I just tried the spicy AND mild limited edition Waffle Sandwiches from this location! The sandwiches were decent - cooked well and mildly flavored. I especially enjoy dunking 1/4 to 1/2 of my sandwich in the complimentary syrup. Customer service is great, especially with the morning and early daytime crew. It's refreshing to see young people doing customer service well..parking can be tricky but the parking design is excellent! They've made changes that I think will make it a lot safer for cars and pedestrians in the busy area. read more

I decided to visit this Chick-fil-A location after a scheduled medical appointment. I always find a table and order via the Chick-fil-A app. The ordered menu items were brought to my table. During my dining experience, I observed the Chick-fil-A staff were preoccupied with each other in the dining area. I was not approached by the Chick-fil-A staff about my dining experience. No one came by to inquire if I wanted a refill on my drink. This was my first Chick-fil-A experience at any location nationwide, in which the staff were reluctant to interact with me. I hope the corporate staff of Chick-fil-A would provide further training to the personnel at the Laurel location in the near future, so that customers would have a positive experience. read more

This is the worst run location I have ever been to. Slow is the only speed at this location. With 2 lanes for ordering and picking up food, this only makes the word "SLOW" even worse. Picking up food at 2:30 pm on Monday, April 20th took 25 Minutes. Never again. The staff is only interested in goofing off with other staff. And everything is FUNNY apparently. The cashier charged me for a meal which was more expensive than ordering the fruit by itself since I did not want a drink. I ordered it that way for a reason why would you intentionally ignore me. I ordered curbside and had used my Chick fil a points to order an extra sandwich along with my meal and for some reason it didn't show up on my app, so I went inside and the young Handsome strapping young manager with the thick eyebrows helped out immediately with sincerity I don't think I have ever received at any other chick fil a location. I don't live in this area but in Winchester Virginia and I think every single one of the chick fil a locations in my area could learn a thing or five from the people here. We came on Thursday, 2/13/20 at 7 pm for take out dinner. We were surprised that there were so many cars at the drive through (12+). We decided to go inside to order, and it was practically empty so we could order right away. Our order was ready in 5 minutes! It was the first time we tried the Cobb Salad with crispy chicken slices. It was large and delicious so it's worth getting if you need a change from sandwiches. I ordered my food via the app. When I arrived to the restaurant, I wasn't greeted by anyone and my food wasn't ready. I had no issue waiting. But the employee who gave me the food was unfriendly, inattentive, and didn't even double check the order. Usually I receive a "My pleasure" response when I say thank you, but it wasn't the case in this situation. I had to wait to ask someone else for my orange juice as it wasn't a in my bag. This location is always jam packed with cars. Screwy drive through. Dangerous parking lot and exit. I went again after they totally screwed up my breakfast order a few years ago by charging me for an OJ after their power went out and they couldn't make coffee so the lady said she was giving me OJ in lieu of the coffee. FALL IN LOVE EVERY TIME! Chick-Fil-A 's experience from the customer service to the food is always good. The train there employees to be so courteous, kind and welcoming. Customer service at fast foods restaurants should always be this way. If your dining in, the food gets delivered to your table and they will even collect your trash once you're done eating. [] OMG to the love of the SAUCES!!! They are everything paired with whatever meal option you decide to get, especially waffle fries. Today I was told that they offered a fish sandwich during Lent Season, so I decided to give it a try. It was delicious. Not sure what kind of fish was used but it was delicious paired with the chick fil A house sauce. The only thing that is annoying is the drive though. The line stays wrapped around the building. (But yeah, business is good . Most time I just park and go inside because the line moves faster, sometimes not as busy inside, so don't get discouraged by the drive through line. I love this chick fil a! Even during the pandemic they and their staff have done a phenomenal job with managing orders and trying to diffuse customer complaints. BUT PLEASE fix your drive thru. I understand the need to have staff take orders outside but please have them bring cars fully into the drive thru. The positioning is causing so much congestion in the exits and entrances. It's hard for cars to reach the curbside parking simply because staff will lets cars pile up right at the entrance. This is so frustrating.!!! Other customers honk and block others in simply because they think you're trying to "cheat" the drive thru. Once again, PLEASE have staff pull cars as far forward as possible!! read more

Different from other Chick-Fil-A's I've been to which offers one free child's meal with adult meal purchase on a specific night of the week, hand delivers your orders to your table and knows frequent customers. Still the ambience was good and service was one notch above McDonald's. Like other Chick-Fil-A's there seems to be a craft (or child activity night) though not sure when that is. read more

You can't ever go wrong with chick fil-a. I recently used their catering service for a birthday party. They delivered the food right on time with all the required utensils. Salad remained fresh even a couple of days after. The fruit platter was delicious and of course the nuggets and strips did not disappoint. Best decision ever! read more

I've never been to a chick fil a and had horrible service until tonight. It took almost 25 mins for myself and another customer to get 2 large ice cream cones. It seemed as if the drive through was more important and no team was designated to take care of the inside customers. Not to mention the cashier was rude and I had 3 different people plus a manager ask me what I was waiting on. I love chick fil a and rave about their customer service but tonight just wasn't their night at this location. I love this Chick-fil-a!!! The staff remembers me since I come in the morning before work a lot. The staff is always pleasant. I think they got my order wrong 1 time out of the million that I've been there. I lie to you not that their Mac and cheese is bomb. You must give it a try! They also have brownies! It tastes even better when heated up. Thank me later. I usually get their chicken biscuit with egg on it for breakfast. It makes for a hearty meal and tastes really good. For lunch, I get the Cobb salad without bacon or the spicy chicken with Colby cheese and lettuce. However, I've had almost everything on the menu. After making a conscious effort to stay away from Chik-fil-A because of the owner's politics, I finally gave in a couple of years ago because, well, they're awesome. What really got me to give in is their service has always been second to none, bar none. Well laid out facilities and I could never figure out where they found their staff.
