I ordered though the app and it was super easy and convenient especially since I had my toddler with me. I ordered two spicy deluxe combos and a kids meal. We originally planned to go to our Thai restaurant in Lancaster after shopping; unfortunately, they are closed on Mondays. So, we decided to grab something quick. We both ordered the chicken sandwich with the pretzel bun combo. The sandwich was so salty, It was almost inedible. I stopped eating mine due to the saltiness. Huge shoutout to Paris at the Chick-fil-A on 15th St. West in Lancaster! This was my first time visiting this location, and I had a very large order since I was buying for my staff. Paris provided excellent customer service she was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. She even took the time to suggest popular menu items, making the process so much easier for me. I truly believe that great customer service deserves to be recognized just as much as the bad experiences get called out. I had a really frustrating experience at the Chick-fil-A in Lancaster (Ave K & 15th St). I live about 30 minutes away, and when I got home, I realized my order was missing two fries and an order of nuggets.I called the store and spoke with a manager named Issa. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told I would have to drive 30 minutes back to the store to get the missing items. When I asked about a refund, I was told they could not refund my card and that returning to the store was the only option. I was also told that if I filed a complaint, it would just come back to him anyway.That response is unacceptable. Customers should not have to drive an hour round trip to fix a mistake made by the restaurant. A refund or alternative resolution should have been offered immediately.Very disappointed in how this was handled. I expect much better customer service, especially from Chick-fil-A. read more

I've had repeated issues with this Chick-fil-A, mainly due to poor communication and order accuracy. Multiple times now, items have been missing from my order. Management is usually quick to respond when I complain, which I appreciate, but the problem keeps happening over and over. At some point, an apology doesn't make up for the constant mistakes. When you order food, you expect everything to be in the bag -- not to spend an extra 10-15 minutes calling to fix it. I also don't understand the point of ordering for pickup. About half the time, when I arrive, I'm told to park and wait because they haven't even started my order yet. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What's even more frustrating is when it's something simple like a salad. It's a cold item and shouldn't be complicated or time-consuming to prepare. Honestly, the only reason I come to this location is because it's close to my job. If there were another Chick-fil-A or better option nearby, I would go there instead. read more

Now usually don't have any issues when I come to this location, but today I guess they hired a lot of new KIDS, because today mind you I ordered a salad right, had to wait 30 minutes after arriving and would of waited longer had I not spoke up. This is the second time I have visited this Chick fil A and the first time I have used the window ordering. Everything was fine when the cashier asked for my name she said ok and preceded to type a name for the order. When my order was finally ready the young man called out a name that was not mine. When I corrected him with my actual name he expressed that's what they typed in. If you're gonna take the time to ask my name please ask for the spelling instead of making up a name. Definitely doesn't live up to the Chick-fil-A standard, yet. While I understand this location is the first drive thru only location in the US, I definitely think they could have delayed the grand opening to allow for more training with the employees. I don't mind that it's mostly high school kids working here but the delays are solely based on inexperience and lack of knowledge when it comes to working their system, taking custom orders, etc. I'm sure the issues will work themselves out over time but if you are inpatient or in a rush, then I suggest making the drive to the Palmdale location. If you do decide to go to the Lancaster location on K, I strongly suggest placing your order on the app for pick up, instead of sitting in the drive thru line. Otherwise you'll be waiting forever. read more

The drive thru staff were super polite! However, the customers coming through the drive-through were just driving into any lane that they wanted. The orders were coming out scattered. I drove up to the window as directed and sat for 15 minutes as they hadn't even started on my order and were serving vehicles that had ordered after me. The inside staff was very disorganized and all over the board. The young manager that was in the drive lanes serving the customers offered me a cookie or brownie for the inconvenience. She was very nice however I just wanted my food. When I got home and was handing the food out, my order was wrong. First of all, there is NO DINING IN. Google maps said there was dining. IN. Please correct that. I went there yesterday expecting to dine in, and you can only only dine OUT, as in outside on metal tables and chairs. I guess they have an indoor restroom but that's it. You have to order thru the app, which I tried to do. BUT, when I finished, apparently you can only pay thru Google Pay. WTF? You should have told me that in the first place before I spent all that time trying to get my order right, as I don't use Google Pay. A total waste of my time. I left without eating anything, in disgust. And why doesn't Google warn you that there is NO INDOOR SEATING????? Since my review I've been back quite a bit, each time customer service has been great, very nice! The curbside parking is still always full. (Not a business thing more of a people thing) but I don't understand why people love to sit in their car after food has been delivered, makes it more frustrating for other customers needing to get their food. read more

First time going here that it was not busy! So they can not claim that that's the reason for the following. I drive 10 minutes home with my order only to realize they didn't give me the sandwich I ordered and had put fried nuggets (that I didn't order) in the bag instead. So I drive 10 minutes back, to get what they had originally screwed up on. Ask them to please remake the rest of my oder because by the time I get home the food that I had originally ordered would be COLD! They tell me that they can only give me what they didn't give me and will not remake my order. Even though it was their mistake. Their fault, if you will!! Had to speak to the assistant, Issa, because the manager, Dom, wouldn't even come to the window to talk to me! Again, they were not busy! I got a full refund and asked for the corporate number, assistant managers name and the managers name, which at first, she didn't want to give it to me! I call the number from their parking lot and spoke to a nice guy named Robert who took all the information, asked for the order number, names, and informed me that someone would be contacting me, who oversees that site. I doubt this will go anywhere but I hope that the manager's karma comes back to bite her in the a$$. I hope and pray that all the food she orders out in the world is WRONG & COLD!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I totally would! Such a shame. All the others I've been to have been so friendly and accommodating! This place should rethink it's Christian values! You get two of the same sandwich from this location vs. Palmdale and this one will have stale buns and the taste of the chicken is off.
