This wall looks like a great place for a logo.

My wife is a HUGE fan of Chicken Salad Chick. I'm a pretty big fan as well. When this location opened in what formerly was the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to in my life I was elated. The entire wall of this location facing the hallway is glass. Floor to ceiling. It's pretty cool, but if you're trying to hide from someone this, most definitely, is not the place. The staff we encountered was great and the nice lady at the counter asked if I'd like to sample something. I got to sample some of their Spicy Pimento Cheese. It was good and had a good spice level, but to me pimento cheese always seems salty. For me Chicken Salad Chick is the kind of place were, once I find something I like, I tend to order it almost every visit. This visit was no exception. I bellied up to the counter and ordered a Jalapeño Holly on white, toasted. (side note: I don't know how Chicken Salad Chick toasts their bread, because it appears it's only toasted on the outside, and it's never warm. What kind of sorcery is this?) Our food was delivered fast and accurate. The jalapeños in this particular batch of Jalapeño Holly were spicier than usual, and I am 100% ok with that. I was just surprised by the spice level a bit. There was someone from the staff doing a great job of keeping the dining room clean and tables were cleared almost immediately after they were emptied. I love that Chicken Salad Chick has a sense of whimsy. The signs in the Men's room are just to cute to not share. :) If I were to make a suggestion, I'd suggest another trash receptacle. There's only one and it's by the main entry door, but there's another door farther down the glass wall. It'd be nice if there was one by that door as well. Can't wait to visit again!

I love this place! If you like chicken salad, you will, too. Who knew there were so many variations of chicken salad. They have set menu items and they do a "flavor of the month." Perfect lunch spot!

I've been here several times, and I can definitely see myself coming back again…read more The prices are very reasonable, and I really like the healthier side options they offer. Instead of the usual fries, you can choose from a salad, fruit cup, edamame, and other fresh sides, which is a nice change. My friend ordered the mushroom and cheese burger, and it was packed with mushrooms and melted cheese in every bite. I had the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was perfectly crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Drink refills are free, which is always appreciated. The only small inconvenience is that you have to ask an employee for a refill since the drink station isn't easily accessible. It would be even more convenient if the drink machine were located in an area where customers could refill their own drinks. Overall, the food, value, and service make this an easy 5-star experience. I'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend the honey mustard, but they have other sauces, including ranch and Jaggers sauce. For awareness, you'll get two containers of sauce, so extra sauce means three or more containers. I almost always use the mobile app to make an order, but the one time I ordered for takeout at the counter, it took less than two minutes for my salad to be ready, bagged, and on the counter. There is drive thru where a person with an ordering pad will take your order before you go around to the collection window. I warn you, there is always a long line for pickup so ordering ahead for takeout or going inside to order may be quicker.

Their burgers are "chicken" burgers or veggie. The promotion of burgers is confusing and a little disappointing. Chicken tender combos come with fries, one side and drink. The chicken burger was also tenders but tossed on a bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo. Several sauces are offered for dipping your chicken. The combo #1 was a good value. The tenders were hot and had enough peppering to make the flavor interesting. We enjoyed the fries, which reminded us of eating at school ballparks. Sides are small but offer a few bites and I liked the slaw (although it looked different than the menu image). My husband shared the green beans were peppery. My Fanta lacked flavor. The chicken burger was enjoyed by my son but since he didn't really want the toppings, he basically had the same meal as my combo #1 for more money and without the side. Service was helpful and polite. We appreciated them checking on us and being willing to offer recommendations. They have plenty of parking in a private lot and several tables inside. Cute decor. When walking in, the space didn't smell great -- likely a plumbing issue because it otherwise appeared very clean and organized. Drive thru also available. I'd come back for a quick bite of chicken tenders or pick up, but the ambience doesn't quite hit for it being at the top of our family hang out.

The burgers were excellent, everything came out hot, and for a brief moment I forgot where I was and focused entirely on the meal. Or maybe it was the view. Hard to say. What I do know is that I cleaned my plate like it owed me money. Every time I thought I found something to complain about, another bite showed up and changed my mind. Twin Peaks gets a lot of attention for obvious reasons, but the food deserves some credit too. If they secretly hired a grandma, a pitmaster, and a wizard to run the kitchen, I wouldn't be shocked. I'll definitely be back. For the food. And before anyone starts asking questions, that's my final answer.

After 90 minutes of…read morerunning around and sweating our tails off, we decided to look for a Good Friday night Happy Hour. After searching Yelp for a bit, we were reminded of Twin Peaks. I recalled that I'd seen it from the Watterson Expressway -- and was intrigued by the "29° beer" signage. We looked at their website and found an every day happy hour that included $3.99 22oz. Peak's signature beers, $5 house margaritas, and $3.99 fried pickles, chipotle, queso and chips, billionaires bacon, and chips and salsa. And, they offer a 20% discount to military and first responders--EVERYDAY (on food; one entree per valid ID). As a nurse, I really appreciate that. On the way here my girlfriend joked that she was the best ever (she really is), because she was cool with us visiting Twin Peaks. I honestly didn't realize that it's basically a nicer Hooters. As a person that thinks Hooters is kinda trashy, I can vouch that my GF was right. The atmosphere is very welcoming, wooden walls, large bar with a live edge wood top, tons of TVs, lots of laughter and a really friendly welcoming from when you walk in. All the servers are young women wearing short shorts, sparkly belts, long socks with comfy boots and plaid shirts that showcase their chests.. this, "twin peaks". We were planning to come for 1 happy hour beer and maybe a few appetizers, but our server, Jordan, was so kind, welcoming and personable that we ended up staying 2+ hours, ordering 2 rounds of drinks, 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. She was incredibly attentive, making recommendations that didn't steer us wrong, and making us decide wishing the first 20 minutes that we'd accidentally stumbled upon a restaurant we want to frequent regularly! (And when we do.. we'll be asking for Jordan)! The service was very quick -- the food and the drinks. I got the Dirty Blonde signature beer. It's like a Blue Moon, very yummy. My GF started with the L.I.T., which we would not recommend. It was really lemon-y, and not-to-LIT. Won't order that again, but the margarita she ordered next was fantastic. The ribs were great, but the half rack only came with 5 ribs, so that was a little disappointing -- but the billionaire's bacon, one of Jordan's recommendations was awesome! Will order again! Overall, we loved the vibe, and the service, and the baseline value for the meal -- plus the first responder discount, it's a heck of a deal! It reminded us of Yard House, another chain restaurant that we love, that's not in Louisville yet. If every server is like Jordan, you're in good hands. Definitely worth a visit! Thanks for a great addition to our date night, Jordan. See you next time!

There was a large booth that was comfortable and could accommodate our group of 7 comfortably. I opted for the orange and half noodles, half rice for my starch. They appear to have borrowed some business practices from super popular and long time louisville gem max orient in the rival Jefferson mall. As when you walk by you will get a worker yelling "sample sample" with a piece of chicken on a stick. This is a very successful tactic as I can never resist. And in this situation I was not aware this place existed so not only did I try a sample I also made an order to see how it was. Ordered the chicken and got a side of noodles. The chicken had pretty good flavor and solid portion sized. The noodles to me were just ok (max orient noodles is hard to beat). They were kinda dry and lacked a strong flavor. Pricing was on par with comparable business such as max orient in the Jefferson mall. Overall this is a solid place. It isn't max orient. But it will suffice. I can see it doing well here as the sample sample method will lure people In and they do have some pretty good chicken. Fast food Thai in mall food courts in always a good idea to This guy. So overall was a nice experience.
