Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to when the chicken craving hits, and the Loop location absolutely continues that tradition. On a trip out to the Loop last year for a Kohl's run (as one does), we found ourselves hungry and wanting something quick and reliable. This Chick-fil-A did not disappoint. The experience was quick, easy, and incredibly efficient, which honestly feels like the Chick-fil-A brand promise--but this location executes it especially well. The team members outside with iPads are on point, checking and double-checking orders with impressive accuracy. It keeps the line moving and the stress level low, which is always appreciated. As a parent, I have to shout out the little activity books for kids--such a thoughtful touch. Our son absolutely loves the grilled chicken and fruit, and it's nice knowing there's a kid-friendly option that feels both balanced and made with care. On our trip we opted for the drive thru to grab a lite meal. Upon arriving at the speaker we were promptly and politely greeted. We placed our order and then pulled forward. There was a bit of a line but before we new it we were at the window ready to pay. The young man greeted us and took my payment. Within a few minutes we had our made fresh order. I think, like most fast food places they employ people who are too young. Let me say that too many times they get the order wrong. My last purchase was a yogurt with granola. I get home and opened the granola on my yogurt only to realize it's the Charred tomato Crisp Red Bell Peppers!!!!! Completely ruined my yogurt. I also ordered a LARGE Diet Coke and they hand me a Medium. I said it's supposed to be a large and the kids says... "Do you want me to change it?" YES!!! I said. Come on! Mess ups and condition of this kind happen ALL the time. Make sure you take the time to open your bag and triple check your order!!! To the management of all Chick fil A's quit hiring kids from your congregation or sit them down and tell them how important it is to not stay up all night playing videos games. The first thing I gotta say is that I love chick fil a, but this is just absurd. I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese meal and somehow chick fil a forgot the chicken. Yes, the chicken chain restaurant forgot the CHICKEN in their chicken biscuit. I try to be considerate, knowing that a lot of fast food workers go through a lot and they're working on their futures but seriously, any fast food worker at chick fil a who forgets the chicken isn't getting anywhere in life. I ordered through Uber eats and they refunded me $5. Gee thanks, that'll barely cover the delivery fee and service fee. Steer clear from ordering for delivery so you can check whether or not the employee actually did their job. OMG! This is the first time I try Chick-fil-A and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, peppermint shake, fries, and Mac and cheese. I don't know what I liked best. Newer location, opened 12/16/15, but the staff is friendly, actually one of the friendliest we've been too. Go early at mealtimes because they get backed up and the line snakes through the restaurant. My favorite breakfast treat is the new breakfast bowls, lunch or dinner is a great time to try those nuggets if you haven't yet. read more

This is by far the worse Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. This is the third time I've been hoping it would be better and the exact same result, soggy nuggets, cold fries and a hard cookie that I specifically asked to be warmed up as usual and it was hard as a rock. They didn't even note it on my ticket as warm like other locations do. What makes matters worse the supervisor told me they don't have any more warm cookies. Yet I was specifically told at a previous location they are warmed up when asked. At this point I highly recommend nobody goes to this disgusting location. See attached photos for incorrect indication for a warm cookie, and the soggy nuggets.
