This Chick-Fil-A is located out on 192 between the Medieval Times building and Walmart. My daughter and I stopped here on our way home from her cross-country meet, and we were just in time to order the breakfast mini Chick-Fil-A sandwich combos (comes with hashbrowns and a drink. The hashbrowns were very crunchy and flavorful, and the minis are always a winner. We ordered orange juices for our drinks, but could have instead ordered a soft drink or milk (chocolate or white). They were very fast to serve our food here, and had a nifty board that identified whose mobile order was being prepared whose orders were completed. They were very courteous and prompt to serve our order and grab sauces for us. The ambiance was nice: crowded dining room, but everyone had a seat. The food was great, as usual. The chicken was tasty and soft, but yet so crispy on the outside, the fries were soft and had the perfect consistency of salt; and the chicken burger was pretty tasty! The service was nice, as you expect from chick-fil-a. So nice in fact, I even got to shake hands with the owner! The place appeared very small on the outside, but huge in the inside! Like you expect in video games, and the addition of a functional and open play place was very nostalgic. The food was cheap, and a pretty good deal for 13.81 dollars! We had an early appointment and decided to stop for breakfast on the way home. Chick-fil-A is always a good choice for both of us. This was our first time at this location and it can be a little tricky to get into when coming from the east. We arrived, parked and walked inside. They weren't very busy but we had a short wait as a customer had no idea what they wanted. We quickly placed our order, paid and received our drinks and went to sit and wait for them to call us. We only had a short wait before they called and we got to dig into our food. I had the egg white girl which is my go-to breakfast from them and my kid had the hash brown burrito with grilled chicken and hash browns. Sometimes you can't have too many hash browns. The food was made correctly and looked good. Everything was hot and delicious. This is a very nice location with a playroom inside that is open and a double drive-thru which has become standard at Chick-fil-A. The drive-thru was fairly busy the entire time that we were dining. My only issue was when we left as the parking lot is one way. I realized when we pulled out of our space and went to leave that The pylons that they have to define the drive-thru lanes intrude upon the lane you use to exit past several spaces including the handicap accessible ones. What would be an issue is if a larger vehicle was in any of the spaces or if a good sized van with a hitch setup that holds a wheelchair or scooter on the back you could not exit without driving over the pylons. From my point of view this is a very poor design. I realized that they may have had a single drive through lane when they opened but no matter what with two of them it becomes a problem especially if they are crowded. read more

They didnt invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich... and it's probably my favorite one ever. I love going through the drive thru especially with the face to face ordering. There is no lifeless speaker to stare at just friendly employees to talk to car side. Even in their busiest days the line moves quickly and the orders are served up with a smile and a thank you. Establishment has (2) drive Thur lanes on the mornings it wraps around the building. Always check your food before driving off. Attempting to get ppl served quickly a lot of the time they push the wrong food out. Point being just ck your bag before driving off. read more

I've been to many Chick-fil-As and this is the best managed. Was in Florida with a volleyball team and they treated us nicely. Their manager came out to the dining room and greeted us. I told him this was the hottest and freshest chicken sandwich I ever had at any Chick-fil-A. Also, one of our players left their cellphone and charger at the restaurant, and they were able to return it to him. Only minor issue is their awkward parking lot. read more

Everyone seems to know Chick-Fil-A, and have some sort of opinion about it from a variety of sources. I judge them by their food and customer service, and can't find fault with either of them. I'm always impressed with the young people who work at these, with their kind and friendly attitudes and the likelihood that they will actually engage with you, even through the social distancing. I'm never disappointed by this. "My Pleasure" is obviously their catchphrase when thanked, however, it always comes across as genuine. On top of the customer service, the food is also always top notch. Whether this store or one of the many others around the nation that I've eaten at, the food is always fresh and tasty. They've come a long way from when they were a food booth in a mall. Now I'm looking forward to the days of being able to dine in the store. Regardless, I'm always happy to see their logo pop up near me when hunger strikes. read more

5 stars for this Chic-Fil-A! They are so quick even with all the customers that go to them! They have two drive thru lanes and have their employees take orders at your window with their tablet for a quicker process. Their food is always fresh wether you go for breakfast or dinner. Their Chic-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich is flavorfully delicious and so is their Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich! Favorite sauce to dip my fries is the Honey Roasted Barbecue Sauce. read more

I don't know what's going on at this location but this is the 3rd and most annoying time I've had getting food here. First of all, every time I go to this specific location and order a milk shake, the outside of the cup is always sticky w/ chocolate syrup.. but today just took the cake - not only did that happen again but the cup was broken on the bottom and the milk shake leaked all over me and my car seat! Advice: CHECK THE CUPS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM TO PEOPLE OMG (RIP my car seat) Second, there was an issue/misunderstanding with my free reward or "treat" as it's called in the app. It's supposed to be pretty self explanatory. You earn rewards by spending money there (which as a person who eats at chick-fil-a often, I get frequently) there was an issue because apparently the managers are the only ones who can issue rewards, even though you're just supposed to scan the app for it - and be done with it. I don't understand why you would need a manager to do something that is constantly offered for loyal customers and that I've never had a problem with before. Also, I don't want to hate on the employees that work there because they seem very nice but the vibe is definitely off in that place - everyone seems stressed and I feel like it's not as organized there as other locations. Basically getting food here has made me extremely frustrated today & in the past... it sucks because it's only 2 minutes from my house so I have no choice! This is the 1st chick fil a full service restaurant I have been to (other ones I have been to are either in airports or malls). The ones in Michigan don't have nothing on this one here in Florida. The spicy grilled chicken sandwich is amazing and heaven sent and the frosted lemonade (more of a lemonade milkshake) is amazing as well. Better service and I like how they have someone outside at night to help take your drive thru order. I'm going to need the Midwest to step their chick fil a game up. read more

Went during the Corona virus and the whole staff was so kind and welcoming and the managers were outside helping as well. Great food, great price, great service. After I got my order home the ice cream in the cup for the kids had hair laying on top of the ice cream the peach shake was not peach but rather vanilla the fries were limp and cold. To say that Isabel, my wife, LOVES Chick-Fil-A is no exaggeration. We live in Puerto Rico and she takes advantage of every trip to the mainland to enjoy something at Chick-Fil-A, and everyone we have every traveled with knows this well. This last trip to Orlando was no exception, and she waited anxiously for the opportunity to enjoy one of her favorite treats. When the opportunity arose I went with a salad and she picked a sandwich. The place looked nice and service was quick and efficient. We had our Chick-Fil-A in no time. I was enjoying my salad but realized that somewhere along the line she had lost the thrill of it all. When I asked what happened she said that she was over it, the sandwich was just not good. I have never been a fan but will always find something that I can eat just to accompany her.
