Every time i come to this chick fil a something is either missing from my order or cooks aren't reading their tickets correctly and things are being made completely wrong. The cook had the nerve to look bothered that i came back to the window and asked for my order to be corrected. ? Get it right the first time and this wouldn't happen Mr cook. I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:17. I used Apple Pay and was told my order would be ready when I arrived. I got there and went to tell one of the employees that 1. there was no curbside number to enter on the sign and 2. My car description was the same as another car so they wouldn't be confused. I waited for 30 min and no one came out. I went back to the window and asked to speak to a manager about my order. Come to find out, my order was never placed apparently. The manager said there was nothing she could do as breakfast was over and I could order lunch. HOWEVER, I'd still have to pay. So no breakfast, my money was taken and I'd still I have to pay, sit and wait for them to prepare an order that I didn't even want. She said that that wasn't their fault. Like WTH??? 1. Staff is lazy more worried about what is going on in the news then making your order correct. One of the most expensive places to eat in the valley you think they would pay attention to detail on your order to mark what is what when you get it instead of drinking your friends drink because they failed to mark it as the correct one . This was the worst chick fil a I have been to. The wait was unnecessarily too long for there to be no indoor restaurant. Not only was the wait long but it was all out of order. The person in the pick up window wasn't even calling out the names loud enough so people were just there standing because they could not hear her. The drink I ordered looked watered down and just looked nothing like what was in the app or what I could have gotten from the chick fil a in Palmdale. They tried to say the drinks came in one size, which I know they don't. don't lie if you messed up the order. So this place is not that bad you can tell that a lot of the employees this is their first job but my issue is with a little girl named Alison who was super rude for no reason. She was unnecessarily sassy and had a horrible RBF. If you already don't like your job and the store has barely been opened a week maybe you need to consider a different profession. I have to say this is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been and yes it's brand new, but they have very very irresponsible. Workers working the line literally there were like 20 cars behind one car.
