This is the closest Chick Fil A to my house, which is very unfortunate because I'm still a good 20 minutes away... I like to go for breakfast because I CRAVE their chick'n mini's. Honestly, though, anytime's a good time for Chick Fil A. This one is in a good location, right off of I-35, and every time I've been in it's been well-staffed, clean, and I've had prompt service. I've also seen police in there every single time, so I feel safe, too. (They're eating, not patrolling!) What I don't like about this Chick Fil A is the coffee. It always seems too bitter and burned. This is a great location in busy Liberty. I will drive here instead of the one that's only a mile away from me because the food quality is much better. The only "negative" would be how busy this location is! Sometimes it's very difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking lot due to the high volume of cars, people, children and strollers. I don't understand why people don't "get" Chick-fil-a. Take a good look at the chicken in your next chicken sandwich at a regular fast food place, then go directly to a Chick-fil-a and take a good look at the chicken in their sandwich. They are very different! Chick-fil-a seasons and fries their chicken differently. They have ruined me for any other chicken sandwich which are usually overly breaded, crusty, and dry. Chick-fil-a sandwiches are juicy, hot, seasoned and really tasty! I also love their waffle fries! I haven't tried everything on the menu yet but I would love to keep coming back even if all they had was the Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich since that is my favorite. They are friendly and I like that MUCH better than un-friendly service. But, my only complaint is that when they are busy and there's a line of cars at the drive thru and wrapped around the building that they could make an effort to be a little faster. Whenever I wait in a drive-thru line for 20 minutes in the middle of a hot day in a hot parking lot, I don't care as much that you're "having a great day here at Chick-fil-a", I just want my food and to get back to work on time! read more

I just love this place, I have eaten everything off of the menu at least once from the chicken biscuit and chicken minis in the morning to the original chicken sandwich to the chicken salads during lunch hours. I would highly recommend the chicken minis, chicken biscuit, or the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, with hash browns and sweet tea for breakfast. For lunch I would recommend the original or the spicy chicken sandwich, Cobb salad with apple vinaigrette dressing, or the chicken salad sandwich. They all go great with the waffle fries with chickfila sauce if course (I put a little bite of Texas Pete in my chickfila sauce for some heat), or side salad. Last but not least my go to drink is there sweet tea to wash everything down and for dessert is there cookies n' cream shake. There chicken is great as everyone knows. I got a salad for the first time here. It's priced at eight bucks. I figured what the heck. Ice tea two bucks. Twice as much as McDonalds but what the heck. Well what the hell is what I should of said. The salad is tiny compared to a Wendy's or McDonald's salad and the tea isn't as good either. But as crazy busy as this drive in is here. So many times we older people don't give credit to young people but when given the right direction and held to high standards they come through. I've been to this locations a few dozen times and the line is always 20+ cars deep. I don't believe I've ever had a quick and efficient experience at this location but i love chic fil a food. My husband ordered ahead via curbside pick up last week and He showed up 20 min after placing the order, when the app said his order would be ready. He waited an additional 40 min after arriving to get his food. Tonight i tried again. At 7:45pm on a Monday. I waited in the drive through line for 22 min and never moved. This is the only chic fil a that I've been to that struggles with efficiency. Slim chickens across the street is quick and just as good. They will get my business from here on out. read more

As a frequent Chick-fil-A customer, I love this place! It's a very simple, yet high quality chain restaurant. You can definitely tell the chicken tastes real and better than other restaurants. I usually order either a spicy chicken sandwich or some chicken nuggets. The pricing isn't cheap, but they're also not crazy expensive. My meal usually costs $7-$11 and I am satisfied. The only other downside I have is that the line can be SO crowded. Depending on the length of the line though, worth the wait. read more

I frequent this location when I am in town to see family. We went this evening because we purchased the calendar that had a lot of free purchase coupons on it (which is a nice idea for people like me that get stuck on one item that I like). The coupon we had for this month was for a small bowl of chicken noodle soup. Having never tried the chicken noodle soup before, I was eager to try something new. We also ordered a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup. Even though both soups are made fresh, the chicken noodle didn't compare to my grandma's homemade...and didn't receive rave reviews from me. The tortilla soup was a hit though...with many different types of beans and a hearty soup with a spicy kick. We went on a Tuesday evening and they had events for the kids and the Chick-Fil-A cow was making appearances. I love the friendly attitude of the staff at this (and, well, every) Chick-Fil-A location that I have been to because any request is made with a smile. This location also has FREE WiFi, so it's nice to catch up on a few emails or whatever while eating quality, fast food. ***Note: I read a comment below that refers to the staff as "Stepford Teens" and think that comment is in poor taste. The staff reflects the company attitude, which is customer-focused and friendly. If you want rude, I'm sure any other place can fill that void for you. read more

My son loves this place! It has a great, clean play area for kids. The service is top-notch (they bring your food to your table, come around to refill your drinks, ask you if you need anything, corral your kids, whatever you need), and the food is good as far as fast food is concerned. I have to tell y'all about the amazing customer service I received yesterday night from this location in Liberty, MO!! After a long day in the hospital, picking my daughter up late from daycare, mom doesn't want to cook and my 5 yr old only wants to go to Chik-Fil-A. We pull up, she places her order and it's their pleasure to listen to a 5 yr old change her order 4 different times and ask 60 questions. After that we get up to the window and she wants to pay, we are digging through mom's purse and realize the debit card was left at work. So me and my daughter are sitting in the drive through window digging for change, a few dollar bills straggling in mom's purse and we are about to lose it because we don't have enough money to fulfill our bill. The pleasant employees at the window saw the concern, asked if they could help; we explained the situation and tried to give them almost $6 in loose change. The manager came up to the window and told usto keep our change, not to worry about a thing, to have a better evening and took care of our whole order. Completely unnecessary but ultimately grateful! The food is good (and fast) and the service is excellent! Each person has clearly been trained to be unfailingly polite and helpful, and to present the best possible attitude...and they succeed! The restaurant itself is clean and well kept (even the play place). Employees circulate through the room periodically, taking trash and asking if we need sauce or anything else - they provide better service than some restaurants who actually have servers!
