I typically go to this location due to the convenience of it being close to my job. But in the past 2 months I've found hair in my chicken nuggets on 3-4 different occasions. Ive called and concerns to the employees multiple times that and the only solution they have is to replace the nuggets. This is my single favorite Chick Fil A location - not because of the drive through which is a nightmare, but because of the strange ways they go above and beyond what you'd expect. I've seen free diapers in here for guests needing to change a baby (who would have expected this?). They also put on events for charity constantly. Still bad! This morning I ordered a breakfast burrito, chicken with NO peppers, NO onions. I received a Grilled chicken burrito with peppers and onions and almost no egg and no cheese. WTH? I also ordered two Arnold Palmer for me and my boyfriend we both took a sip and it was straight up pulp.. I tried to call the restaurant last night to pre-order 40 biscuits for a sales meeting for Saturday morning for 615 pick up but no one answered I showed up at 6:15 in order and Britney who had a surly attitude so I had to wait 20 minutes I should've called before I tried explain I did did but no a sewer.and she kept on with bigger attitude normally I would've taken my money back and driven off and gone elsewhere but I had 40 construction workers waiting on breakfast so I waited 20 minutes was more than 20 minutes the attitude did not help hundred dollars for breakfast this is why I don't like coming to this Chick-fil-A seems every time I come here I have issues partially my fault for hitting the one closest to my house instead of going elsewhere not surprising they have a yelp review of under three stars read more

I was there today in the drive thru and the line was so long. I finally get to order and I have 2 gift card that was expired and I asked the lady that took my order would she honor the expired gift card before I order my food, and she said of course so we order. I actually worked here when I was 15, which was 20 years ago (holy sh*t) but they had the same owner then as they do now. Now that I have three kids who eat chick fil a, I literally hate coming here. Inside, drive thru, curbside mobile order, it doesn't matter I'm always waiting like 15 minutes. So annoying considering it always seems like they have 50 workers there. Food always seems like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. More times than not our order is wrong if it's drive thru. I also just heard they got a 75 on their most recent health score The owner was tough on employees and ran a tight ship when I worked there. Thought I would try this Chick-fil-A location again after a poor experience last time. Unfortunately nothing has changed, I actually think it's gotten worse. I used the mobile app to order my food and was only offered Drive-Thru as an option for pick up. After several employees telling me to just get in line and my food would be waiting that is not what happened. They didn't have my order ready and I tied up the entire line. Service this morning has not been good. When I got here my mobile order was suppose to be done and it wasn't. Then when they did complete order Ithey gave me an english muffin bottom and a biscuit top, so they had to take it back. Then the cheese was not melted, so it had to be placed in the warmer and the guy that was doing it said he would bring it to me in 5 mins. That did not happen. I had to go get it after 20 mins. This location is perhaps the most consistently poor performer of any franchise I've eaten in. Portion sizes are always considerably smaller than other locations, service is ok, but most of the time it is not up to the corporate standard. The biggest issue here is that they are stingy. I pay more to eat here than other places, and while I expect to get slightly less food than an comparably cheaper chain, this location gives an unacceptably small portion. I have to specify (even if ordering several meals to go) the exact number of sauces I want, which is often met with a 'are you sure you want that many?' Yes. I do. That is why I told you I wanted exactly that many. I'm not asking for a drawer of sauce. Just a number matching the number of meals I have ordered. This location does not have the full menu available, and the service is terrible. I've never been to a chic fil a and had bad service until this location. I ordered a large drink, they gave me a medium and told me oh well that's what I was charged for. The person taking my order was so amused by the large grasshopper on the building she couldn't even help me with my order and could only tell me that they don't have this & that at their location. We visited the drive through at 8:44 PM on Saturday evening. We ordered large Ice Dream cups, which came out in small drink cups. They were half full and the swirl was hollow. Our fries were also cold and not even filled up either. When I called they offered me replacements on our next visit, but let me know our Ice Dream cup size was indeed correct, but they didn't weigh them as usual. Why offer large anything in a small cup??? This is misleading and then you don't even get it filled. That's disappointing. The quality and customer service here needs real work, especially when the Operator is not there. They should take advice from the Lake Point location. read more

I'm comparing this CFA to the one closer to my house. We frequent this one as the playground is more suitable for our 2 year old. With that said, that's where the perks of this place end! **Drive 2 miles to the next CFA** I had thought all cfas held the same degree of quality but this CfA proved that wrong. This is the worst CFA I have ever been to. I worked at CfA for 5 years so I really don't complain about much but this was honestly horrible. Long wait time. Asked for CfA sauce and was not given it in the bag. When I asked for the sauce I was told by an incredibly rude boy that it was in the bag who then turned away from the window as if to dismiss me. After asking 2 more times, I was given the sauce. After driving back to work, I realized that 2 of the 3 salads were missing their dressings. I called the store and talked to a snippy, rude manager who said he would let the bagger know. I don't know how that helps me in any way. He made no effort to rectify the situation and sounded exasperated that a call was placed. So I ate dry wilted lettuce and sub par chicken. I understand chick fil is a busy place at anytime. However I sat in the car line for 35 minutes. Could not get out... it's a double line. When I got to the window and said something about it, the response was from two young girls with very sicky sweet smiles, no remorse, only... "yea, the line got backed up."
