This may be the worst Chick-fil-A in Marietta. One whole side is closed off and used for storage, so there is very little seating. Four and a half years post COVID you'd think they'd update it. The used to be playground is now used for storage. The food is at least better than it has been in a few years but the service is awful. I saw a mom with two young kids carrying multiple drinks and trying to find a place to sit. Instead of helping, a service member walked up to her to hand her a third drink and just stared at her until she took it. Didn't offer to help or anything. The only reason we return is because it's a convenient location. When we have time, I prefer to go out of my way to the Roswell Road location. read more

The Atlanta Hawks have a HUGE Chick Fil A promotion at every home game for the past several years. If the opposing team misses two free throws consecutively, everyone gets a free Chick Fil A sandwich the next day. When I went to redeem it today they insinuated that their location wasn't participating. Then they told me if it was true it would show up on my App. Perhaps they were right. I've had their App for quite some time but nothing showed up. Perhaps it was an error on my part. I did show my ticket from the game. All I know is instead of just comping me a sandwich they took a hard stance. Congratulations Chick Fil A you saved a sandwich today, and lost a customer for life. This place delivered the MOST DISGUSTING fast food experience I have ever had. There were two DEAD FLIES in a container of fries. I do not know if there were more in the bottom because I was too disgusted and angry to look. I do not know if this was because of poorly managed conditions or because of kids doing disgusting things thinking it's funny. Regardless, the situation was reported to the Department of Public Health. The store allegedly has a 100 A rating by the DPH, which is a joke. That is laughable. I hope the DPH does a complete investigation by watching video of food preparation at that location. I would never recommend eating at this place. I frequent this establishment and enjoy the food and service. Thank you for that. I utilize the drive through often and I am mindful of the handicap access point and cross walk. I do encounter the staff that encourage me to "move up" to block the handicap access point and cross walk. I do politely remind the staff that I don't want to block those areas. Every time the response from the employees is "Oh, it's OK". I take the time to remind them that it's NOT OK to block those areas. I understand that people either unknowingly or just don't care about providing access for your handicap customers, but to have your employee's openly encouraging this practice is not necessary. I often have to push my wheelchair bound relatives in these areas and only request some courtesy. read more

I visited this location of Chick fil today to purchase lunch for my team. I purchased 7 lunches and the process seemed to be going well. The order was incomplete and the fries were cold. I was not given two drinks and 1 of my 8 piece nuggets were left off my order. I had to wait on my order and I should have made sure to check my bag but I was resting on CFA reputation for excellence. This is my second time coming to this location and being underwhelmed. ok so we all love Chick-fil-A, but this location's service consistently seems to suffer. I've been going here for years, but it has gone downhill in service. The people are nice but the drive thru is always SO slow. I would advise you to NOT go through here around meal times because the line will be around the building and won't move very fast. The workers while nice are always generally pretty confused about their jobs. I have also had issues before with the temperature of my food, sometimes it's cold. Where did I even start. My family has been patronizing this location for three years now as it's only a few blocks from our home. I simply gathered my food, asked for the owners information, and left. I called the number on his business card. He answered, but it sounded like he was in outer space. Well, as it turns out, he practically was. He was in China on a mission trip, and it was 2am in the morning. Did you read the part where I said he answered his phone?! Did you also put two and two together, that the information this owner has his employees provide is his direct cell phone number?! I apologized and informed him that I had no idea it was his cell phone and that he was out of the country. I informed him "that T-Dawg" was being unprofessional. He said, "who?" I let him know again that "T-Dawg" was acting up. He told me he doesn't have a T-Dawg working at his restaurant. I informed him that he does because that's what her name says. He said, and I quote " I'll call you right back, I have a call to make." Five minutes later my phone rang. It was the owner calling me from China.....yes, as in the country. He said." You couldn't do a U-turn and get back to that restaurant before that name tag is thrown away, the employee corrected, and this issue handled. He then said the next time I'm in the restaurant everything is on him for me and my whole family. I thanked him, but let him know to donate that act to a family in need and he assured me he would. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in the country! Always getting orders wrong and really slow and sometimes even rude (when calling to report a wrong order). I understand that in the Covid world that fast food establishments have suffered the most regarding employing good workers. However, this chick fil a was terrible even prior to Covid. Yet another successful Daddy Daughter Valentines night at Chick-Fil-A! This is our second year going and while I am MUCH older than the other little girls running around there is something so special about having my Dad's undivided attention for an hour. As an adult, I savor every second of my time with him considering we both shut off our phones at the same time! This location is always packed but you would never know considering the staff is so professional. They bring food out to your table, give free refills, have theme nights for kids and adults who act like a kid (me!) and always treat you like gold. My husband and I love Chick-fil-a and this location is closest to where we live. No complaints with the food quality or the service, great workers who always have a smile on their face!
