We just had Jimmy John's mess up an order for an office meeting for 12 people and had to frantically find a replacement. We called 3 other sandwich shops that were on our route and were repeatedly told they couldn't do it in under an hour, and one excuse after another... We ran into this Subway and told Deb and Celeste what we needed- and we did not get any excuses, just heads down getting to work!! These ladies were AMAZING and still so friendly with having to throw together 8 footlongs. They did it in record time and literally saved the day for us!!! HUGE KUDOS to Deb and Celeste!!! Good dining experiences come in all shapes and sizes. Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing a fast food chain, but I eat here at least once a month. And on every occasion, without fail, I am blown away by the efficiency of their operation. Yesterday I stroll in around 12:00p and almost walk right back out the door since there are over 10 people in front of me in line. And even though they are slammed, the cashier greets me and says, "Don't worry, it will only be a couple minutes." And darn it, she was right. They had five people on the line and all were sandwich making machines. It was like they had sandwich ESP and you couldn't tell where one left off and the other began as they quickly moved you down the line. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes and I'm back at my desk for a quick lunch so I can leave early and beat the storm. They also have patio seating, which is a nice place to kick back in warmer weather. Whenever I go to a different location, it isn't the same. I have gotten some sad Subway sandwiches in my day, served by grumpy or spaced out staff, including one I barely recognized as a sandwich earlier this year at the Dallas airport. So I think this place deserves a little praise for being a well run establishment. I believe they are the best of the bunch. read more

Have no fear, this is may be the most efficient Subway ever! Stopped in here for a couple of Italian subs on my way to visit my Gram and couldn't keep up with the sandwich makers! To piggy-back on what Jen K. said, they seem to have a secret language that they whisper in turn as your sandwich is passed from one person to the next. With that level of efficiency, you can count on the fixins to be fresh. I was even there during the typical lunch rush (noon on a Thursday) and couldn't believe that I was out the door with 24" of goodness before five minutes had elapsed. The person making sandwiches today was incredibly rude. He wasn't wearing a name tag so I couldn't get his name. He seemed annoyed and overwhelmed. I was the only customer he had so I'm not sure why he was so upset and frustrated. Definitely seems like he hates his job. I did not appreciate his sarcastic remarks and rude behavior. If you don't like your job then quit. Everyone likes their sandwiches a certain way. I've never been to a subway where my sandwich was made out to seem so complicated. I come there for to pick up my sandwich for lunch on a regular basis. The staff is outstanding and handle the orders very speedy, so you can be in and out in a heartbeat. They already know my standard order, so most of the time it goes even faster. I like the freshness of their product and the staff is genuinely friendly. read more

This was the most dismal visit to ANY Subway I've ever gone to. I can look over the girl who made the sandwiches being new) at least I hope that was the reason), but not the attitude or even the making of the sandwich. I came in with my son and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches. They were the new ones and cost quite a lot. First the girl was confused over what we were ordering, but yet seemed to want to rush us through our order. Then she asked her coworker how to load a silicone tray with meat and cheese. He loaded the tray for her. I told her that I wanted to add a different kind of cheese along with the cheese that already came on it. She looked confused but placed the cheese on the sandwich but only on half of it- so that it would be half and half. I had to point out that that wasn't what I meant. She gave me an exasperated look and turned and put sauce on the meat and cheese and heated up the meat. Which confused me because I'd asked for the sandwich to be toasted. When I pointed that out she looked confused and asked if I wanted the bread toasted too. I said yes and got another exasperated look. She started on the second sandwich and put more meat on the tray, this time it was all of two slices of brisket. I started to ask her about it but she turned quickly away. When the tray came out I saw that most of the sauce had flowed into the tray so when she was putting the sandwich together I asked for more sauce. And another exasperated look. I hated to ask for the second sandwich but I had no choice since there was barely any sauce on the sandwich. And again that look. My son learned from my mistake and got an entirety different sauce. I wanted to just leave at this point. I was still nice and polite but I was completely irritated at this point. And what's worse is I found my sandwich bread hadn't really been toasted and it was cold- and I live less than 5 minutes away. I just want to point out that for whatever reason the sandwiches at this location cost more that at locations in other towns so it is extremely ridiculous to pay over $11 dollars for 2 slices of a thinly cut meat on a foot long sandwich and having to put up with bad attitudes. read more

Whenever I go to a Subway, I always get extra onions on my sub. This is the first Subway that I've been to that actually gave me a fucking mountain of onions. None of that fufu lame wimpy shit. I want to give a shout out to Amy Z. At this location (hope I got the name right). We got out of a conference around 4:30pm on Saturday and many of us ended up at this location to grab food. There were only two people working but she cheerfully informed every person coming in that she would take care of them as soon as possible. She offered great suggestions on how to customize sandwiches and was genuinely excited when someone took her suggestion. She was efficient, positive, and genuinely happy to help. This Subway has the best service out of any location I have been to in the entire country. They are always friendly in a Real Way. Not a fake nice, if you know what I mean. The food always taste how it should, like a Subway sandwich. The manager is awesome and does a really good job of hiring. Every employee that I come across in this location seems to be very happy and cheerful. They are always quick and on top of things. I hit this place for breakfast as it's on my way and is often open early. Quick turn around and good food handling with a smile. Always fresh always fast. BMT is my favorite - on roasted garlic bread. I agree with previous poster that not all Subways are the same - worth a try though. read more
