A basic lunch and drink is around $15-$16 which is fine if you can feed two people for that. The biggest issue with panda express is that their orange chicken is somewhat fake. Many of the clumps that they serve you are simply clumps of dough and breading without any chicken. The ones that do have chicken have very little chicken in them. So overall it's kind of a Fake orange chicken. I would call it more of an orange dough. Disappointing for sure. All of them are this way. read more

I don't know why this place has low reviews. I did notice they are from about a year ago. I can tell you this about Panda Express. I probably started ordering from here at the beginning of 2022. I have ordered their food for delivery & have ordered at the drive thru and have not had any issues with either. I have even used online ordering for the drive thru and it's been easy & convenient. The food has always been fresh and flavorful with very generous portions. I can always eat twice from my order. My go to is The Plate which comes with 1 side and 2 entrees. I usually get 1/2 & 1/2 on the side and get to pick 2 different sides. If you order ahead through their website you can order for delivery or drive thru pick up, which is very convenient. One time I didn't order ahead and ordered when I got to the drive thru line and the entree I wanted was out and would be ready in about 15 minutes so keep that in mind if you're in a hurry. Best if you order ahead. I think this place is a really good option for fast food. The food is not too expensive, the portions are generous and the food tastes great! They also have healthy options available like Super Greens, Broccoli Beef & Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. read more

This is for the drive thru service. They are always out which I guess is a good thing because it means they are running out but not good for the consumer like me. Also, you can't order small sides only medium. When I asked why, the lady at intercom just responded with, "it's just is and small isn't available." RUDE EMPLOYEES Showed up to panda at 9:31 yesterday and they immediately said they were closed. Being very rude repeating they were close and that they close at 9:30. this is just awful!! when i went to panda express today, i walked in and was greeted by a man wearing no shoes at the register. he was sitting in an office chair with his feet propped up on the counter right next to my food!!! when he handed me my order, his very long (and dirty) beard touched my teriyaki chicken. and on top of that my "dr.pepper" was just carbonation, no soda!! on the way out the man catcalled me and told me i looked like a heavier version of dolly parton, whoever that is. anyways, panda express needs to get their priorities in order and fix their service. this is still one of my better experiences at this restaurant chain, the list goes on and on. Been a few of these and the are consistently the same as food taste and service. And price wise it's a good deal. And with the nutritional info posted, you can get a lo-cal meal pretty easy. This is the second time I have been to this particular location and the second time the service has blown chunks. The first time I went was about six months ago around 7:30 on a weekday night. There were a number of people behind the counter yet none appeared to be serving customers. Eventually I go my food which was passable. I've tried to like this location as it's near to my home. And I generally like Panda Express but they always forget items in my order. Tonight they forgot sauce w the crab Rangoons. They forgot cutlery. And when you ask them for these items they very quickly say things like "no problem" or "no worries." Well I didn't think it was a problem for them to include things like the sauce that comes with the item or cutlery. But it obviously was. They say fast food workers should make 15/ hour. Normally I'd be inclined to say it was great, as I love the food. This time was way different. Upon entering there was two people in line, one of which was placing the order. The kid at the counter was just talking horribly rude, like shouting, to the customer in front of me. Once offered service kid behind counter was not very polite I asked how long. Told him I would wait for the Orange chicken to finish. Instead of checking my order out or even asking what I was going to order, that interaction had ended. Lady behind me gets exactly what I needed and checked out. Mind you I had been there before the lady behind me for at least 10 minutes minutes. Decided to give them some business today & it appears they need it, not busy at all. However, you'd think when you're not busy you could get the order right. We ordered 3 plates, 2 of which were supposed to be exactly the same - but one had chow mein (as ordered), the other had rice. For the 3rd plate we got a bowl instead, so no sides at all in spite of paying for them! We eat at this panda location on a regular basis. The service there is always hit or miss, the staff is either super friendly or in a bad mood. The food is always good. I like the fresh ingredients and the fact this it's always freshly prepared. I have two complaints though.... two times now we have tried to order the string bean chicken and they told us they were out of string bean chicken and not cooking anymore for the rest of the day... it was around 6:30, why couldn't they make more? I get it if it was almost closing time but 6:30pm? Second complaint is that sometimes you don't get enough meat or chicken, you have to dig around to find the protein! Other than that, food is good, it's fast food so I don't go there looking for good service, it's pretty clean and close to home. read more
