This is a very busy location in a retail center with a confusing traffic pattern - but don't let that deter you. Food here is always hot and fresh, and the staff is super friendly. The only thing I hate about CFA's lines is sometimes you just want to see the menu and you typically are ordering from a person pretty far back from the menu. read more

Let me first say, "I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A." That being said, the order I received today was extremely disappointing. The waffle fries were so undercooked that I couldn't even eat them, and I love their waffle fries. So if there is anyone out there that reads these reviews, could you please cook your fries crispy on the outside but a little softer on the inside. That would be great!! Did doordash for breakfast today! I had the chicken egg cheese bagel. I substituted egg whites and pepper back cheese, my order was correct and hot whe it was delivered. I also order a medium lemonade, I don't see what all the hoopla is about that lemonade lol I also ordered a chicken biscuit for a coworker for a bet I had lost lol he devoured it. Quick and fantastic service at this branch. I love that I can order through the app, just go park in a curbside pickup spot and get my order delivered to me. That way I can skip the ubiquitous long drive through lines. Also, if you want to dine in (pre-COVID times, and hopefully post), you could just order through the app and go sit at a table of your choice and your order will be brought out to you. Use the app! You can rack up points and also get the occasional rewards. This location can get incredibly busy. On one such occasion, it felt like they'd dumped thrice the amount of required salt in the chicken nuggets. They were practically inedible that day. Incredibly disappointed with this Chick-fil-a location. Nothing like waiting in line for 15 mins and then coming home to a wrong order. Happened several times, most times I just roll with the fact they left items off my order that I paid for. It wouldn't be as bad if they would make it right without belittling you because you are supposed to let them know you order not accurate "before you leave the drive-thru line", otherwise they don't believe you. How have I not reviewed this Chick Fil A yet? This is my place. Whenever I need a healthy meal, they got me. Whenever I want to calorie splurge with a spicy chicken sandwich, they still got me. The location of this Chick Fil A is in a crazy shopping center that is like an anxiety attack waiting to happen, but this is probably the one place I would be willing to go through this debacle for. Just like every other Chick Fil A, the service here is always 100%. In fact, I am waiting for the day that they mess something up, but even then I still wouldn't be mad. Doordash order was missing my wife's sandwich. Called the restaurant, and Nick said that they realized the sandwich was missing after the driver left. He then tells my wife that we have to take it up with Doordash. No apologies, no phone call when they realized the sandwich was missing? Nick was rude and condensdng to my wife, who did not get to eat. He just kept on saying that is their policy. I get it. Offer a service and product, then don't deliver without an offer to refund or replace. Certainly not the quality or servant leadership T. Cathy talked about in his books. Don't bother calling Customer service. You will get the same scripted response. Chick-fa-la decision makers need to review this policy and do a check and adjust. We had a large drive thru order and they got half of it wrong. They gave me a burrito instead of the bowl that i asked for, and instead of letting me keep the burrito they went up to me and took it, so that they can "waste it" themselves. Horrible service and i'm very disappointed. Please give me my burrito back!!!! read more

I like this location because it they work hard and the line moves quickly. Everyone here seems to love their jobs and they are super friendly to my kids. I had one bad experience with getting the wrong type of chicken on a salad. I filled out the survey and discussed my issue. Of course with the drive thru service, we were already home when this was noticed. I explained my situation and Matt Briggs loaded my rewards account with free food to make up for it. This was an excellent response and totally helps the situation. I will return. My only issues with this location is the actual location. This area is a logistical nightmare when needing to get back to the Gene Snyder or the area past it. I often skip this chick fila due to the traffic on Shelbyville Rd, it's not worth the traffic hassle. Thankfully the employees at this location help ease my mind when my kids beg me to go. read more

Great fun and place to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is one of my family's favorite places. This particular location is not stroller family friendly except for the play area and coloring sheets. The entry way is difficult to manage and there is no crosswalk from parking to the door. The staff is courteous and it is truly their pleasure. The nuggets and chicken sandwiches always hit the spot. Be prepared at lunch time for a long wait even in the double lane drive-thru. Stopped by today at my wife's favorite fast food restaurant. The drive through was out onto the highway @ 1PM! It moved steadily due to the efficient handling of orders by the staff. They are quick and courteous. I am not a fan of the peanut oil they used since I find it too sweet. They also recently had a 7-10% rise in price; not surprising given today's economy. read more

