With much dismay I post this review. We are huge fans of Chick-fil-a however have been hugely disappointed last several trips. First time I dismissed food quality with the fact as we are all struggling to find qualified and willing employees to fill positions. However after several trips with the quality declining, chicken Patty being cooked to resemble a piece of cardboard and nuggets were a waste of money. A 12 count nugget contained 8 nuggets the size of a quarter if you embellished a small bit and the other 4 were nothing short of a crispy fried piece of batter. I called to discuss this with store as I know they have great pride in their store. I left my name and number. And sorry to report that my voice as an ongoing customer was not worth merit. Left message two days ago giving them time to respond. It seems to me that the need for fast, high volume sales is now outweighing the quality and customer service aspect of their business. Sad see businesses need for greed outweighing their foundation for what they were built on. From my point of view bigger is not always better if you sacrifice your core beliefs. I would give them more than five stars if possible for the food alone, but this review is going to focus on this particular chickfila and it's layout. I would never discourage going to this chickfila, but I think you could use a little forewarning to your advantage: 1. Like I said, this whole town is obsessed... So it is PACKED at lunch. The lines still move remarkably quick for how busy it gets (I mean the car line generally wraps around the building). They recently split the lines into two to make ordering faster, but I feel like this bottlenecks the line a little. 2. If you don't want to wait in the drive through line, parking isn't always ideal. The drive through line can block most parking spots in, so sometimes it's a little difficult getting out. But not all hope is lost, here are some tips!! 1. Park in the Old Navy parking lot. It's really not a far walk. 2. Consider going to the Chickfila across the loop in the mall. It's quieter and less stressful Really, I'd like to give chickfila 5 stars because the food is good and I've never had bad wait service. But that's the provlem! It's too good!! I have never had a problem with the service at this location and even though this place is packed at lunch (especially when school is out) they move lots of people and lots of chicken through the doors. I had just told my granddaughter how great the service was at this Chick-fil-a was when I got to the window and the Young lady at the window and the two Young men were having the best time playing around. She finally told me to pull around and she would bring my salad out to me. This is the fastest drive thru I've ever been through. This place is always packed,but they are super duper fast. I've never had them mess up an order and the food is always hot and fresh.
