I guess I was late to the dance as this was my first time. It must be very popular as it was Extremely busy at 2:45 on a Saturday. Lobby was full as was the drive thru. They had attendants taking orders with what looked like iPads and directing traffic. Although they seemed to be well staffed Lobby tables were not being cleaned as patrons left. Ordering was fast to a point I felt rushed. Having no time to really read the menu and pressure of line behind me. We ordered for dine in and were given a table top tag. After finally locating an open table we sat down. Our food arrived a few minutes later bagged like a " to go" order. The girl explained that when it's busy they bag all orders to go in case you can't find a seat. Our food was hot and our order was correct. My granddaughter said the Mac and cheese was really good. Our family dines multiple times per month at other CFA locations; however, we visited this location for the first time for dinner on a trip to Liberty. By far the worst CFA experience ever. All our meals were inedible - chicken sandwiches had soaked, soggy buns and rubberized chicken while the chicken strips were brown and smelled rotten. I was heartbroken to see the indoor playground is still closed. It seems they like using it for storage too much that it won't be opened. This used to be a tired mama respite. They had much more helpful staff. The food was fine. It just stinks that I can't meet friends and my kids have nowhere to play on rainy days. I just can't believe they still have it closed. We arrived in the line for the drive-through was wrapped around the store. We had placed an order ahead on the app so we took our place in line. When it was our turn at the window we let them know we had an online order and he advised us to pull on through. Not even one minute later our food was brought to our car window and we were on our way. The Liberty store does not live up to the standards that other stores do. The inside of the store is always dirty. I love Chick-fil-A, but every time I come to this location it is slammed beyond belief. On a recent Friday night, we found ourselves here, and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. I'd highly advise ordering via the app for counter pickup, and then parking across the street. I'm not sure what can be done to alleviate the parking lot situation or the drive thru line, but I'd like to see something be done to help move it along. I've seen employees at other locations come out with tablets and get orders from cars waiting in the drive thru line. It would be nice to see that here too. The food is fine. However, the distinguishing feature of the restaurant is a gigantic playground in the front. This playground is easily seen from the road and is filled with lies. At some point the restaurant owner seems to have elected to convert the space into a storage area rather than a playground. The children can play on. Being so close to the freeway this was our stop to allow our kids to get out and stretch their legs. Instead, we had to find another place to allow them to stretch their legs. Wow! I sat in line longer with my food order then ordering and getting the food. Please move the cars in front so people can leave the line when they have their food. It was ridiculous. The new process isn't working. The staff was taking orders from people behind me and moving up the line. Not sure how orders are processed but if first in first out you are stuck in the line with your hot food for a long time. Like I was. Fix the ordering process. No need to take my order and bring me my food if I have to sit in the line for 15 minutes. Get the front cars in the waiting spots ASAP if their order isn't ready. read more

I have to take my hat off to Chick-fil-A. I can't speak for all of them but the one in liberty hires workers with disabilities and they are so polite and a joy to see how hard they work and how much they really want to make a difference. This is only one of the many reasons I will give them five stars. Very well trained staff in every aspect and did I failed to mention their food is outstanding. One of their employee table workers stopped by, her name is Macy. So kind, and not only that but she asked me if there was anything she could do for me and I suggested that yes she could bring me a water and she did but more importantly she brought me a big smile. I love this place. I know there has been a lot of negativity about the Chic-Fila and their religious believes. The workers out at the drive thru excel at disrespect, they want to argue about everything and when you correct them their true lack of character comes out. It was interesting that this store does not follow the rest of the stores in the area in regards to supporting VETERANS on veterans day. A good friend went to the Chick Fil A at Legends. They gave him a sandwich, side and drink. Liberty offered a discount on the sandwich. On a corporate level they talk a good game, at the store level eh. Make your own determination and afterwards find a new Chick Fil A store to patronize. Drive thru after deer hunting trip to bring home food for family. 6:23pm order placed. Picked up order and get home at 6:35. Except literally 1/2 our order not in there. Call the local number which goes to corporate. After 5-7 min on phone, will have someone from Liberty store call me back. Sit there waiting for about 10 minutes and no call. Decide to just drive back. Asked for manager, barely got an I'm sorry. Asked them to replace entire order since mines now cold and pretty much only gave me mine. Told me no problem. Ticket said Red Flag, take extra care. STILL didn't get order right. Salad w extra eggs, had no extra eggs (which they charged us for) and ticket said 5 honey mustards for the 30 piece nuggets. Got two w first time through. Zero this time. With the 50 people working there, not sure how they can't assign one or two to check orders, especially red flag orders. Got home w first order at 6:35. Got home w second order, mostly right at 7:19. Ridiculous. read more

DRIVE THRU I love Chick-fil-A then again... I always order the same thing. The chicken nuggets and an Iced Tea (half sweet). The person on the headset was extremely friendly (like they always are at Chick-fil-A). And the food was of course delicious. There is a lost star due to the manager/supervisor standing at the window. They appeared to be helping out while changing where people were going to work and who was going to do what in the restaurant. All very important things. They even went so far as to hand the stuff out to me while instructing the others. Which also means that I didn't get a "Hello", "Thank you", "My pleasure", or any words of any kind. I love Chick-fil-A, but this location really struggles to provide quality service to their customers. We've lived in Liberty for a year now and we have the same experience every time. This location has the longest lines I've ever seen, they have two lanes for ordering but one lane for receiving your food, this bottlenecks the traffic causing excessive waiting time in the lines. The parking lot is empty and they fail to use it to make the lines quicker. This location has an odd habit of getting out food to the cars behind you before they give out food to the cars at the front of the line. So you end up sitting in line with your food but stuck because there is only one way to get out and the lane is blocked on the side by a median. The staff are fine, generally happy. For a long time this location had really weird sizes where you would pay for a large and get a size Small drink. Very stupid but they fixed it. The ice cream is the same where a large ice cream is actually a size small but the price is still like $6. Anyway. I love Chick-fil-A, the last few towns we lived in had exceptional service and this location has been a disappointment. We've had to write multiple times for missing items too, but the food at least is good. read more

We went around 7:30 on a Monday night, so they weren't too crowded but they were very well staffed with some overly friendly servers. They patiently waited for my indecisive family or order, they brought our food out to the table, and they cleaned the messy "kids" table all with a pleasant "My pleasure." It was like they only hired Stepford teens. INSIDER TIP: If you have kids, sit by the window on the drive-thru side. Our children had more fun waving at customers waiting for their orders than playing in the play place. Clean, fast, and tasty. I stopped by here the other day, on the recommendation of my supervisor, and tried their diet lemonade. Wonderfully refreshing. Not too sweet and not to tart. Just right. Yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken wrap with a fruit cup. I repeated it twice to the order taker. The young lady also repeated it back to me as if she was irritated.
