I went here with my boyfriend today and it was still as good as I remembered! We got the sweet potato fries ($4.75), the Joe's Chili Cheeseburger double ($9.75), and Spicy Crispy Chicken ($9.50). I really loved my crispy chicken sandwich and wasn't expecting the delicious guacamole spread. It wasn't very spicy, so if you like mild heat, this is for you. I wish it was spicier, especially since it says there's pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, and sriracha sauce! My boyfriend liked his chili cheeseburger and is eager to come back again to try their black+blue burger because he loves blue cheese. The sweet potato fries were also really delicious too. Ok. The magic is gone. The quality control is lost. Waited for over 20 mins, asked for an update, to find out the food had just been sitting there. My boyfriend took me to Joe's Burgers at Bridgeport, and it did not disappoint! I love a McDonald's style burger with secret sauce, and this is exactly what Joe's Burgers offers. This spot is really cute with indoor/outdoor seating and nice areas. They also offer seasonal milkshakes like marionberry. Super clean and trendy with a fun vibe. Bun definitely could have been better but still really good. I paired my burger with a Diet Coke and their french fries, and it was a delicious, satisfying, not-too-heavy lunch. Staff need more training regarding food allergies. Ordered online, adding comments regarding dairy and egg allergies, plus called to indicate that we needed only a plain patty and still our $15 patty had cheese, and ordered tots and got fries. My 7 year old didn't have dinner tonight. Also service was bad at the restaurant, arrived earlier and had to wait because the order was scheduled for later, even though it was ready, I didn't understand that. My wife and I stopped here before a movie to grab a quick bite. Each of us had their chicken piece meal with fries. The combined total was nearly 20 bucks and based off of the amount and quality of the food, I really can't imagine wanting to pay more than $10. This was one of those meals where they try to make up for the lack of main course substance with an overflowing of french fries. Each of us received a decent size box of french fries but when you throw six chicken McNugget size pieces of chicken on top of it, it just looks really sad. In any case, if you want a big serving of french fries, this is your place. If you want something more to your meal then just 1000 cal of french fries, go someplace else. read more

Years ago Joe's was a really good place to go grab a burger. Now, the burger is SO Thin, tasteless, full of hard cartilage, and just a waste of money. You can add all the condiments that you want, but it is still a thin, tasteless, pretend hamburger. Only critique I would give them is to add fries with their burger, paying for them separately when they're that low quality of a fry doesn't seem like you're getting your bang for your buck. This may be a case of the pandemic, but there was little to no wait when I came a couple of weeks ago. I ordered their Spicy Crispy Chicken burger with a side of Cajun Tots. Nicely toasted bun, well breaded crispy chicken, and they didn't skimp on the toppings. Really liked their siracha ranch, which I also got as a dipping sauce for my Cajun tots. Definitely quite greasy and messy to eat, but it's a burger so we knew this was coming. More than generous portion of Cajun tots. Lots of seasoning but a bit too salty in my opinion. This was my first time here and maybe I ordered the best burger on the menu, if there are 2 more burgers this good then OMG I may have to set up a tent outside and order 3 a day lol. Delicious! This was my food of choice today while shopping around the wonderful Bridgeport. The ordering process is quick and easy, menu is large enough to see from a far, and friendly staff :) Though, my only constructive feedback would be the fries. It's definitely a personal preference, but they were a little too "crunchy". I don't like soggy fries, but I don't like them "overcooked", just right in the middle is good for me! Food takes a little bit to come out, but I assume it's because it's made fresh. I 10/10 recommend.. good portion and doesn't make me feel guilty and bloated afterwards. Great place for kids too when you need to control their hanger while shopping haha. read more
