This was easily the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. I got home, took a bite of my chicken sandwich, and immediately realized it was spicy--completely wrong from what I ordered. They offered me a credit and told me to come back to get the correct meal, which I appreciated at the time. But when I went back the next day, they messed it up again--this time giving me a grilled chicken sandwich instead of what I originally ordered. Two separate visits, two incorrect orders. At this point, it's just frustrating. This is fast food--getting a basic order right shouldn't be complicated. I gave them a chance to fix it, and they still couldn't get it right. This Chick-fil-A has horrible service. I waited in line for a couple of minutes and they were a ton of employees, but no one came to the register so I decided to just place my order on the mobile app for pick up. And then I waited in line an additional five minutes and when an employee finally acknowledged I was waiting they took my order name and said they would get my order and that happened twice but they never got it! Afterwards the manager asked if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for my order and she said they forgot to scan my order, so technically, they didn't know I was there, but I even showed them my app, and told them I was here to pick up my order, and gave him my name and both times of the employees said that they were getting my order and they never did. I love Chick-fil-A, I really do, but this location has got to be the worst I have ever visited. I placed an order through the app to pick it up at the drive-thru. I do not know what the point of ordering ahead is, if they still make you wait behind everyone else in the drive-thru line. I waited in line for over 25 minutes. My son opened the bag once we were on the road again only to be totally disappointed. The sandwich was poorly assembled, the chicken that was supposed to be crispy was soggy, and the lettuce was turning brown. The fries were just atrocious, cold and SO greasy, I could not eat them. And to add insult to injury, they completely forgot to give me the sauces I asked for. I should have checked instead of believing the server when she said she put the sauces in the bag. So, no, I do not recommend this location at all. read more

Me and my family have waited for the magnolia location to open for MONTHS and every time we have gone we are met with disappointment. Every time we go they either mess up our order and/or the oil used to fry the chicken and fries is dirty every single time we have gone. So I ordered DoorDash because I'm not in my area and I got the 12 count nuggets hashbrowns a Diet Coke and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was great except for the nuggets. Stopped by for lunch today at this location. The sandwich was kind of sloppily put together but I took my first bite. The lettuce tasted sour and the chicken was dry. I decided to take the lettuce off and to my surprise I FOUND 3 BUGS IN MY SANDWICH! Assume they rode in on the lettuce as it was sour and they all were between the lettuce and tomatoes. If they had even washed the lettuce from its original packaging or the storage bin it was in, the bugs would've come off and I would've been none the wiser. Upon receiving my order I was handed 2 drinks, when I only ordered 1; all I ordered was a combo meal. I told the lady I didn't order a root beer. She said no problem and took the drink away and walked off. Upon review of my receipt I was charged for 2 drinks. The attendant knew I was charged for an additional drink and didn't offer a refund. Well it's OFFICIAL the world's going to Hell. Have always gone to Chick-fil-a for quality meat chicken strips. Large real meat juicy strips with a very light breading . You knew what you were getting.. Not any more , just went expecting the usual quality strips instead got what is apparently a new lower quality strip with very little meat , some it it even appears to be the pressed particle chicken like Mc D's nugget's, coated in a much heavier breading.. Abby greeted us in the parking lot and opened the door for us and took our order. She was very personable, very friendly. Our food come out quickly and as usual was fresh and hot. So I stopped in for breakfast on 2 occasions lately and the food was terrible. Definitely not what I'm use to from a Chik Fil A. I even took a picture of the food, BUT I didn't post it because I figured I would give them a 3rd chance and I spoke with a manager. The young lady manager and all the staff were EXTREMELY embarrassed at the photo I showed them. They went above and beyond to make it right so I wanted to post a review after I seen how they responded to what had been happening. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star YET is because the quality still hasn't been the greatest when it comes to my beloved chicken minis, but they are getting there & with the amazing group of staff and the morning manager, I have no doubt they will get it right! Went Thursday 12/7/23 to to drive thru at 9:20pm, drove up thru first lane worker told me to get in second lane, too late at that point so drove up to window asked associate if they wanted me to drive back around or order there, reply was order there. asked for four chicken strips and small ice tea with lemon, they took my card. The entire time the associate teenagers were jacking around, putting ice down each others back and such. They go to get my Ice Tea with lemon and dumped lemon all over the floor.. I guess this is about the time they forgot to give me my Debit card back. Came back tonight 12/9/23 5:30pm, they said we have that card, great ! As I waited and waited for the card, the so called manager I guess came out and told me they had destroyed it, he tells me after 48 hours they destroy the cards, last time I checked that wasn't 48 hours !! I told the manager if you didn't have teenagers jacking around at the window they wouldn't have had to destroy they 3 cards they had. He told me it's my personal property and it's my responsibility to make sure I recover it ! Really so Chick-fil-A destroyed my personal property, Nice ! Besides being so organized in a packed drive thru no matter what time, to the Ice Dream Cone I must always have on Sunday, but remember they honor the sacredness of this day. Of course I'm reviewing Chick-fil-A on a Sunday. When I can't have any. And when I ALWAYS crave it. Not that it matters...if it was any other day of the week I still couldn't have any since I live in California. Anyway, my family lives in Magnolia and when I came to visit in November and learned that this place had moved into town, I couldn't have been more thrilled. It meant I could have those delicious nuggets EVERY day, if I wanted to. Sadly, I was in town within WEEKS of their opening, and had to wait until my most recent trip to actually enjoy the new restaurant. Of course, as I expected, it's great! Nothing beats the magic taste of a Chick-fil-A nugget and their awesome lemonade. The drive-thru service was friendly and pretty quick. They did forget an order of fries, but I'm not sure our order was clear from the beginning. My only complaint about this place is the weird entrance. I'm sure they didn't have much control over the entrance/exits of the larger shopping center this location sits near, but it's sort of hard to navigate. Once you get there tho, nothing can go wrong. read more

Quality at Chick-Fil-A has been more hit or miss over the past year. The ice dream is very mediocre and the shakes aren't as good as they used to be. The main sandwich seems to be more consistent, but I've had a few that just didn't taste good. I do enjoy the little chicken and biscuit breakfast sandwiches, and it's great to have options like fruit, salad and soup. Usually a reliably clean place, but can be crazy around it due to traffic and folks racing around. So, watch out when walking in and out. Fast drive thru! :-) Wish these folks would pay more attention to food quality and less to making the place feel like a fast food church. Ha, and yes, I tend to crave this place the most on Sundays when it is closed. read more

I've been going to Chick Fil A for as long as they have been open with my kids. They even know our name by our car. Lol!! Ok I'm done!! We are still in the midst of a pandemic and they decided not to wear masks to take your orders. Granted it's outside (at the window the same girl inside still wasn't wearing one),but really they are literally inches from your face. Of course I'm not wearing one I'm in my own car( I guess I should). If they're handling customers and representing an Healthy environment show some compassion and Healthy guidelines. I have been to all of the Chick-fil-A restaurants here in the Woodlands... They all do a great job! I think their training program is one of the best... Because when you go in there you are greeted immediately and with a smile and are always told that it is ....their pleasure .....to serve you. We don't get that kind of thanks at many places we go to.....But that's not the best part about Chick-fil-A. I like the fact that they are a Christian organization. I think they have a wonderful menu of food to choose from and it is always superior quality. I have never gotten anything at a chick filet that was not top notch. I love this place... We go there often and even though their dining room is closed because of the coronavirus I will still support them by going through their drive-through while we are in this pandemic time. I would say that they are worthy of more than five stars in my book! Amazing cleanliness in all of their restaurants and top notch service. read more
