Over the last couple of weeks, with travel, and crazy work schedules, this has become a go to. I'm not a fast food eater (my husband is), but I've found the grilled chicken club and side kale salad is a really good and very inexpensive meal in a pinch. Another good one is that kale salad with grilled chicken nuggets chopped into it. The mobile app situation is incredible. I place the order when we head out to the restaurant, and say I'm there about 5 minutes before we arrive (there's a spot where the timing is perfect) and we walk right in and it's ready. Store is neat and clean and staff is efficient. I've been to others that have friendlier or more chatty staff - however those were never locations I'd go to more than maybe once a year at best. So that said, I'll take fast, clean, quick and efficient over niceties any day. Even more impressive is that it's a very youthful staff so kudos to management too. Last reco - use the app you get points and free stuff quite often. My husband has gotten a brownie with points for every meal since after our first order, and the lake Oswego location offered a free fries for today's trip that we could double up with using points for his brownie! read more

I've been to several Chick-Fil-A's over the years and this is one in Lake O is not good. The Original chicken sandwich was 1/2 the thickness of normal and was dried out. The waffle fries had no salt and were a disappointment as well. From now on, I'll go to the ones in Beaverton or Hillsboro. read more

There's no drive thru so I ordered curbside pickup. Pretty easy and I selected 2 sauces to dip my chicken in but when I opened my bag at work, NO sauce. I ate dry plain chicken strips and dry plain fries. I can deal with eating food with no sauce. We had mayo and ketchup available at work but I wasn't that desperate. For the peeps that need your sauce though, check your bags before you drive away. Curbside pickup was easy but they don't give you sauce even when it's part of your order. read more

First of all I ordered the 12 piece breaded chicken nuggets. I received the grilled 12 piece nuggets. For $12 it is hardly worth it. Then I got the regular Chick-fil-A sandwich. It comes with lettuce and tomato but nothing else, no sauce no nothing. So you have to get your sauces on the side. The sandwich was Bland and overpriced. Um just no. It's the first time I've ever rated one of my favorite restaurants so low bite THERE'S NO DRIVE THRU. I had to mobile order that took 15 min of sitting in my car. Oh my god, Chik-fil-A is coming to Lake Oswego!!! Well, we went and had a fried chicken sandwich. The Sandwich: Fresh bun, hot chicken, not much flavor until you add one of their fleet of sauces. One would think that chicken from a restaurant that has chicken in it's name would have flavor. The popularity of Chik-fil-A suggests that there is a high demand for bland, average chicken sandwiches. Comparison: Poyeye's sandwich is superior on every level, from the flavor/texture of the chicken down to the pickles - Chik-fil-A doesn't play in Poyeye's league. Service: friendly, attentive, quick - no complaints. Interior Decor/Feel: I could describe it several different ways - non-offensive, contrived, sterile - and they would all be true. There is a complete lack of character. The interior decor suggests a high demand for non-offensive nothingness while eating bland chicken sandwiches. Advice: Reallocate some of your massive advertising dollars and purchase some spices - it can only help your chicken. read more

Thank God I asked about carry out order as after waiting awhile & she said it was stuck in queue so I had to wait longer. Inside the restaurant, a screen displays the names of people with pending orders, and a team member calls your name when it's ready. Our food was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. It's a beautiful restaurant, the staff is wonderful and very professional, they have ample parking. My only complaint is that they don't have a drive-through. That was a bummer when I had arrived expecting to see a drive-through as they do in other Chick-fil-A's in Southern California. I had to park and walk while it was raining into the store for my to go order. You can order your food ahead, and the service is fairly quick, but they did make a mistake in my order and forgot the bacon with my chicken club and it's a bit pricey, but comparable to Burgerville in terms of quality. read more

The community has been buzzing for weeks, and now that it's finally open, it's like a dream come true. You can practically feel the JOY radiating from everyone who walks in. People are smiling, strangers are chatting--it's like Chick-fil-A brought world peace to Lake Oswego! As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by an immaculate, spotlessly clean restaurant that looked like it had been polished with love. The whole place glows--inside and out! Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Biscuit, and OH. MY. GOODNESS. It was a spiritual experience. I'm seriously considering rearranging my entire morning routine just so I can have one every day. A huge shoutout to cashier Lauren, who was beyond amazing. This chick fil a location was super nice & clean inside! It was unfortunate that there was no drive through, however there was plenty of parking & seating inside. The service was incredibly poor. Our drinks were wrong, sandwiches were wrong, and the sides were wrong. On our receipt, some of the food was inputted correctly but still given to us wrong. Practically every part of our order was given to us wrong. A young lady named Sydney took our order and was clearly uninterested in taking our orders and helping us get the right food we ordered. Ordered mobile breakfast order w 3 chicken biscuits and a hash brown. For some odd reason my mobile order took more than 20 minutes. There were about 8 workers out front not doing anything but talking to each other. I'm not sure what was happening in the food prep area but there were about 9 mobile orders placed and waiting. There were about 5 other frustrated customers getting their long awaited orders, as well. Let's get your breakfast game honed in a little bit, new guys.
