She also said dishes were sometimes not properly washed and could still have food or soap residue on them. She also had serious concerns about management, especially Christiana and Maria. My friend said Christiana was rude toward employees and would tell her to reuse food that had fallen on the floor instead of throwing it away. She felt like she was being treated unfairly and slowly pushed out after refusing to do things she believed were unsafe. Maria, who was a shift manager, was also a major concern. My friend reported that Maria would cut employees' hours based on whether she personally liked them. She was also frequently on her phone and would sometimes leave during her shift. My friend also reported hearing Maria make racist and extremely disrespectful comments about customers. She said Maria would make offensive comments about Asian customers and make other racist comments about customers based on their race or ethnicity. There was also an incident involving a Black customer who specifically said she had a serious allergy to beans and asked for a burrito without beans. According to my friend, the order was still made with beans. When the customer came back to complain, my friend reported that Maria said, "I'm done with you black people." If this happened as reported, that is completely unacceptable and should be investigated. My friend also frequently felt uncomfortable at work because of the behavior of another employee, Johnathan. She told me that he would repeatedly stare at her butt, and when she noticed him doing it, he would continue staring. This made her feel uncomfortable while she was simply trying to do her job. My friend was only being scheduled around 1-2 days a week, and sometimes even less. She felt that her hours were being reduced and that she was being treated unfairly after speaking up about things she believed were unsafe. Eventually, she quit because of the lack of hours and the way she felt she was being treated. I really hope corporate takes these concerns seriously and investigates this location, including the food-safety issues, management behavior, treatment of employees, reported racist comments, and employee conduct. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, employees deserve a safe and professional workplace, and food allergies should always be taken seriously.

Only a few small opportunities on the side because these were not just loaded.... They were LOADED. Overall, they were pretty delicious. My husband and I split one serving and it was plenty of food for us both. I'm not a huge pickle fan (put them on the side for the hubs to eat) but the secret sauce seemed to have a lot of relish flavor. So, if you aren't a fan of relish the sauce may not be for you. But my husband loves pickles and enjoyed the flavor profile. The medium heat wasn't very spicy, to me it was more mild but the guy who took our order told us to expect that! Next time we're back we'll probably try the chicken tenders on their own so we can judge it on its own. But overall, we enjoyed their food! Yum!

The gold frames are nice on some of the pictures, but the pictures themselves should definitely be changed out. This is absolutely the perfect size for a pizza place. Small and conveniently located. Customer service is beyond excellent. I can definitely see this being a really cool hangout spot for small groups. When it comes to cleanliness, I don't know that I've ever seen. The interior of a restaurant this clean. And that speaks volumes for the business and how much the employees and the owners care about it. I know that this is an express location, so it's more for to-go-based orders. But the only thing I find as a disadvantage for the people who want to eat inside is that they don't have a soda machine or an ice machine. They do offer to-go drinks, bottled sodas, etc. But that doesn't really do you any good. You could probably go to the gas station in the parking lot and get a cup of ice if it was really that serious. I don't like the ranch at all it's lacking flavor and is super tart just off putting. The spicy ranch is all jalapeño and maybe some chili flakes; not sure but it's just as off as the regular ranch. But everyone has different taste buds, and for some people, these ranches might be absolutely amazing. This is just my opinion. Now, although I believe the barbecue sauce is probably store-bought, it definitely makes everything taste better. And I would have to say I believe strongly that both versions of the ranch are made in-house. The breadsticks are wonderful and a good portion size. Make sure you get them with cheese and garlic. The pizza dough is good, definitely, ask for it to be cooked a little extra I think that crunch makes it that much better but the pizza sauce again is probably made in-house and is very Italian seasoning-forward very light tomato taste. It could definitely use some tlc to turn it up a notch but it's not terrible it just speaks to inexperience. Again just my opinion. NOTE TO THE OWNER, don't use the "menu" under the pizza or breadsticks it holds all the grease and oil and makes the food soggy. Just FYI I know it looks cool but doesn't work. Food is super filling but a little overpriced, I just see a few areas for improvement. Overall a great experience the customer service would have me come back by itself.

We also got to sample the pepperoni sticks with hot honey, and they were incredible. The sweet heat from the honey paired perfectly with the pepperoni. They were soft, fresh, and seasoned perfectly, not overly garlicky, but just the right amount. They practically melted in your mouth with every bite. The customer service was just as impressive as the food. One of the owner's daughters helped check us out, and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, welcoming, and even offered my daughter a popsicle because it was such a hot day. Those little gestures really make a difference. To top it all off, the Jarritos drinks, Fruit Punch and Mandarin were the perfect finishing touch to an already fantastic meal. I had such an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A in Manteca! From the food to the service, everything was absolutely top-notch. I ordered the chicken strips, the original chicken sandwich, the mac & cheese, and a Sunjoy (half lemonade, half iced tea)--and every bite was amazing. The chicken strips were perfectly cooked, juicy, and crispy without being greasy. The original sandwich was everything Chick-fil-A is famous for--flavorful, tender, and simply delicious. The mac & cheese was rich and creamy, with that baked cheese topping that takes it to another level. And the Sunjoy was refreshing and perfectly balanced, the ideal drink to pair with the meal. On top of the great food, the staff and management team really stood out. Their hospitality was second to none--I was greeted warmly, served with genuine kindness, and I felt like they truly cared about my experience. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. It's rare to find that level of consistent, heartfelt service, but this team nailed it. I am food delivery driver and i visit this location in afternoon on march19 2026 and I never seen such a disgusting way to give any driver their orders like we have to wait for a long time even more than 15 minutes in sunlight and they have freaking door there with door bell which I think didn't work I press it three times at at 5 minutes interval when I tried to knock at door their employee come his appearance look like he has kind of bowl hair cut come outside and start yelling at me you are gonna break you can come inside and ask us and the fun fact is that they never let us come inside if go there and they say go outside and wait outside someone will come there that door I mean first of all they have discriminative way for third party pick up and this thing they teach every employers and employees how to do racism and discrimination last thing is that their owner choose that disgusting discriminative way hand third party food delivery option such a great freakin disgusting way. I will not recommend that restaurant cause they do racism and discrimination as they learn from their training if there is any 0 star option I will give that to them read more

They are always in such a hurry that staff does not pay attention to what they are doing. They don't greet you when you order. They stand there awkwardly until you order and give attitude when you ask a question. I live 25 minutes away and I will wait however long for good service there but they seem to forget that. They rushed to give me my food. Didn't get any sauces and only gave me one straw for my drink. How do I mix my strawberry lemonade ?! Oh and may I not forget that all the fries I ordered were not even filled to the middle of the container !! read more

Tried Chick-fil-A for the first time today, and boy, was I in for a treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I went with the breakfast Sandwich and ice coffee. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a crispy exterior that was just right. Absolutely delightful. I also got a chance to experiment with the various sauces, and the Chick-fil-A sauce was a standout for me - a perfect blend of tangy and sweet. All in all, a memorable experience. The 2 stars is for the person who decided to build chik fil a in the busiest street and in a small corner. Yosemite is already a horrible street and now it's even worse for the huge line there is everyday. There is plenty space by Airport and Daniels St but they decided to make it on A corner of the busiest street in Manteca . Definitely need to fix that !!! read more
