    Chick-fil-A- Chicken Biscuit
    Tommy K.

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A- Chicken Biscuit I have ever had. The biscuit is like pre-purchased from a bad biscuit store. Chicken is soggy gross. Wish i could return it and get something else but its so bad Im just going to leave. Makes me Thankful the Arundel Mills Maryland location is actually a great chick-fil-a. Lost all confidence in this this brand though.

Chik-fil-A never disappoints with their Cobb salad! We ordered off the app. It's always so busy in there, it was a little slow getting our salads. Watch out for the parking lot. It is small and when busy, hard to get out. I recommend parking in the lot behind the cellular store (next door)

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the food provided to me by Chick FI La off Ulmerton in Largo. I have never had someone pass off to me a soggy chicken sandwich or end pieces for fries. The lack of respect for a paying customer really blows my mind. I will go the long way to the other Chick Fi La as this one has lost my business.

I'm genuinely surprised to see such ratings for Indi's Chicken. I went in expecting a simple,…read moreno-frills spot serving good old-fashioned fried chicken and classic sides. That sounded great to me. Unfortunately, the food, portions, and pricing were all disappointing. A three-piece chicken meal with two sides runs around $13-$14, and the pieces are small. Two of my three pieces were very small drumsticks. The meal doesn't include a drink, and if you just want water, you have to buy a bottle. The sides also come in very small portions. I ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken with baked beans and potato wedges. The seasoning on the chicken had a decent flavor, but it wasn't spicy at all. The bigger issue was that the chicken was extremely dry. The larger piece of fried chicken was especially bad, there was barely any meat in it. Most of it was over-fried, hardened breading surrounding a lot of empty space. I kept biting into thick, crunchy breading and air while trying to find actual chicken. The baked beans were fine but nothing notable. I did like the potato wedges, which were probably the best part of the meal. You get three as a side, but they are at least fairly large. There are also several extra costs that add up. Sauces are sold separately, the meal doesn't include a drink, and there's an additional 3% charge if you don't pay with cash. All in all, I really don't understand the high ratings. You can get better fried chicken at plenty of fast-food restaurants, or even from Walmart or Publix, for less money, with larger portions and more options. Even if you're specifically looking for a no-frills local chicken spot, this doesn't feel like a good value. You pay more, get less, and, based on my visit, the quality isn't there. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Their chicken comes in spicy, or regular and and it is some of the best I have eaten... They serve a chicken breast, the keel, which is the boneless breast with only the one piece of cartilage in the center I have never seen that served before and it was really good. You don't have to pick through the bones if you don't want to like with a normal chicken breast... The owner is very nice, and his restaurant is a welcome addition and change from the normal fast food franchises that you find on Gulf to Bay boulevard...

But I have to say, this Lutz location is by far the best one we've visited, and that's all thanks to Corey. Seriously, that's how you run a fast-food restaurant. I've never experienced service this good at a fast-food establishment before. Corey went above and beyond, not just for us, but for everyone in the restaurant. He was constantly checking on guests, making sure everyone was satisfied, and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Him and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the customer experience. The amazing service aside, we absolutely love the food here. The chicken tenders are fantastic, and you can tell the breading is made fresh and with quality ingredients. The mac and cheese was unbelievable too. It wasn't the hottest when it arrived, but honestly, the flavour was so good that I didn't even care. The sauces are always a huge highlight at Chicken Guy! as well. They have some of the best dipping sauces in the fast-food world, and it's always fun trying different combinations. Those Egg Rolls were fantastic too! Very unique. As an added bonus, Corey was kind enough to give my dad and me samples of a couple milkshakes, and they were fantastic too. We genuinely can't say enough good things about Corey and this location. Between the incredible customer service, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere, this was easily the best fast-food experience we've ever had, and I'm not just saying that. Easy 5 stars. Visiting around 1:00 p.m. turned out to be the perfect timing; arriving just after the main lunch rush meant it wasn't overly crowded, which made for a very pleasant and relaxed experience. The customer service was exceptional--the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they were quick to get the food out. Everything served was piping hot and absolutely delicious. The interior of the restaurant, including the restrooms, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Being Filipino, I'll admit to a natural fondness for the brand, but even with high standards, this branch truly stands out for its execution. Finding the restaurant is incredibly straightforward as it sits right off the main road in a shared business plaza, providing plenty of easy parking right out front. Cons: Navigating the traffic layout can be a bit tricky depending on your direction of travel. If you need to head out the opposite way on the main road, you cannot make a direct turn and instead have to navigate down the next couple of side streets to find a traffic light to safely turn around. Thumbs up / Thumbs down: Thumbs up! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.

We were so excited but after spending over $50 on 5 pieces of chicken, a yum burger, side spaghetti, palabok, fries and a coconut icy.... We felt it was pretty pricy for 2 adults and 2 kids. The service, was fast food centric and of course they messed up the order and forgot the icy. Oh well. My chicken was passable (I got spicy) but the regular chicken was gross and the guys refused to finish it. The yum burger tastes ultra processed (but still a step up from Whitecastle), the spaghetti was interesting with a banana sweetened ketchup sauce overtop that was slightly unique. The palabok was the most interesting, but somehow also tasted fast foodish and not "fresh". Jollibee's must taste better in other countries? This is our second time trying and every time we leave poorer, disappointed, and with a slight stomachache. Def felt less "jolly" after eating here. No thank you.

I went there today to pick up an order I placed through Uber Eats. Usually, when you pick up an Uber Eats order yourself, they don't require a verification code. However, when I went to the front and gave my name to the cashier, she asked if I had proof of the order. I told her no, as I had ordered on my computer and didn't have a code. She insisted she needed verification. My phone wasn't working at the moment, which I don't blame her for, but the way she handled the situation was incredibly frustrating. I waited 20 minutes before I actually got my food. The cashier stood there talking on her phone, claiming she needed to ask her manager, but she never actually did. I didn't hear her explain the situation or ask anyone for help. Instead, she just stayed on her phone and eventually slid the food over to me. There was no apology for the wait, no "here you go," and no "have a nice day." She just slid it over with a smile while still chatting on her phone. It felt like she was purposely inconveniencing me. As soon as I mentioned that I had my ID to prove who I was, it was suddenly no issue, and she handed it over without ever checking with a manager. Very disappointing experience. While the food itself still tastes good, it is simply no longer worth the money or the poor treatment. I never expected over the top, bubbly customer service, the staff that used to work here would just get the job done without the fake enthusiasm, and that was perfectly fine. But there is a massive difference between a worker just trying to get through their shift and one who actively goes out of their way to keep you waiting while talking on the phone. Between the disrespectful service and the shrinking portions, this place just isn't what it used to be.