This place is fantastic. I really enjoy their chicken biscuits in the morning. It comes with a side of hash browns and a diet Coke for around $5. The place is always clean and nice compared to many fast food establishments. The people are very nice and they always say it is a pleasure to see you. Every single time I go through the drive through at this location they EXCEED my expectations. So much so that I'm taking the time to write this review. Every time I go through the drive-throug during the lunch hour, even if the line is backed up clearly to Shelbyville road, and past the stop sign before you even get to the restaurant, no matter how many cars are in the line, they still manage to get you through the line within 7 minutes!!! One of my best Chick-fil-A I have visited ! Friendly wait staff was willing to get every customer refills ! Also I was given the wrong grilled chicken combo and they gladly brought me the missing items quickly and free of charge ! This facility was cleaner than most and overall a much nicer experience! Have you tried the curb side delivery yet? This is great! You have to place your order in their app. You pay via gift card or your credit card. Place the order, once you get there and park in one of the two marked curbside parking places, click im here, the first time you have to put in your car info but then the app stores it. Within a few minutes someone brings out your order. If you have ever been to this chic fil a you know how busy they are and how long the line can be. Curbside is so much quicker! Delicious chicken! My family is a big fan of Chick-Fil-A. We go at least 2-3x/month so we were excited to learn a location opened in Middletown, close to home and work. Chick-Fil-A is a great value, especially with coupons. They will allow you to use up to 3 coupons per transaction. Highly recommend the basics - Chick-fil-a sandwich, waffle fries, kids nuggets. The play area is made for kids 54" and under. Small area during busy times but otherwise great and you can see kids from almost every seat. This location was "off" though ... definitely looked and tasted like Chick-Fil-A but the vibe is different. Many tables were dirty, including nugget grease handprints and flowers that were falling apart. The bathroom paper towel dispenser was broken. Small condiment area that is missing items commonly found at a location. Less attentive staff - they seemed young and determined to carry on conversation with each other instead of customers. At one point the kitchen staff did a cheer similar to what you'd hear from football players. The table across from us said "Well, that's not your typical Chick-fil-a experience." I couldn't agree more. We'll continue to support this company but will avoid this location. read more

I'm highly disappointed with this location, every time I've gone to this location I've never had any issues until lately. I've had hair in my food and they wouldn't replace it because they never gave me a receipt so they said they couldn't refund me or replace my food. I've good today despite of what happened and yet again they never gave me my right order and I paid $37.09 to miss half of my food. read more

Absolutely amazing, chicken sandwiches literally do not get better. We decided to stop by this chick fil a close to 10 after the gym. They typically close at 10, so I wasn't sure how service would look or how the food would be but I'm happy to announce that chick fil a maintains it's fantastic service even close to closing time. They seemed 100% ready to assist and serve us even when stopping by so late. I got their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and it still remains one of my favorite all time chicken sandwiches, definitely worth a visit every once in a while. I'm a huge fan of their fries especially dipped in their Polynesian sauce (it's finger licking good). This location maintains the service you expect from a chick fil a and also maintains it's fantastic quality of food that you see nationwide from this chain. I will definitely continue to stop by this location when I'm in the area. To management, you guys are doing fantastic with your team and keep it up! read more

I love chick fil as chicken nuggets with some waffle fries or fruit. The service is fast and the food is always amazing! I love this place. It is hard to get to being on Shelbyville Rd. with 4 lanes of traffic in each direction right where it is located but they are always fast and friendly and the food is fresh and uniform for the Chick-fil-A chain. I really like their milkshakes but rarely get them because of the calories but I got one here this week and it was just as awesome as it should be. Definitely worth the workout I had to put in later. I love how they say "My pleasure" when you say thanks to them. Love their waffle fries. How the heck are those made anyway?? Also the kid gets the fruit cup and that is always fresh too. You can not walk into the store without walking through the drive thru line.i find this not very safe. Even door opens into the drive thru. I've witnessed kids run out the door & cars almost hit them. Food is still as legendary as the service, but the drive thru & parking needs to be reevaluated. read more

This subpar review is strictly based on my evening experiences only - typically after 8:30 pm at this location! It seems to become a social hour for the cleaning crew and those getting off their shift, while others are counting their registers and enjoying additional conversations with their friends! Any negative review pains me as I am a huge CFA fan but then the lack of service is a bigger one! The food quality is on mark! But the location is good so regardless of the evening experience I'm sure we'll be back! read more
