Ah good old chickfila. Ever since this location first opened when I was in high school I have been coming here. I visited here around 6 and went through the drive through. Line went pretty fast, ordering was simple and quick. Service was great as always. Food was better then normal even after the drive home! The chicken sandwich was spicy and juicy. The fries always get cold quickly but that's not their fault, so just popped them in the mini oven and they were good to go! The wrap was a little bland to me. Ranch helped but the tortilla overpowers the chicken. read more

This week I decided to go inside to pick up my order and it still took 10 min past the app saying my order was ready. I had a bad experience with a delivery order from this location but after receiving a positive response to my complaint decided to give it another chance. I went today. I decided to do curbside and after waiting quite awhile my food was delivered to my car. The fries were only half filled and some weren't cooked, the chicken on the sandwich was burnt and both were only warm. It appears they had been cooked some time ago. read more

Now with gluten-free buns! I've been going to this location since they opened. The food is the usual great quality one expects from Chick-fil-A. What sets this store apart is the friendly service. The managers and shift leaders have been there for years and they get to know the regulars. They keep the place clean and always have someone patrolling the seating area, picking up trash and refilling the supplies. Probably the only negative I can think of is that the parking lot was designed poorly. During peak times the drive through line wraps around the building, blocking access to the main parking lot. If you see this, park at the Longhorn next door and walk in. You'll get in and out much faster. On the rare occasions when they have gotten my order wrong, they have gone above and beyond to make it more than right. They've replaced mistaken sandwiches with entire meals. I'm glad to have such a good store less than a mile from my house. read more

I had the WORST customer service experience I've ever had at ANY drive-thru/restaurant last night at the chick-fil-a on Baltimore Ave. I'm in line at 8pm wanting to order a milkshake and there is a long line but when isn't there at Chick-fil-A? Anyways, I pull up to the worker and roll my window down to greet her and she (didn't get her name) was very short and rude with me from the beginning, despite nothing having happened yet? I proceed to ask her what kind of milkshake they had at the moment and she rolls her eyes at me and reads off the names of the milkshakes and then like huffs like annoyed... I say what kind of milkshake I want almost immediately after and she's quick to say "anything else-$4.." and I said can I also get a market salad w/o chicken (I'm vegetarian) and I kid you not she straight up rolled her eyes like 6 times batting her big lash extensions at me and then laid her body up against the building post as she slammed her fingers on the iPad to put the order in. I am a very non-confrontational person but she was making it so obviously clear that she was being rude to me that I would've felt stupid if I didn't say some thing. So immediately after she does that I say "are you rolling your eyes at me?" In a shocked/comical tone because I was just in utter disbelief that she was being so obnoxiously rude to me for no reason. She just said "no" and rolled her eyes again. Smh. So I pull around to pay and the other lady was really nice and then once I get up to the window to get my food I asked to speak to a manager and the lady I was speaking to was apparently the manager and I told her about what had just happened and she said oh yeah I'll talk to her totally nonchalant like she wasn't even surprised that the girl was acting like that. And then on top of it I'm drinking my milkshake pulling off and it's basically milk. Completely melted. Worst experience ever, that girl should not be working there. So inefficient, why would you have 2 employees outside in the cold, taking orders and payments for the drive thru when there are 3 cars in line? 3.5 stars. I don't really eat chick fil a anymore because it doesn't really agree with my insides (gluten free, & I'm not in love with their grilled chicken). But my husband eats here quite frequently. On the occasions when I have accompanied him to this location the staff in the drive thru has been ultra sweet. Which, makes up for the 4 hours you basically have to wait in line. If you try to go inside, you're waiting about 3 1/2 hours. The service at this outlet...mm.. not good. I went to this outlet on a Saturday evening. No crowds and yet they took a long time to take orders. The lady didn't even bother asking what sauces i needed. I was surprised there was no servers attached to the tables (as I previously experienced at the other outlet at Corridor Mkt place). When I had to refill my drink, i had to wait in line with the people who were ordering their food as no one had offered to refill my drink. When I got there I was the only one there and stood around waiting for about 3 minutes while the people at the register held their own conversations (2 of which were managers). My husband and I tend to come here a lot when we want something quick and don't feel like cooking. While the line may get a little long, we never have to wait a really long time. The service is quick and easy and the food is always fresh. I went here last Thursday to surprise my husband with his favorite food. I don't know where some of the people were trained, but it WAS NOT where the GOOD and NICE employees are trained. On August 31, 2019 at approximately 10:45 am I went through the drive thru. The man taking the orders outside was having a personal conversation with the vehicle in front of me for at least two minutes, holding up the already long waiting line. When I finally arrived at the pick up window, the MANAGER handed my food to me. I looked in my bag and my parfait was sitting all Willy Nilly on my HOT food. I asked the manager for a separate bag for my parfait and he just handed it to me WITHOUT an apology or offering to properly bag my hot and cold food items. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, so we decided to go inside. The wait in line was very quick. Ordered just the chicken sandwich, no value meal. I was able to try the waffle fries, and probably should have listen to the little birdie in my ear, and ordered them, but it's ok. I had forgot, from the only one previous experience, how good Chick-fil-A is! Chicken is tender and juicy! Loved how they have the nice hot sauce and honey available in packets as well. Honey packets... those aren't cheap now a days! Kind of surprised to see pickles were on a normal sandwich, but I didn't mind. I wish they locations up in NYS! The location runs really well in all ways I've seen. I went through the drive-thru during the lunch rush and the staff taking orders were kind and efficient. The young woman tendering payment was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The manager was working the window, and it's always good to see leadership in the thick of things with their employees. I can tell he takes pride in his people and it shows in all aspects of the customer experience. This one one of the best visits I've had to any Chick-fil-A location, and I hope the owner sees this and knows his people are appreciated. read more

This fast food place is the cleanest compared to others like MacDonald or Burger King. It even has fresh flowers on the table, and there is enough staff to bring the order to your table. Someone is always cleaning the tables too. The employees seem to be happy doing their job. They maybe better paid and treated well by their employer. Their food is consistently good. Grilled chicken is moist and substantial. I like their fries better than MacDonald or Burger King too. It is soft, warm, not too salty. This place is dependable for fast food. read more

The Cashier said she didn't give the driver one of the begs. So I said how am I to get my food she told me that I had to come and get it .
