I truly feel like the quality of service in this place continues to decrease. We all know that Chick fil a is known for their customer service and and the classic "My pleasure"..at this location that prestigious customer service experience has definitely left. I definitely don't have anything against teens working in these places ..not even a little bit . However I feel like the entire team is nothing but teens who don't necessarily possess the best customer service skills and attitude; definitely doesn't reflect the chick fil a character that it's customers love....Also there have been so many times when I go in and get my salad and they forget to put the proper condiments with the salad. We dined in over the weekend and paid with the Chick-fil-A app and I received an email inviting us back on Monday for their Kids night. I think that was a nice touch to follow up with the invitation. So a friend and I showed up today a little before 12 and went inside to place a last minute, huge to-go order. The staff was busy but extremely nice and understanding of our order (5 reg sandwiches, 15 spicy sandwiches, and 10 large fries) and made sure to ask for sauces etc. however, they went above and beyond, especially Alister, who kept checking in on us to make sure our order was given to us properly! He told us the wait, suggested getting them on platters, and once it was finished, even brought it all out to our car! Terrible experience with this location. I had a large event and called to place a catering order. The first two times I called, the phone rang for well over 2 minutes each time. I waited about 5 minutes and called again. After about 1 minute of solid ringing, someone picked the phone up and (while laughing) places the phone on the counter. I said hello several times with no response. I hung up and called back, and the line was now busy. My thought is that one of the many silly college/high school students they employ decided that a way to get the phone to stop ringing was to (instead of just answering it) leave it off the hook. Fortunately, I called over to one of the Bowie locations and they were able to take my order. I hope it was worth losing out on a $200 order, no intentions of patronizing with this location again. read more

Clean fast friendly service. Great food quality. Not far from I95 if your passing through the area. Literally just over a mile away. Tucked away in a plaza, so it's not noticeable at first from the roadway if it's later in the day, or night time. This review is mainly for the drive-thru service. When I'm in Laurel, I usually stop by here about once a week to get a quick breakfast or drink. The service is always speedy. I have never had a problem getting what I ordered quickly, the only problems arise when the customers in front of you are slow. Sometimes they will forget sauces or something, but I have never had a problem if I specifically request the sauce when I am ordering. I placed a catering order over the weekend using the app. I called this morning to change the pick up time and size of the tray. The manager was extremely accommodating. I've never had an issue with any of the chic fil a restaurants, and never really had an issue with this location, until now it seems as tho they got new staff and they are very slow with getting the orders ready especially in the drive thru! They didn't double check my order and forgot to give me my drink. When I realized and went inside to get my kids meal drink, I wasn't greeted with the friendly warm greeting I'm used to, nor did I get the "my pleasure" statement when I said thank you. I didn't even get a "I'm sorry about that". They were all very distracted with their conversations especially the young lady at the window. Today I went to pick up an order and when I arrived they told me the machine to make shakes wasn't working, and wanted to change my drink for a soda or orange juice I said no thanks. So I wanted to cancel the drink and get my money back for my shakes. But they cancel all the order without asking and I stood waiting for the order as an idiot and lost my reward that I had.
