IYKYK - stellar food and phenomenal service. I always know what I'm getting when I visit and it's always a pleasant experience. My favorite go to is the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of fries and tea. I do highly recommend their ice cream drinks (one has lemonade and one has coffee). This chick-Fil-A is nothing like any other location I have been to. The service at the order counter was sub par, although the guy that helped us actually looked like he was trying. All the other employees ignored him and ignored us as well. When the employee delivered our food, it was in a bag even though we told them we were dining in. The employee said literally nothing to us... just handed us the bag. The food was also lacking. The chicken was greasy and the bread was dry. The cleanliness was probably the worst thing about this place. The tables and benches were not cleaned in between guests. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor and the toilets were gross. Not one "My Pleasure" was heard... the signature phrase was absent. We will not return here. read more

The Laurinburg location was just okay today as far as service is concerned. We pulled up, wanting to eat before going to Lowe's. The dual lane DT line was long but moving slowly. The order taker walked the line but at a different pace. Yes, she was friendly. We ordered the nuggets and hubby for the Chicken Deluxe Meal with a Banana Pudding Cream Shake. This Chick-Fil-A is way below par, in comparison to most Chick-Fil-A's. This was the second time that I visited this particular Chick-Fil-A in the last 18 months. Things were about the same as my last visit. We arrived around 12:45, and restaurant was probably at 65% capacity. Tables were not being wiped off between customers even though there was a female employee standing in the dining area... and I feel like that was probably her responsibility. Quality of food was acceptable. Our cashier had problems with our order, but I assumed she was a new employee, and did not hold it against her. We told her eat in but she rung our order as carry out so we had to wait in the carry out line for our order which took five or more minutes. This restaurant is not one I plan to stop at in future, while I'm traveling. In my opinion, it not as clean as I feel it should be. Very disappointed!!! read more

This is the nastiest Chick-fil-A location I have ever seen. Toilet had overflown in the bathroom. Sink had hair and trash in it. Trash cans in the dining area were overflowing. Just all out nasty. I do not recommend it. read more

This store needs some help. I was passing through Laurinburg, NC, and saw the sign that says: "Use the 'Mobile App, Skip the Line'; however, they have closed the dual lines and put you in the ordering line, and I was 21 minutes late for a meeting in a neighboring town. The ladies at the door are saying, "We don't do that here." Well, your sign says differently; every Chick-fil-A has double lines for this purpose, and the app says you do have mobile ordering, which means a separate line. Whoever owns this franchise store needs to bring it up to par with the others. On top of that, wasn't even decent enough to get my order correct! read more

This Chick Fil A was kinda hard to get to. I had no idea how to get to their parking lot. When I pulled in no one was in line and I found that very strange. However, I waited longer to get my food than when there was a huge line. Staff were not overly friendly and the sandwich was the regular sandwich. Not one of my fav Chick Fil A's. read more

The lady who took my order did not listen to what I was saying, my order was completely wrong. I told her I wanted a large drink Dr Pepper but received and paid for a medium Coke. I also told her I had 3 rewards for my items, I've worked at cfa before so I know how the iPads work, when I told her none of my rewards came off the total (that part was a user error) but it still would have been nice if she could have told me they didn't go through and that I was paying full price for them. This was just in the drive thru so i understand if she wanted to get me out of there quickly but I felt like it was very rude. Don't stop at this Chic-fil-A! Bathroom was filthy. I was the only person in line and I was ignored. When I finally ordered I watched my food come up and sit on the counter for 5 minutes while the staff played around behind the counter. When I finally got my food this is how my hash browns looked. Their card machine was down. Not a huge deal...to start with. But I was told when I ordered that I could pay with my card at the next person. The next person said their card machine was down, but I could pay with the app. I proceed to download the app and money onto my account. At this point 30 minutes have passed. I was then told I could not pay with the app. Im driving home for a family emergency and I still had a 3 hours long drive ahead and wasted so much time. I never usually speak out, but I did say it was a little ridiculous that I had to wait so long and offered to give my card information to them. I had to speak to 3 people in line before they said "just give her the food". Handed it to me then walked away. I felt awful for speaking up and trying to stand my ground but being treated like a person who is trying to bamboozle a free meal. :( read more
