The food was fresh and hot. You couldn't ask for a fresher piece of chicken. The employees are all on the younger side for the most part but they are well behaved and helpful. Did an online order through the app and went to the drive thru as instructed. Employe came on and ask if I would like to try a special. I said I had an online order and she said hold on. 30 seconds went by then she came back and ask if I wanted the special again and I replied I've got the online order. She then told me to pull in curbside pick up #1. I pulled in curbside #1 and waited. I assumed someone would bring my food out. About 7 minutes went by and still no food. I walked in and my food was on the shelf waiting to be picked up. I ask for manager and we checked the bag and they had left out my son's sandwich. The manager got someone to make the sandwich and gave me 3 cookies. The food was mediocre, service way below par and I thought the price of the meal should have been reduced or free. Not sure what has happened to this location. This past time i went they forgot my drink and acted like it was my fault or something. She didn't say a word to me and i said thank you and she closed the door . Idk her name but id put her in the back. They never get anything right . The time before last i waited 15 minutes on a salad , with grilled chicken. Salad is usually pretty fast , right ? I went in after 20 minutes of watching for it and i go in and they forgot to make it and they were nice but some of the employees need to be fired for lack of social skills . The food is ok at most . If you like average food, soggy buns, and soggy fries, then this is the place for you. This was my first time eating here. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. The bun was soggy, and the tomatoes were not real tomatoes. I like my tomatoes bright red, fresh, AND REAL. These tomatoes were the exact opposite. It didn't even taste like tomatoes-it had no taste. Just two slices of mush. I was hoping the fries would be good, but they weren't. They were soggy with some spices on them. Just an FYI, I ordered from the driver thru and parked right in the Zaxbys parking lot to eat. So I ate them right away, but they didn't taste fresh and crispy as I'd hoped. The onion rings were just OK. Nothing to call home about. They come with a Zaxbys sauce that looked like it would be great, but it was also just OK. Well, lesson learned. Now I know why the Chick-fil-A drive thru was packed, and there was no wait at the Zaxby's drive thru. I'll honestly probably never eat here again. Pains me to even write this review as I am a long time zaxbys fan. This food costs too much to be screwed up. Ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken fries, they had me pull up and wait (no big deal) they bring it out and I get home and there is literally not an ounce of sauce on these fries. No ranch. I used to work here and was disappointed to be told by staff that they were not serving chicken wings, any longer. I'm in town visiting and was excited to eat Zaxby's. I arrived at 21:40. The drive-thru service was the worst I've ever received at this restaurant. The young lady was rude, short and basically shoved my food, drinks, and debit card out of the window at me. When I pulled up to order, I wasn't greeted, but instead told to order when ready. We did not receive any silverware and our fries were cold. I am still confused how a restaurant that cooks food to order can tell a customer they are not cooking items ordered because they close in 15-20 minutes. Definitely a disappointing experience. I waited in the drive through for twenty minutes today. I ordered a number three meal mild with a sprite. The staff was friendly, I will say that. The food was pretty good but when I was finished, i noticed a funny after taste. But overall It wasn't a terrible experience at first. Six hours later I experienced the worst abdominal pain of my life. I was stuck on the toilet for an hour with non stop diarrhea. Another hour went by and my stomach still feels fucked up. Unbelievable how the two male staff (both stated they were managers) treated a disabled man. Matt, no last name given, and the other young man would not even make eye contact which was very odd. He refused several times to give his name. Online order for 6 people for a total of $86, the first time they give one bag to the man who tries to tell them this can't be correct it is more food than one bag. He tries to tell them it's difficult to walk back to parking lot, could they please look closer. They tell him no it's all. The man leaves comes back with his wife who tries to show them my phone where it was ordered they would not even look at the phone. They take receipt off bag and start gathering up he rest of the order. By their receipt! This was two more bags of food. Among all the confusion we left got to the car realizing we didn't get the 3 drinks and gallon of tea. I go back in third time they fix them and Matt starts yelling for me to leave the restaurant and never come back he was going to call the police!! this was not our mistake and not good to be treated badly for their mistake. Don't worry this zaxbys just became the worse in the tri state area We won't be back. what kind of management is this? Where is respect for someone who is disabled? certificate on the wall stated Nick Roosa is the general manager but no one gave us a moment to discuss their error.
