Worst CFA I've ever been to. Customer service is lacking, food portions are inconsistent. Dont do curbside or you'll sit there for a while. Don't try to complain on FB because they dont respond and they'll change their setting so you cant send them a message. I posted the same fry photo in one of their posts and that got deleted, as well. Check your bag before you leave because it's probably wrong or lacking. Went to do curbside today and I sat there for about 20 min before I went inside to check on my food. Walked in to see what was going on and after I gave them my name, nothing. No response from the people behind the counter at all. However, they did put my food on the curbside tray... why? I'm standing inside the store. Now. This used to be my favorite location after receiving raw chicken in a salad I stayed back for a while. So I tried again today man was I wrong. Let's start drive thru..I pulled up two females standing there one walked directly to her car the second girl stood there for a minute then came over and took my order I asked her name at the end which was McKenzie I tried ordering a spicy filet salad which I get all the time she told me that it was discontinued months ago now I find that false when it was just last month when I receive the same salad with the raw chicken on it moving along she said you want the filet like breaded I said yes she gave me my total I pulled around to the window I'm sitting here and sitting here lol the girl standing outside asked them where was my food twice and still I sat now I have my food to what turned out to be some soggy fries like the bottom of the bag some of the burnt breading in my nuggets so it wasn't even an 8 ct and a grilled chicken salad that looked like it was going bad..Long story short if they wanted me to go to McDonald's, or Burger King they could've just said that. Having to remain gluten free while traveling is quite a chore. It's already very difficult to find a trustworthy restaurant when life is "normal " throw in a pandemic and my ability to believe that others are following health guidelines becomes frail. This is my experience with this location of Chick-fil-A on Bass Rd. I along with my grown kids and grown grandchildren are frequent customers of Chick-fil-A. On Veterans Day 2023 I used the drive in service and I inquired about any promotion they were having to celebrate the occasion. Being a 72 YO Viet Nam Vet I was very, very disappointed when I was told (by the rudest employee I have interacted with at a Chick-fil-A) this franchise did nothing to honor our service! Is this the way to treat veterans? As highly profitable and successful these franchises are I expect a little more from them. Horrendous for mobile orders and 3rd party orders (Uber Eats, Doordash). They make the food and then let it sit on the counter in the kitchen without bringing it to the mobile order shelf or calling out the name. 4/8/23 I stopped in to what used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A in the entire country. The sandwiches were perfectly cooked as always. However, the ice coffee was a disappointment as was the service. I paid $6.58 for two vanilla iced coffees, that had a watery taste of a disgusting creamer. I got in the refill line as people had their soft drinks, tea, and lemonades refilled. Then I asked for a splash of coffee to be added to my iced coffees. Sounds simple enough, right? But no. A female in charge was sent over who told me I couldn't return the drinks. That was NOT what I asked. I told her all I wanted was to add coffee to our cups. No. I would have to purchase coffees. What the heck? Such sorry service. I placed a mobile thru order at the Bass Rd location in Macon, GA. I went through the line and unlike any of my previous mobile through orders at other chick-fil-a's the line abruptly stops at a cone. I sat there for 5+ minutes confused and still not spoken to by anyone while more cars from mobile thru gathered behind me. Not knowing what to do I along with the two cars behind me pulled to the side of the curb in the curbside pick up area and waited. I waved down the lady working the drive thru and told her I was confused. I explained I had a mobile order she got an attitude with me and said "did you not see the signs?! you needed to merge." She insisted I needed to go back around get back in line and merge. I said no and asked her to just bring my two milkshakes. She brought them and then proceeded to ask me if I knew how to merge on the highway. She said "shit is not hard" and asked could I read. I was obviously upset &told her I didn't want to argue and drove off. I called the manager once I was home, she said her name was Tia. She was dismissive but did say she would talk to her (although did not hear my complaint enough to possibly know the issue) but hurried me off the phone saying it was loud. I am disappointed and shocked this happened at a chick fila. I was very obviously not the only car confused by the unexpected change in the mobile thru set up and regardless the attitude with which I was served was harsh and uncomfortable. Typically chick fil a restaurant has a very well run drive thru. Not this one. It was backed up at 3:30 in the afternoon. When I finally did get my food the employee shoved it in my face. The chicken bbq sandwich only had enough meat to cover half the bun. read more

Chick-fil-A is delicious.... customer service is beyond amazing...price is super affordable... how can anyone not give them 5 stars!?!? I don't eat fast food but I do eat Chick-fil-A. It doesn't feel like you're eating junk food when you get something from here. I stick to the grilled chicken salads, chicken noodle soup and the egg white breakfast sandwich. Walked through the door at 1:45. One person taking orders...at least 10 people in line ahead of me. According to my receipt, my order was finally taken at 2:12. A manager should have been more engaged concerning the lack of service. Went to my vehicle, opened my bag, the chick-fil-a sauce and ketchup (listed on my receipt) had not been included. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that has been so crowded and unorganized after ordering inside the wait was totally unacceptable for an eight count nugget meal and a kids meal and some extra drinks they gave us a four drink holder with the bottom damp or something wrong with the cups and all or drink spilled out. I like chik fil in general as a fast food establishment, I always find the people to be nice and the food good. This one is no exception. The employees are always polite and sweet, the place is clean, the condiments well stocked and the children's play place is fun for my daughter (although it is quite vertical as most chik fil a play places are so not suitable for really little kids). I receive what I order. I always receive my food in a timely manner and the drive thru on the two occasions I've used it has been also quick and easy! read more

Ordered a reg chicken sandwich. Nothing else. I had to wait 5 minutes to get to window and when I got there they told me they were out of chicken sandwiches. Went here this morning at 6:00 am, i ordered a chicken biscuit and pulled around, I was then informed that they did not have any biscuits ready and it would be a while because they "did not have the oven on" then they informed me that I could get a bagel instead. We ate here our way home from Florida. Everything seemed fine until we were leaving the restaurant and saw they had an 80 ON THEIR HEALTH SCORE. An hour later my sister started having severe stomach pains, and nausea. She was up ALL NIGHT with food poisoning. Never eating here again. This location needs to get it together. read more

Not one of the best chick Chick Fil A's, which is disappointing considering it's the closest one to me. The health score is consistently low every time I visit, usually in the mid 80's, when I know that nearly every other CFA I've been to is high 90s or even a 100. Fries are soggy/undercooked or mostly crumbs half of the time. I asked to replace grilled chicken for fried chicken on a club sandwich and was told it would cost extra. I usually don't leave negative reviews but this location just doesn't seem to be up the standard of other Chick Fil A's. read more
