I think, like most fast food places they employ people who are too young. Let me say that too many times they get the order wrong. My last purchase was a yogurt with granola. I get home and opened the granola on my yogurt only to realize it's the Charred tomato Crisp Red Bell Peppers!!!!! Completely ruined my yogurt. I also ordered a LARGE Diet Coke and they hand me a Medium. I said it's supposed to be a large and the kids says... "Do you want me to change it?" YES!!! I said. Come on! On our trip we opted for the drive thru to grab a lite meal. Upon arriving at the speaker we were promptly and politely greeted. We placed our order and then pulled forward. There was a bit of a line but before we new it we were at the window ready to pay. The young man greeted us and took my payment. Within a few minutes we had our made fresh order. The first thing I gotta say is that I love chick fil a, but this is just absurd. I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese meal and somehow chick fil a forgot the chicken. Yes, the chicken chain restaurant forgot the CHICKEN in their chicken biscuit. Newer location, opened 12/16/15, but the staff is friendly, actually one of the friendliest we've been too. Go early at mealtimes because they get backed up and the line snakes through the restaurant. My favorite breakfast treat is the new breakfast bowls, lunch or dinner is a great time to try those nuggets if you haven't yet. read more

This is by far the worse Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. This is the third time I've been hoping it would be better and the exact same result, soggy nuggets, cold fries and a hard cookie that I specifically asked to be warmed up as usual and it was hard as a rock. They didn't even note it on my ticket as warm like other locations do. What makes matters worse the supervisor told me they don't have any more warm cookies. Yet I was specifically told at a previous location they are warmed up when asked. At this point I highly recommend nobody goes to this disgusting location. See attached photos for incorrect indication for a warm cookie, and the soggy nuggets.
