I usually get a Chick-Fil-A sandwich, no pickles with fries and an Arnold Palmer. But lately, I have been getting the Market Salad with Nuggets and it's a 10/10. Apples, berries, granola, and nuts add so much personality to this salad. When you add the crispy chicken bites, it takes it to the next level. Plus it comes with the Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette! This salad is definitely on the sweeter side. So if you like refreshing and sweet -- this is the one for you. Pro-tip: add a medium fry!! No complaints at all! My major issue with this location is the layout. It gets cramped and messy real quick. Whether you are in the drive thru, picking up or dining in, it is a task and a half! You are dodging cares, squeezing through a line of folks or waiting deep to order. While I know they did what they could with the space they have, it is stressful! Alan? Sir it's called team work and your coworker is an example of customer care and team work. She saw you struggling to keep your line moving and she was done with hers so she jumped on your line and took the orders of the 2 cars waiting on your line. The cc machine took longer to process the payment so her line started to get car, it became long and he just stood there, like 3 cars guys, he just stood there watching customers wait because "that's not my line" attitude kicked in even though it was because she was helping him. That didn't mattered, he didn't move at all. She is a rockstar because she took care of everyone on her line by herself. He is not chick-fil-A material. Disappointed by the Manager's Response I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After receiving my order, I noticed a hair in my mac and cheese, which I had mixed into a buffalo chicken mac bowl. I quietly flagged down an employee nearby and discreetly explained the issue. She was kind and asked if I'd like just the mac and cheese replaced or the whole meal. I told her I'd like the entire meal replaced, and she went to get the manager. The manager, Todd Hunley, came over and immediately dismissed my concern by saying he didn't see a hair and that it was "just the browning of the cheese"--which it definitely was not. I was on FaceTime with my husband at the time and tried to show him, but the camera wouldn't focus. I then said I'd take a photo to better show both of them. Todd responded with an attitude, saying, "Well, what's the difference in showing him and showing me?" I explained there was no difference, I was simply trying to clarify, and I wasn't sure where his tone was coming from. His attitude felt uncalled for, especially since I remained calm, quiet, and respectful the entire time. I ultimately asked for a refund instead of a replacement, which he processed, but without any apology or effort to de-escalate. I wasn't trying to make a scene--just wanted the situation handled properly. This isn't the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A, especially from management. read more

My son and they ate at your place Friday around 5. I have ate many many many chick fila a stores and even at this location before . We bought 50.00 worth of food everything was terrible . Two chicken sandwich meals the sandwiches have been sitting in the hot box so the chicken was overdone. The bun was soggy. The french fries were not even done. We got a salad that I had to pick through all the lettuce because it was old. The drinks seemed like they had been setting on ice forever . If you know you're getting a rush your food should still not be prepared that far in advance . Whew, baby. This Chick-fil-A gets busy around lunchtime. I guess that's to be expected, though, because Chick-fil-A is a very popular lunchtime destination. News flash, in case you didn't know. We stopped at this location our way home. It's located not too far off the highway, so it's convenient to just pop off the highway and get your food. At least, that's what we were thinking. We thought we'd grab a quick lunch, but we soon found out that several dozen other people also wanted to grab a quick lunch! Which meant long lines in the drive-thru. Luckily, I've been practicing meditation, so I channelled all of what I've been learning and went to my zen space while we waited about 25 minutes for our chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. I don't fault this Chick-fil-A at all for being busy. The people who were working here were super busy and attentive, and I even saw one guy running from car to car to deliver food. So it's not Chick-Fil-A, it's just the hordes of people who want Chick-Fil-A who are visiting at the same time. That being said, if you're visiting the drive-thru and you don't want to wait, you might want to come here during non-peak hours. When I finally got my food, it was great. Stopped here off the highway with my family for breakfast and we were blown away by the hospitality of the staff. Everything we ordered was correct and tasted exactly as it should. Strange location for one reason: portions. I come here fairly frequently as it is the closest and most convenient for me and the staff are always nice and helpful but something about the portions at this specific location is just off. Every time I get the chicken sandwich, the same order I get at every other chick fil a, for some reason at this location the chicken is always very tiny, I even pointed it out to my server on one occasion and asked if it was a mistake but she said that's just the normal size, very curious if anyone else has noticed this at this location. read more

