. After 10 minutes of waiting, we got impatient and had to go to one of the employees and ask about our food. It was obvious that our food had been ready for a while and the employee grabbed the tray without any concern of our wait time. As another recently posted, I'm a Chik Fila lover. My family have been patrons of this location since it opened and have always been happy with food and service until recently. CFA in general has employed people with a great attitude. and they rarely make mistakes. In the last month have visited 3 times and experienced the my pleasure experience slipping away. They seem to be unorganized and too busy joking amongst themselves to pay attention to orders. Last week ordered from drive through and got home missing part of the order. Never really had to check before.. Just went tonight at about 8:00pm and ordered. When I got to the window the girl said Did you already order? I said yes, she talked to another girl and they figured it out I guess. I mentioned the missing nuggets on last weeks order and asked her to make sure everything was correct this time and especially no pickles on the sandwich. A few minutes later she hands me the bag and says You are good to go, I checked everything. I said are you positive? I think there is something missing. She said no, you have everything. I asked her if I could have my tea then my order would be complete. She looked surprised and not very happy. I told her they were having too much fun in there and not paying attention. She got pissed and said something to another girl, a little older maybe the manager? She comes to the window and says Is there a PROBLEM? No, just waiting for my tea. Finally they bring the tea and practically shove it at me with the lid not on all the way. I've never experienced an attitude like this at any chik fila. It was like I was at MCds or something. Not once did I hear My Pleasure or I'm sorry or anything very pleasant. I don't ask much, just get my order right and do it with a smile. That's why I have always loved them. If these are the employees they are hiring now, I will go to another one on Southside until they change I guess. read more

I stopped in, for a quick, late lunch, (3:00pm), on a Saturday. The place was slammed. The staff was clean, professional, well groomed, all had proper manners, used proper grammar when communicating with me, no visible tatoos or piercings, and showed no signs of being flustered, despite the previously mentioned busy period. All of the tables were wiped clean, and no trash bins were over flowing. The staff seemed to take pride of the cleanliness of the eating area. There were plenty of polite employees checking in with patrons to refill drinks. My order arrived hot and fresh, exactly as I ordered it, in a reasonable amount of time. This place is a keeper for a reasonably priced, high quality, fast meal. McDonalds could take a lesson from the hiring practices of Chick-Fil-A. read more

I am a CFA lover, and rarely experience disappointing service, but this was pretty terrible. We went drive-thru and we had just finished ordering our two breakfast meals, (complete with many repeats because the young woman taking the order seemed to be talking to people around her), when the woman declared that they were no longer serving breakfast. It was then, 10:32am, and we'd been ordering for at least 5 min, beyond the 6 that we were in line. When we asked why we were just able to complete an order of breakfast items, if they were indeed out of breakfast items, and no response was given except that breakfast was over. They said they had two random breakfast entrees left, so we asked if we could have those and drove around. At the window, a blue-shirt employee, repeated half the original order and held out a bag! We relayed the message we heard over the speaker about the lack of the breakfast items we ordered, and there was just mass confusion. In the end, we got one item we wanted, another random breakfast item, and none of the condiments we had asked about over the speaker. Also, no napkins, and no attempt to make a gesture of kindness for the disappointment and unprofessional encounter. If there had not been an upper level employee greeting us at the window, I would not have left this review, and would have chalked it up to a lack of experience on the part of the young order taker. read more

came thru the drive thru here on june 9th around 8:40pm. my sister and i ordered and paid, and when we pulled up to the window nobody acknowledged us and we sat there for about 5-8 minutes. during this time there were three people at the window. there was one young boy, who we later found out was on his very first shift. he was by far the most helpful of the three. the other two were women, one young looking girl and one girl who was a trainer. she had redish hair and was honestly just an ass. while we were waiting in front of the window, the young boy asked her if they had buffalo sauce for a car that had pulled up in front of us. she said no and told him not to offer them any other sauces or tell them what sauces they had?? she said only to offer a substitute sauce if they knew the name of the sauce they wanted and to otherwise offer them ketchup. pretty rude and obscure in my opinion but we just laughed about it. she then gave us our food, but neither of our drinks or our ice cream cup and asked us to park and wait because they were cleaning the ice cream machine- at 8:50 in the middle of a somewhat full line of people. i was fine with this, but asked for our drinks so we could start eating while we were parked. she just kept repeating to me to pull up, and all i was saying is "i understand you want me to pull up but can we have our drinks so we can eat" and after realizing she was an ass i just pulled forward to the meal delivery zone. the young boy comes up, being completely polite. he told us that he was instructed to ask us to park and i asked again, could we get the drinks while we wait for the icecream. then he said that there was a problem w the drink machine too, but seemed pretty confused in the whole thing. i said "the drink machine and the icecream machine are both messed up?" it was clear that the trainer had sent him to tell us this, and it was clearly bs because other people were receiving their food and drinks and pulling around us. i felt bad for the poor kid. it wasn't his fault so we didn't give him a hard time and just parked. i also told him his trainer had issues. when we finally got the icecream cup and drinks, the icecream was already runny from melting and it was like the smallest dollop of icecream in the middle of the cup. i love cfa and i even worked there as my first job, never experienced training or a trainer like this. if you're that miserable at your food service job that you're teaching new hires a bitchy and stingy attitude, find a new one. read more

Good grief, this is the WORSE Chick-fil-a in town. Your order will ALWAYS come back incorrect. I order a #10 meal and they give me 12 count chicken nuggets! What the Sam Hell. In the morning, I have to always check my bag because I order just the egg white grill and a plain bagel. I NEVER get the bagel, but end up with hash browns. I always, always. ALWAYS tell the cashier to make my lunch order LARGE, but I end up with a medium. This place is ratchet (never thought I could say that about CFA) make the extra drive and go to either the San Jose & Oak Bluff Rd location, or Southside at the Avenues one. The friendliest staff! They are the most efficient chick-fil-a that I've been too. Portions (grilled nuggets) are worth what you pay, unlike other local locations. If they screw up your order, which is rare, they always apologize and try to make it right with a replacement item or fresh cookies.
