As good as it gets, as far as fast food is concerned. I order the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich here, and it always comes with crisp, green lettuce. Most fast food places have wilted lettuce in their sandwiches, but not this Chick-Fil-A. The chicken is always cooked correctly here. Usually Chick-fil-a doesn't disappoint but this on 1488 has done it a few times. I always order the Spicy Deluxe Combo, its my favorite, but yesterday I ended up throwing most of the sandwich away because it contained a lot of fat and nerves. I'm not a big fan of dark meat on chicken and I saw a bit of it on the sandwich. The lettuce on there tasted weird as well almost rotten. I ended up just eating the fries. I love chick-fil-a but this one is not only ALWAYS busy no matter what time of day, but they have a few workers there that do not live up to the chick-fil-a standard. Mind you I visit this one or the one on research weekly. The one at research and Alden bridge is a little bit less busy, and you can catch it some times when it isn't busy at all unlike the one on 1488. If they fixed the issue with the workers that don't meet the standard I would give this 5 stars. read more

This location has bad customer service, I went in to get some food and I had a card for a free 8-count nugget that I had just gotten from them this past Saturday after being out of hash browns before 10:30. I ordered my food and payed with the free meal card and when I got to the window the lady told me the card had already been used (it hadn't) she then continued to argue with me that it had after finally saying they'd give me my food this one time. I'm a huge fan of Chick Fil A, and one of the reasons being is that they're known to always get the order right and they're fast and friendly. Well this location is the absolute worst Chick Fil A when it comes to accuracy. I consistently get wrong items, don't get a straw, don't get sauce etc... Extremely disappointing when this company has such a great reputation and such high standards set for getting it done right. Today I ordered a granola yogurt parfait, which is clearly on my receipt. But I got a fruit cup instead. If it were the first time I wouldn't care so much but this is at least the 5th time they've screwed it up. read more

Just moved to Magnolia and have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A and it's service at other locations. This location had horrible service in the drive thru! They were rude and would rather stand around talking to each other than take orders. They need to train their employees on how to work a drive thru and their customer service. chick-fil-a is usually the highlight of my day, but recently it has been the worst part. i am extremely disappointed in the service and last of friendliness in these past few weeks. i ask for extra ice in my sweet tea every time i visit and i barely get more the normal amount. i prefer a lot of ice in my drink and so i ask for kore if theres not enough and they seem almost annoyed. also, my cup has not been clean when handed to me so i got tea all over my hands. and today i even went gave the cashier my card at the window and after she swiped it she handed it back to me and did not say anything and then i got my drink but i did not get a straw. not only that but when she handed me my bag she looked inside but looked like something was missing but handed it to me anyway so i checked before i left because i wanted to make sure nothing was missing and my food was covered up with napkins so she didnt bother to lift the napkins and make sure i had all my food. the employees have just not been so friendly lately like they used to and im usually extremely comfortable talking to them but that has not been the case. read more

The first time I went through the drive through, 2 years ago, it was windy outside and one of the large red patio umbrellas flew up and scraped across the front end of my white car. One of the kids asked if i were okay but had to run because their moonwalk was blowing away as well. Accidents happen, but the way they handled it afterwards was ridiculous. I waited and waited for a manager to come talk to me since they were all outside. Nobody did. I had to park next door since the lot was blocked off for an event. Then walk back over 20 minutes after to speak with a manager. He said they tried to help.... when??? I was waiting while they stood talking and staring. At first the manager told me she was going to send an adjuster to look at my car. I had to constantly reach out to them for weeks to get my car paint fixed and the red marks out. My car is white. The manager finally told me after 3 weeks that if i wanted it fixed the damages I had to take it myself and get a bid then take the bid to her. I did not have time to do so since i lived 33 miles away and was only on this side of town for work. Nobody ever followed up with me. I avoided this location like a plague and warned friends and family as well. This location has terrible customer service and the staff are no where near as friendly as The Woodlands locations. I absolutely LOVE visiting The Woodlands location on College Park Drive. The atmosphere from outside in is always wonderfully pleasant. read more
