My friend and I will never be coming back to this location. Penny was phenomenal and is definitely the shining star at this store however there was a young snotty girl who gave us horrible customer service. We went through the drive through and apparently my friend's meal got lost in their system. The young girl was not friendly and told us that the payment didn't go through and told my friend that she owed $6. My friend checked her bank to make sure and the transaction had in fact gone through. My friend showed her the proof and she begrudgingly said "okay we'll cover it this time" with the proof that it went through in front of her face! We didn't even get a "my pleasure" and I found a black hair in my Mac and cheese (see photo). All around, negative experience! read more

The first time I went I sat 25 minutes in the drive thru without moving. Little to no progress. There were two teenagers standing outside to take orders but because nothing moved, they had nothing to do. Finally a manager came out and I motioned to her. When she came over, she was very pleasant and asked how she could help. I said "I want out of this line." I was in the inner lane so it took some finagling but I was finally free! I swore off this location forever. Well today hunger overcame my better judgement. Nobody in the drive thru so I zipped right up to the window and was on my way in minutes. The sandwich was perfect but the fries were lukewarm and bone dry. Doggone it! I love their waffle fries. So 2 stars off since half my meal was not edible. read more

I actually never written a review in my life or even had the yelp app, but today I was extremely disrespected at the Marble Falls Chick-Fl-A. This has been happening with the same two women working at the drive through window. Both older, one of them more "masculine". They seem to not really like people and give lots of attitude. Now I thought oh they're having a bad day let it go, but this has happened so many times with the same two ladies. The masculine lady *yelled* at me for asking what time they stop serving breakfast (I got there at 9:58am) she let me know they stop serving breakfast at 10am so I said okay thank you I'll come back in a couple minutes. Came back in line and she took my lunch order still giving attitude and had a tone in her voice, I said I would like to add an iced coffee to my order, she *yelled* back "A COFFEE?!* and I was very polite to her saying yes ma'am thank you etc and she's just not a happy person. read more

Delicious food, lots of choices and always FRESH! If you are driving through, be prepared to be in lines...double lines...especially at lunch and dinner. If you are in a hurry, better to download the Chik fil A app and pre-order for pickup inside. I just wish Chik fil A would make homemade mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw because they would blow KFC and Chicken Express out of the water. I usually pick up a grilled market salad for lunch and another for dinner time; I do wish they would bring back the Crispy Asian Chicken Salad with the delicious ginger sesame dressing - much missed, but that is nationwide. We are in the area for business multiple times per year and it is so nice to be able to count on the consistency of quality and deliciousness that Chik fil A affords, and this Marble Falls location DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! This is a nice place to eat in marble Falls. The crew is always friendly and there is always a manager within earshot if any issues need to be discussed or resolved. The owner is also on location quite a bit. When I have time, I enjoy sitting down to dine at one of their clean tables. There is usually nice music playing at a soft level. read more

We LOVE Chick-fil-A but this location is awful. The director, John refused to sell us the plain breakfast buns (not breakfast sandwiches or anything that required any sort of prep) at noon and was SO extremely condescending about it. It's all my son will eat and EVERY location we have ever been to has always been so sweet and accommodating about it. We will never eat at this location again. It takes little effort to grab some cold buns and sell them to a 4 year old boy. Very disappointed with his holier than thou attitude. read more

This chick-fil-a has been one of the best I have visited during this pandemic! When I asked for sauce they gave me sauce with no problem. They were all super nice while taking the order and when giving it out to us! the manager josie was SO RUDE. we got overcharged, and she did nothing about it and acted like it was our fault. she said she would refund the money back into our account but never did, and when we called she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. she made me not want to ever go to chickfila in marble falls again. she should genuinely be fired for her lack of customer service skills that a manager should have. SO DISAPPOINTED! overall the worst chickfila experience i've ever had with an employee, especially a manager. she was working the window and acted extremely bothered by the fact that we wanted to add a shake. it's been two weeks since then and still no money back in our account! never going when she's working ever again. Food was fresh and very good, but i went through the drive through and was expecting them to fulfill my full meal but they forgot the sauce for both my chicken orders (i did ask for the sauce, just fyi) and the sauce makes the chicken. Other than that it was fast, courteous, and well made. Just without the sauce the chicken just isn't as good and a bit disappointing. Its still a brand new store so most will be good, I'm just really down about it cause after a long day would have like my meal to be done all properly. read more
