Absolutely horrible food. Burned corn muffins, dry, overcooked meatloaf, flavorless Cole slaw. I'm 72 and this is the first time in my life I sent my food back to the kitchen. Our waitress was amazing. She was very attentive and seemed embarrassed by the appearance of my dinner. She didn't hesitate to offer to me the chance to order something else. We won't be back. Cracker Barrel needs to concentrate on the quality of food it serves and less time on a new logo.

Road stop for lunch . We had a baked potato with a side of string beans and I had meatloaf lunch special with mashed potatoes and carrots . The meatloaf is always a good call and the prices are good for the lunch menu. Our server was great and the restaurant wasn't crowded when we went . Ambiance was nice as they had a fire going while we were there. Always a good time stopping here .

Super close (walking distance) to the Quality Inn. Great service. Food was good and consistent with expectations of Cracker Barrel locations. Takeaway is packaged really nicely. This was the child's request for dinner, and the confetti pancakes eaten in the motel room after swimming in the pool hit the family travel novelty spot. Breakfast for dinner is always a win, and the cub enjoyed the pancakes, which are dotted with fruity pebbles.

My food is never hot, the food has no flavor anymore & the servings are not big enough to feed a toddler! I have complained to the manager and she doesn't do anything! I work hard for my $ and they have lost my business after trying it again this week!! Waitress said all of her customers that day complained of how small the servings are!! I was shocked when I seen it!!!

This place is horrible I paid 50 bucks for an overcooked old dinner. Chick filet has a hundred times better chicken.

Hadn't been there five years before Covid so it had been over 11 years. They have doubled or tripled in size. We lucked out and got there at 1:30. I believe they open at 11:30 on Saturday and we hit at a perfect time we got seated. We had our drink order within a minute of being seated, the lady explained everything we waited 20 minutes and was served our meat and all our sides for those of you not familiar with the restaurant. You are served family style in case you don't know exactly what family style means is that they bring a bunch of different sides to you get to pick the meats two of them per table and they come on platters. we happen to get pork chops and fried chicken. The pork chops had a dark gravy that was almost barbecued and was a little spicy so our table didn't quite care for those so they went with the country fried steak in a second helping of fried chicken. It got busier and the fried chicken was a bit dry the second time better to do chicken salad than to eat hot although I do like piping hot fried chicken! Side dishes vary 7 to 9 different sides. They automatically bring to the table that carrot soufflé is one of our favorites. I've yet to replicate. They have Yukon gold mashed potatoes, gravy beans, and whatever beans of the day, cream corn, green beans, corn salad, fresh rolls, and fresh skillet cornbread with delicious rail butter served on a slab and room temperature so it's easy to spread. There are several meats to choose from catfish and pork chops and fried chicken buttermilk chicken, which wasn't served on Saturday but is awesome. There were pork chops, country ham there was boiled cabbage, and the time before there were pickles and apple butter and cottage cheese years ago, so their sides vary but the carrot soufflé is still wonderful. You would swear were sweet potatoes!

However, our most recent visit was just my hubbie and me for dinner before Father's Day. The fried chicken was wonderful as usual (although our server said they were running out and tried to get us to switch to ribs, but then the chicken showed up 60 secs later) but DO NOT order the grilled pork chops (they were super thin and super salty). The sides (cornbread salad, corn casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac n cheese) were consistently good as always. And the new eclair cake dessert was super yummy.

Our group decided on the fried chicken and the steak and gravy. I had asked if half of our group (12 people) can pick 2 meats and the other half 2 other so we can all try stuff. They said the only way we could do that was to pay $7 extra per person, thats ridiculous. Do NOT get the "steak and gravy".... literally nothing steak about it. It was disgusting it was like a mushy tasteless meatloaf style creation. We got the carrot soufflés which is seasonal and that was delicious. The ground itself is beautiful. We were told to walk around the ground and that we could walk in the buildings but they were all closed up. Also.. they do NOT let you take leftovers home.. such a Waste.
