So they are actually slipping. They forgot all of my sauces that I eat with my food. They didn't have the best attitude today. But maybe that is because they are outside while it's raining. Not sure. Of course they are human and can have bad days. So no chick fil a sauce, no ketchup and no fork/spoon. This can't keep happening because this is a happy place and not I'm not happy. I would've given this place five stars the first couple of months it was open, but since then they've started messing up every single food/drink order or have had to be asked to bring us our order after we've waited over 20 minutes (just drinks, nothing fancy, and the parking lot/drive-thru was almost empty the whole time) on two occasions. This was my first Chick-Fil-A experience. I tried many years ago in Louisville, but alas, it was a Sunday and i didn't know these religious folk were closed. Gays, politics, etc.. whatevs... i dont care about their views, i'm here for the chicken, and good it was! Service was fast & friendly, albeit a bit ditzy. The blonde at the counter seemed new and she couldn't figure out how to work the register. The chicken sandwich was tasty, fresh, and not greasy at all. The pickle added just the right amount of crunch and acidity to a sandwich that was savory and filling. I anticipated having to buy a 2nd sandwich to fill me up before a day of road tripping, but I was stuffed and barely finished 1. As much as I LOOOOOOVE Chick-fil-A, this particular location has too much business for it's restaurant size. This makes for a not-so-pleasant dining experience, in my opinion. Also, the drive-thru line is always packed and seems to move rather slowly. Other than these two downfalls, the food is fresh and amazing. Their criss-cut fries are always fresh and their chicken patties are thick and juicy. We have never had any issues about their food, they never disappoint. I suggest utilizing the Chick-fil-A app on your mobile phone. The more you use it the more you rack up free food! In addition, you can order ahead of time and simply click on "I'm here" and they begin preparing your order. No need to wait in line, only at the pick-up area where they will call your name and hand over the goods. We use this feature all the time, it's quicker than waiting in line and also waiting in the drive-thru. read more

I stopped by earlier this morning for breakfast before my long drive back to East Tennessee. The drive through line was long but it seemed to be moving quick! Regardless, I always walk in to order to go and Chik-fil-a. The line inside wasn't too bad and I was able to place my order quick. You could tell there was a "rushed" feeling during the peak breakfast time and the staff was trying to be efficient and get people in and out. So no stars taken away from the service as I received my small cup of coffee quick and my to go order as well -- combo spicy chicken biscuit and a 3-count chicken minis. As I walked back to the car, organized the food so I can safely eat it on the go, and left the parking lot, this is where the two stars were taken away. Firstly, my hashbrown bites were more on the soggy side than crispy. Ehh, they were busy so must have rushed a bit. My spicy chicken biscuit was quickly thrown together and wrapped, so it was a tad sloppy, but the chicken was not crispy and the biscuit was not as fluffy as the usual chik-fil-a biscuits. Lastly, the chicken minis were sloppily packaged with the buns flat and hard (not fluffy) and the chicken not fully golden crisp and falling apart. I literally had to peel the bread off the package in order to eat the minis. By no means will this stop me from going to Chik-fil-a, but I do expect quality and respect with their food in any location. I'm sure it was just bad timing with t being busy and rushed, and maybe I was just the unlucky one who had these detailed problems. read more

After waiting in line for 30min I asked the lady who took my order to repeat it and I order a cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing and 2spicy chicken sandwiches . I pay and when I get my order they didn't give me my salad but only gave me the avocado dressing with no salad. I go back to get my salad and of course the lady who took my order didn't put it on my ticket AFTER I asked her to repeat it for me ! So unprofessional! read more

Just talked with this location and after my wife got off work at the hospital working her 12 hour shift and going there to pickup dinner and then driving home and they forgot part of the order. First time at this particular Chick-Fil-A and I'm glad I came! The store is very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. It was nice because in spite of being very busy, in the store and at the drive-thru, my order was taken quickly and everyone in line was served as fast as most other places when not crowded. I ordered the 12-piece nugget meal which was very tasty. Like most fast food restaurants my meal was high on calories, around 890 for everything with a 0 calorie drink. The price was very reasonable at a $7.64 total. All in all a great visit! read more

