Came here on a random weekday for dine-in dinner and had a great experience. Parking was ample. When you enter, you order at a kiosk and take a number. Our food came out in about 5 minutes and it was tasty - got the original cheeseburger (tasty, but not very big), fries (solid), and a lime milkshake (meh - too sour!). Let me first say this is a Burgerville review (company) not a review of this location! They're wonderful! That said, time and time again, the company removes really great things from the menu, and doesn't replace them with something equitable and it's a bit of a bummer. First for me, the chicken sandwich with the peppers and the aardvark sauce - it was there for the first several years we lived in Oregon, I got it without a bun and it was amazing! It wasn't a seasonal item, just an awesome one! Now, just a plain chicken sandwich that was in the menu before. Then, the cowboy and chicken sliders - we went into get lunch - the cowboy sliders are my husbands absolute favorite and I love the chicken ones. Gone! And no more sweet potato fries. We couldn't land on anything we wanted to order so we left. Let me say I LOVE the local flair and the seasonal items - but it has been such a bummer to see great items come off the menu. Potentially we are the odd ones out and they didn't sell well, and then for that I guess I say fine lol. But man! Those items were so good, and at least for us, as a couple that doesn't really do fast food, were a key differentiator for this chain. read more

I love this location! I used to work very close and I loved dropping in the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich when I needed it. They get a lot of traffic because they are right off.They manage even a long line very well. I don't remember ever having an order wrong... and I won't tell you what to do, but they are conveniently located one stop from the movie theater. I love a large percentage of Burgerville's menu and the seasonal items are great! Like everyone I can't wait for the onion rings every year but I usually snag whatever add on they have going because it will be good! read more

It's been something like 20 years since I've been to a Burgerville, and that may just have been to have one of their blackberry shakes (which are delicious) so it's possible I haven't had food before. On the way from the airport I needed sustenance but was left wanting. I ordered a burger that was too expensive for a fast food joint and the bacon was nowhere near cooked; it was still translucent. And the burger overall was just mediocre even when I took off the offending bacon. Fries were fine, but not great. With the best part of the meal being the strawberry lemonade, it's far from a ringing endorsement. read more

I would say this location is a solid 2. I have never been to a Burgerville so it took me a while to figure out what we wanted. We ordered on the kiosk and it notified me to bring my ticket to the counter. The girl working was wondering why.. girl, I don't know.. you tell me! The ticket had my exact order. She re-rang me up and it was a few dollars more. I asked why and she had no idea. I wanted the one that was less and she asked her manager and he said the kiosk are inaccurate sometimes and so the pricing was correct with what the girl rang me up for. I paid, but asked for both receipts. Found out she added an extra French fry in there. It was something simple that they could have just checked on their own. The sandwiches were good.. but the fries were super salty. Overall, not that impressed.. especially for $65 for a family of 4. read more

The best thing about this place is the view out the window with the pretty blossoms on the trees. My sister and brother law stayed at the hotel next to here and wanted us to meet them for a quick lunch. We ordered the number 6 and my husband the colossal burger. Mine didn't have very good flavor and had way too much mayo. I couldn't even really taste the beef either. It's probably the worst burger I've ever had unfortunately. My husband's was just okay. Way over priced fast food. Inside of the restaurant is filthy. Every table had food crumbs, ketchup, soda ect. Floors were dirty. Looked like 7 or so people working and nobody had time to clean up. When I walked inside, an elegant breeze of fresh air hit my face and I was in a strong state of happiness. I walked up to the newly refurbished counter where the food is ordered and I was greeted by the wonderful employee. Then, without a second to waste, I hit them with my order and out came the delectable chocolate milkshake, cold and sweet as could be. I grabbed my straw, and a napkin too, and sucked it into my mouth, without further ado. Suddenly, the power of the chocolate flavor became... TOO POWERFUL... and I had to excuse myself to make a daring escape to the burgerville's complimentary bathroom, and I threw Up in the toilet. A great restaurant that is in high demand. Burgerville is one of the best fast food places in Oregon. They have great shakes, fruit from local vendors, and the fries are out of this world. They have a variety of good burgers, including other options such as the turkey and black bean burger. The fish and chips are also excellent. Their greatest strength is their greatest weakness: they're so good that everyone wants to go there and the lines are long. Be prepared for at least a 15-20 minute wait, but if you have the time, they're well worth it. read more

I was Mayor of this BV for multiple years from 2010-2014 on Foursquare. I'm a "Big Cheese" member now on their app and I've left one review since I've had yelp. This place took full advantage of Covid shut downs to end their breakfast, keep the dining room closed for a year+ afterwords and the quality of food is terrible now. The service is painfully slow despite seeing 7-8 employees in the kitchen every time. The drive through blocks traffic it's so slow now. The prices keep going up but the teens that work there spend too much time on Reddit being empowered to not care about any type of work ethic. No apologies are ever offered for 20+ minute waits to get your PICK UP ORDER. Don't waste your time. You're spending double-triple the price for food that hs devolved down to as bad as Burger King/McDonalds. Only wayyyyyy slower. read more

I ordered the seasonal raspberry bliss milkshake. It's a holiday weekend and I wanted a guiltless treat. Honestly the best milkshake in town. I must have missed seeing the raspberry season since mine don't bloom until august. But I choose not to question that. Also the little blue straw they give you is awful. Not sure if this is a cost cutting strategy but it's awful. Had to give up on the straw about mid way through. By then the milkshake was soft and creamy. Plus I get some on my nose. No more meals, a ton of tarter sauce on our fish sandwich, the fries tasted stale, and I actually measured the thickness of my meat patty on my cheese burger at 1/8" thick. My friend who took me here described it as the In-n-Out of the Pacific Northwest. I didn't try the burgers, so I can't contribute to the In-n-Out/Burgerville debate (although I can't imagine it topping the mouth orgasm that is a Double Double), but I can say that the overall ambiance and freshness factor made it a fair comparison. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the restaurant was the smell -- an indescribably yummy attack on my senses that I couldn't quite place -- that made my mouth water. We had already made plans for dinner so I couldn't order any "real" food, but as my friend advised, I just had to try the seasonal Walla Walla sweet onion rings and blackberry smoothies. As expected from my friend's glowing (p)review and the sweet, sweet drool-inducing aroma coming from the kitchen, both were freakin' delicious! My wife was driving and had me add 1 taco sauce to hers, mine I ate as is and found to be spicy enough on its own. I enjoy the fresh red onions that were on my breakfast burrito and overall it was a good experience. You have to try the new plant based milkshake!!! I don't usually get milkshakes because so much dairy upsets my stomach. When I saw this plant based or "vegan" shake, I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. Surprisingly it's very thick and creamy. It doesn't turn to watery liquid very fast like other nondairy smoothie drinks. Even my mom, who's the biggest dairy lover of them all, thought it was very good and helped me with several big bites. The shake even came with fluffy non dairy whipped cream. I wish I snapped a pic before we ate it. Vegans will love it. Burgerville, the only thing I wish you would do is use compostable containers.
