Howdy Y'all, I eat at this location roughly twice a week. Either delivered or by walk-in, the subs are always perfect! Tonight, I walked in and was greeted by all 3 employees (short one person tonight) even though they were slammed with orders. After ordering the normal #2 & #13, I asked how good the tuna fish was because I have never had it before and the young man on the grill brought me a small sample. That was very nice of him to do so, and the tuna was actually very good! The 3 people working tonight had the place clean and there was no trash laying around. As I am writing this, my belly is full of a Mike's Way Italian with banana peppers, pickles, bacon, and that juicy pepper relish. 10/10 sub!!! online it says the Italian sandwich is on special for eight dollars. Once I get there they charge me 11 then I paid an additional 9 dollars for chips and a drink a $20.00 5inch sandwich. That is freaking ridiculous. read more

I went when it first opened,was not impressed, went back today because they sent me a free sandwich coupon. That being said there was no line,I go up and order,then I had to wait for what must have been an online order if like 10 sandwiches. 3 or 4 employees behind counter only one sandwich maker. When I finally was addressed to make my sandwich I must say they have only a few vegetable choices. I got me FREE sandwich home and the bread was rock hard....I threw it in the garbage! Do better! They asked me to speak to someone, who was on the phone with someone else for 5 minutes without even giving me eye contact. Went for lunch today with my family. The three of them ordered cold subs and I ordered the giant cheesesteak. The manager gave my mom attitude during the initial order after my mom said a number 5 instead of 8 on accident. The sandwiches hadn't even started to be made yet, but she still rolled her eyes. After about 10 minutes, I went up to the counter and was waiting off to the side, the same manager came up to me and said "are you waiting to order?". I said I already ordered, I'm waiting for a hot sandwich and it's been a while. She said "you can go sit down, we'll bring it to you when it's done". 10 minutes later, my family was almost done eating and my mom went up again. The manager was looking around for my sandwich and even went and opened the mobile pickup orders to see if it had been put in the wrong bag. Turns out, they never even started making it! We asked for a refund on my sandwich and I had to go eat somewhere else after my entire family had already eaten. I get it, it happens sometimes when it's busy. However, the attitude was unnecessary and when I went up to ask after 10 minutes, I was turned away without her even checking on it. Won't be back to this location read more

First time trying Jersey Mike's. What a catastrophe! First this location had no air conditioning. It was very hot. There 5 people behind the counter and not one asked if they could help! I had to ask if I was at the right spot to order. Three of the staff were working on a large to go order, even though there were several of us waiting to be helped. Once our order was taken we still had to wait for the to go order to be completed. Then, there was not lettuce cut. So we had to wait for the one guy to cut it, while other workers were just standing by. The guy cut the lettuce and brought it over in handfuls to the counter! There was a lot of disorganization, lots of people waiting for their food. Never seen a such a disorganized operation! The bill for two regular sandwiches, 2 small drinks and one bag of chips was $34 before tip! Crazy price for sandwiches. The sandwiches did taste good but I'm not sure going to Jersey Mikes is worth it. read more

I ordered online since I was running behind for an appointment. The ordering service said the order would be ready by 5:33 pm. I got to the store at 5:39 expecting to run in and pickup the order and leave. This gave them ample time to get the order ready. I waited until 5:52 and they hadn't even started my order. I asked multiple times when the order would be ready and nobody would give me an answer or acknowledge my presence. I walked out as I was now late for my appointment and with no meals for my kids. Terrible service! I will never return to this location again. I highly recommend anyone that doesn't have all day to wait to steer clear od this location. read more

The location is clean... and a few of the works are kind. But, a few of there workers in the evening are not polite at all. When I enter the store... no greeting. I have to tell them to put my items in a bag... they act like they don't want to serve you. This is the fourth time that I experienced this... so I had to write a review. You can feel the tension when they are serving you. They really don't want to... but, my daughter wanted a sandwich so I went back. Next time I'm just going to go to Subway!!! read more

Customer service goes along way in this business. They switched our sandwiches up, gave us red meat which we do not eat. Got all the way home, called back. Guy was nice, but no apology. My husband was upset because I had nothing to eat, so he went back up there. The cook with long/red hair pretty much implied he was a liar and wasn't friendly to other customers. And really do we want to waste gas and drive in busy traffic to get a free sandwich??? No. Anywho... they remade the sandwhich. Customer services needs a tune up. Mistakes happen, but owning the mistake is what counts. Don't assume everyone wants something for free. read more

When I called for a free birthday treat they said download the app. I entered all my information on the app and they guy said the lady at the register would help us with the app. The manager came and said to call tech support and they wouldn't give me a birthday sub. This was my first experience at this chain and I won't go back. They were not rude but just refused to help. Their app required all my information up tk my blood type! I was in the 1488 location for lunch today. I watched the lady that was making the cold subs and it was enough to make me never go there again. She would take the bread and start making the sub, stop and check someone out at the register or get something out of cold storage or take a sub to someone waiting. SHE NEVER REMOVED HER GLOVES!!. So what you had added to your sub was all the nasty stuff from the register, the cold storage, and the counter she rubbed her hands on when she carried a sub to the waiting area. DO THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PAIR OF GLOVES THAT HAVE TO LAST ALL DAY ???????????? What a nasty way to handle your food. read more

I posted a review a while back via Google reviews, raving about this Little gem of a sandwich shop. The first time I came in to this location I got the most incredible service and the food was fantastic. I don't usually do any other reviews after my one. I didn't think you could get better service, incredible is the strongest word I knew to say about my first visit. These folks here keep getting better and better. Shout out to the store lead Allie!!! She keeps things "oiled" and running smooth. The guys that have gone over and above to make my visits better and better also deserve so much more credit than just this review. Writing this in hopes of helping out business owner. Subs have been great, but management at this location needs help. No matter when you call ahead 20+ minutes your subs are never ready. People walking in to order get their meal before you. They say they make orders when received, but that never seems to be the case here. You also have to check your orders before leaving because high probability of receiving the wrong order. read more

The food is great when you get what you pay for -- which is rare. Can not count the number of times they have mixed up our order, given us the standard portion of meat when we paid for a double order, or charged us for chips and a drink when we didn't order them. Stay on top of it, and always double check your order before you leave! read more