This was the weirdest Chick-fil-A location I've been to. When we pulled up, the attendant seemed annoyed we were there... I thought she asked what side I wanted, so I told her, and she said "I asked what you wanted to drink...." Then they forgot a spoon, so I had to go back. As I'm leaving the building, said attendant uses the F word to describe the weather and tells the other attendant to switch her because she's cold... Then I go to eat the Mac & Cheese I ordered and it was super dry with a breading crumble on top?!! I've had the M&C probably 10 times and it's always creamy with a melted cheese topping. Weird. On September 11th me and my brother were at Chick-fil-A in rivergate. We heard this lady screaming asking for help and we couldn't find her at first finally we seen her walking really fast across the parking lot she couldn't run she was 60 years old. A young girl was pulled up beside her threatening her grabbed her arm and was cussing at her. We got out of the car and ran up to the lady the girl took off I called the police. Now mind you again this is breakfast time they were not busy at all fire trucks pulled up and they wanted to check her bottles because she was screaming and crying and really upset one of the employees come out of the store and ask the fire truck to move they were blocking traffic. There was only two cars that tried to get out while the fire truck was standing there I know you have a business to run but this was a little bit selfish because this lady needed help and all you were worried about was your customers trying to get out. This Chick-fil-A is far from living up to the Chick-fil-A standard, and definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have received cold food, orders with missing items, and attitudes from too many employees. They have a habit of canceling DoorDash orders. I have seen employees refuse to help customers in police uniforms. The parking lot and drive thru lines are always a mess. Skip this location. They really need a complete training overhaul. I travel for a living from Minnesota all the way down to Alabama and have stop at hundreds of Chick-Fil-A locations. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. After waiting in the drive thru for just over 12 minutes, I was then handed the wrong food. I watched as three different people handed the bag to one another but the last two didn't even bother to look to see if it was correct. If they had looked it would have been obvious that it wasn't even close. It being Chick-Fil-A I figured it would be fine so I started to pull away and then glanced in the bag. Realizing it wasn't correct I parked and went in. I was then greeted by a less then pleasant employee who took my bag to what looked like a supervisor or manager. She proceeded to ask the kitchen several times for my chicken and egg biscuit. From my vantage point, I could the kitchen was overwhelmed. I will say that the biscuit and egg were very good but the chicken was half the size of the biscuit. I know the breakfast portion of chicken is smaller then the lunch/dinner but this was half the size of the biscuit. read more

Each time the experience gets worse , i was given a salad and the ENTIRE salad was full of brown lettuce , they never give you what you ask for as far as condiments. Always clean, always fast. There's a few workers there that are staples and you know you'll see them when you're there. Sweet people. Food is great! Only reason it dropped a star is bc we've had some trouble getting our food right with them recently. BUT that being said they have ALWAYS fixed the order and for free (we dropped a chicken strip on the floor once and they replaced for free). This doesn't make for a 5-star experience however. We come here a few times a month and the food is always good...what I will say that needs attention is their service through the drive thru. Always SUPER short asking what else, what else, what else...pressuring you to order as quick as possible when you aren't even in front of the menu so I'm trying to order for 3-4 people by memory being pressured to hurry...it's super uncomfortable and I tend to forget something because of this which I know is my fault but that's also the environment they are creating. This Chick-fil-A is always pretty decent. The people here as most Chick-fil-A's are always super friendly no issues or anything like that as far as customer service is concerned. I've never gotten my order wrong at this location either which is amazing. The biggest issue is that when they redesigned the traffic handling at this particular location they have made it So much more difficult than it used to be. The people that tend to handle directing the traffic here and taking the order outside cannot for the life of them managed to tell people to pull behind their correct car. I've been here a couple of times to see how it progresses and if it gets better but it hasn't. as I literally sit in the Drive-Thru now the gentleman that helped me forgot to tell the car in front of me who to pull behind and try to flag him and point at the car and then proceeded to tell me to stay behind the SUV that I was behind but didn't make sense because the car that was to the left of me literally pulled out before I was done. I can't imagine how much of a disaster this is to the people that are handling giving people their orders. They really have got to buckle down on this because it seems like the staff is pretty confused as to how to handle it read more

I hate this chick fil a. I may have even given them a review before but it needs to be known they are the worst. They always either forget something or it's just not the best experience. In this instance my husbands Dr Pepper had something wrong with it and had to pour the whole thing out at home. Also they barely filled our large fries up. I've started getting a large just because they won't fill them up. We have stopped going to this location but on occasion we stop by hoping it'll be better... but it never is. read more

We were driving South on i-65 and wanted a Chick-fil-A so just happened to pick this one. It was 12:30 on a Wednesday, the height of lunch hour.I was a little put out when I saw the length of the line for the drive-thru but couldn't believe how efficiently they handled it, especially considering the space constraints. We were wrapped around the building twice but we were through the line in an amazingly short time.