Ordered two spicy fried chicken salads and received two grilled regular salads. Giving two stars because I ordered through the app and skipped the line that was wrapped around the building. I came back to Memphis to visit two weekends ago. I was a little skeptical with the virus going around but needed breakfast since the hotel was not serving any. I ordered almost $25 worth of food and watched the cashier GIVE MY BAG and coffee to the car ahead of me. The car then gave it back, got their food and the cashier tries to hand me the coffee, they also said they would rebag my food. In a CRISIS like this .. why would you take food back and then give it to me like nothing happened? I asked for my food to be recooked but I don't believe it was . I frequent this Chick-Fil-A location and have for a long time. I always receive consistent, cheerful service, including my special requests like extra pickles on my sandwich and unsweet tea topped off with lemonade. They have a man who helps to control traffic during busy times as the lot is very congested. Every time I go here they some how mess something up. Twice I have gone through the drive thru and been giving my food and drink with out being given a straw. The last time I was here, I ordered food, was given my drink and the girl at the window stared at me, went up to another person and said to them "this guy is creepily staring at me" when they gentleman came up to the window and asked what the problem was. The food is fine. My problem is that every time I order a coffee at the drive-thru they never prepare it. They leave the cream and sugar in the bag. I always ask them if they can put it in for me. Best fast food chicken period. My favorite is the chicken biscuit for breakfast. Light, fluffy, and crunchy! Goes great with tater-tot hash browns and coffee. Their chicken nuggets are the best. Just the right texture. And I love the chicken sandwich with lemonade. The only negative thing I can say is that this place is super-busy. The line usually winds around the building even though they have two places for to-go orders. They do a lot of good in the community and it's nice that their employees get Sundays off. read more

I had arrived there around 11:15 or 11:20 a.m. to pick up a curbside order. When I arrived, it was really busy. It was hard to find a spot, so I really didn't expect the food to come out in 10-15 minutes. However, around 11:40, I received a message saying my order was ready, and that a team member was on the way to my car. I was surprised considering how busy it was, so I waited patiently. I was watching them go around giving customer orders, and seeing if I could spot my food. Around 12:10 or so, I received my order. I was surprised to see that my 3 frosted coffees and chocolate milkshake looked fresh, but after getting home, my food was cold. My fries were chewy and soggy, and you could tell by the box of the chicken nuggets that they had been sitting there for a while. The box was soggy and felt moist from the nuggets sitting in there. My biggest complaint here is the fact that the app told me the food was on the way and I had to wait about 30 minutes to receive it. I don't really mind the soggy and cold food because I can just pop those in the air frier at home. However, there should be a better strategy on telling the customer their food is on its way to them when it's clearly busy and there are many orders to handout. Now I would understand if there was a glitch or something, but the app should tell the customers their food is on the way to them when the food is actually on the way to them. read more

Best fast food joint around, get you a lemonade & some waffle fries.

Our family is driving across country with our 2 year old son. We have been breaking up the long days by stopping in Chick-Fil-A so he can eat then play in the play areas they offer. Today's stop was at this one in Memphis and it is by far the dirtiest one yet. The whole restaurant, while busy, was not the normal Chick-Fil-A standard. The restrooms were dark, very small, and dingy. The service was just okay, with exception to one young female with short brown curled hair that came to ask if we needed anything at our table and a young gentleman who was changing the garbage that helped me with all of our trash. Lastly the kids area was so nasty that after my son went down the slide twice we left. The floors were totally gross in there and this play area didn't offer any instructions or hand sanitizer. On our way back in a couple of mouths we will go else where. read more

The food is fantastic. The service is personal and very friendly. So what is not to like about Chik-Fil-A? Well, the organization of everything is HORRIBLE. Just getting from the parking lot to the door requires taking your life in your hands. Once you get in, if it's a busy time, EVERYBODY is gathered at the counter. While you eat, you constantly hear names being called 3 to 5 times for completed orders. They do free refills but the machines are all behind the counter requiring customers who aren't placing orders to gather at the counter mingled into the crowd. I suggest a dining room about twice as large with a dedicated drink station in the dining room. Then, give customers a numbered receipt and dedicate one end of the counter to delivering orders to customers by a number displayed on the wall. Keep 3/4 of the counter dedicated to taking orders. Really, the problem here is a nice one to have - so many people love Chik-Fil-A. The stores all just seem like they are design to serve small numbers of people even though crowds show up regularly. As I said, the food is out of this world and healthy for the most part. The service is the best of all fast food restaurants "My pleasure" is a phrase I commonly hear here and it's awesome to see that kind of politeness. It's just a shame that all of that quality food and service are overshadowed by an experience that leaves one feeling quite literally lost in the crowd. Still - you can't go wrong at Chik-Fil-A and that's why the restaurant gets 4 stars why the designers cost it a star. As I write this cars are wrapped around the building waiting for drive-thru - yet another testament to a great restaurant poorly designed. read more

This is a good place for a parent to take their children when it's crappy outside. The playgrounds are just the right side for kids to burn off some energy. That alone is worth it. The food is average, but the place is almost always kept pretty clean. I have just about paid for this one with my patronage. That should say enough. Just don't take a first or sixth date to one. You won't get another after that. read more
