Very clean location. Staff are friendly. Service is very good. Bit crowded at times.

I absolutely love this location! They always have my food ready quickly and it's a great spot if I don't have a lot of time.

New to the chick fil a experience and an thoroughly impressed. As a recent diabetic I often struggle to find good healthy food I can trust. I've been here twice and had different soup and salad combos. The dressing and tortilla chips all come on the side with excellent food labeling so I can get my calories and carbs right. The restaurant itself is really pleasant spacious and super clean. I understand from some friends who live locally they got this place open really quickly post Harvey despite taking in 5 feet of water. I ordered a market grilled salad and the waitress offered me fresh cracked black pepper. How fancy for fast food! They also stood out to me because several times an employee was walking around offering mints and hand sanitizer. The food was good like any other location. I do like that you can refill your own drinks here, even their lemonade. My kids enjoyed the clean at place. read more

Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite fast food places. It's hard to find an employee in a visibly bad mood- they're almost always friendly and cheerful which is nice. The drive thru gets backed up at big meal times but this isn't a surprise for anyone who frequent's Chick-fil-a. They do a good job of providing fast service and I don't think they've messed up any of my orders yet (other than giving me honey mustard when I asked for regular honey but that isn't really a big deal). I very rarely review fast food places but I felt like this particular Chick-fil-A deserved a review. Since its opening in Kingwood, it has been extremely popular and busy. This location gives back to the community as often as possible, has multiple family nights during the month, and has exceptional customer service. Never thought I would have to write a negative review on Chick-Gil-A. Last nights food was terrible. Went through the drive through, got home and found everything to be warm, not hot. Bite after bite I realized this food was not of the typical high quality we take for granted. Whoever was managing this store at about 8:30pm on Wednesday needs some training, supervision or both. I enjoy going to this location. It's right off of Kingwood drive, easy to see from the street. It has kind of an unusual layout; you have to drive completely around the building to get to the drive-thru. It's pretty confusing and makes you drive an intersecting path with cars coming in off the street. That's not a positive feature, in my opinion. Inside has always been clean and organized, at least every time that I've been there. The employees are polite when speaking to the customers, but seem to be all of high-school age and so there is a lot of goofing around and banter between them behind the counter in full view of everyone. I've only had yummy experiences with my food, however, when I ask for "easy ice" in my lemonade, they still fill the whole cup up with ice. I'm not sure I should expect too much from the high school kids, but it's a small pet peeve. This is the only Chick-fil-a close to me, so I'm glad it's clean and they're pretty prompt with the food. I enjoy coming there if the weather is nice enough that I can walk in and avoid the drive-thru. read more

Though I typically avoid all fast food, Chik-fil-a has excellent service and some decently healthy food to choose from, if you're careful. It's nice to still be able to visit a fast food restaurant and feel welcome. Stick to the grilled chicken, salads and take it easy on the salad dressings. They're all loaded with sugar except the spicy dressing. read more

This is a good restaurant and is very clean. I always get great service until today. There is a worker who I believe might be a manger named Stephanie Stanley that is not very nice and is very short with customers. She doesn't have the typical chick-fil-a cheeriness that you look forward to when going to chick-fil-a. I still love this establishment but I do not like her and the attitude she brings to this environment. Especially since she is a manager she needs to be a leader and representative to those working under her. If you come here you'll see what i'm talking about. read more

This is the best chic-fil-a that I have ever been to. The service is always friendly and great. Everyone of the staff will go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. This place is always full with families and it very evident why. I drive to this particular store for that very positive atmosphere. The staff is of mostly young women and young men. A great foundation for them to learn such services before they embark on higher ventures in their future. And you can't miss that you can refill your own drink. read more

As standard with most CFAs, the service is great and the food obviously fresh!! My favorite part is the hot Cookie they make fresh every hour (at least it seems to be every hour.) I always worry about the dirty play area at most places but I am pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the playground here. Since my kids love the nuggets and I can have a salad before my cookie, we usually eat here at least once a week and use the drive-thru a few other times a week. If you like a clean, family based place to eat quickly, I HIGHLY recommend this CFA. read more

Usually get good service here. Even drive out of my way to go to this particular location. But on 11/30/15 I was shorted a sandwich. Called up there and the manager said he would fix the problem. When I had a chance to get up there after work. The manager on duty at that time failed to help me. Asked for area managers number and he was reluctant to give it to me. I finally got the area managers number from him it was an outdated number. Called the 1800 number and they guaranteed me they would get her to call me. Failed again. So I fill out the form online and someone called me back immediately saying she wasn't the area manager Christina Hartman but could help resolve the problem. She said she was gonna mail me some coupons. Failed again!!!! It is now 1/13/16 and nothing has come in the mail. Overall epic fail on part of chick fil a all the way around. read more

Just wanted to tell a little story about the generosity of this location... The air conditioning went out in my car yesterday. I stopped through Chick-fil-A (Atascocita/W Lake) to get the kids something quick and a cold salad for myself (the car was incredibly hot). I got home and was missing the specialty dressing for my salad. I called them and an employee took my name to add me to a list for a replacement salad. She asked if I could come back. After I explained the air conditioning issue and that I had 2 small kids that I couldn't put back in that hot car, she told me I could could come back at another time. My kids ate Chick-fil-A. I chunked the salad because I didn't have salad dressing at home and ate left overs. I get a call about an hour later from the manager apologizing for the mishap. I told her it was ok, that it was a mistake and they sometimes occur. She asked if she could have a driver bring the salad to my house. I agreed and they dropped it off within 20 minutes. I have always had amazing service and food from this location. Their employees and management have always provided a very good eating experience for our family. They turned my poor day into a much better one. read more
